I wanted to leave a positive review for the pharmacy at the Rite Aid on Williams Highway. A customer was being extremely rude to one of the associates and she responded with nothing but kindness. I work with the public and I therefore know how difficult it is to handle rude customers; this is why I can say this employee went above and beyond.The pharmacist is also very kind, patient, and professional.You are all doing a wonderful job. Thank you for all you do!
If you are looking for a quick and easy way to get vaccinated, I would suggest finding another place. Even with an appointment and less than five people in front of me, Ive been here an hour and half and counting and it hasnt been busy at all. Im too invested to leave now but I can still help my neighbors from making the same mistake.
I have never had any problem at Rite Aid Wms Hwy, theyre always super friendly and willing to answer any questions. Not sure what happened there a few months ago when the old crew all left at the same time 🤔 but they were awesome too!!
I am so beyond frustrated and irritated by this pharmacy. Ive read all of the reviews and while I can relate to a number of the negative comments, avoided posting my own review until today. I tried to refill a prescription for a non narcotic blood pressure medication on Friday and was told very rudely that it was too soon... it was by about 4 days. I called and asked them to fill it this morning and after being on hold for 15+ minutes, was assured it would be ready by 2. My husband went after work to pick up that medication along with others. After waiting in line behind about 10 people with only 1 person working the counter and doing so with no sense of urgency, he got home only to see that they forgot 1 prescription. This is just one instance... Ive been very disappointed with the lack of customer service for quite awhile. I quit going to 2 different local pharmacies due to excessively long waits, rude employees, forgetting my prescriptions, among other reasons. Im now left with Rite Aid being my last option and am as unimpressed with them as I was with the others
Had to pick up script for my bf. Wasnt ready had to wait 20 minutes.
I get drugs here, the pharmacists dislike being referred to as apothecaries.
UPDATE: I recently went back to this pharmacy, and there was a world of difference! The some of the staff is new and they have a new and wonderful manager, Rebecca. The new manager is very attentive, intelligent, and kind. She knows her work inside and out. The negative environment is gone. What an improvement!!! THANK YOU RITE AID!!!Previous review below⤵️.I too have had several bad experiences with Antonio and a couple of other male pharmacists at this rite aid, but they have an excellent female pharmacist with dark hair, who makes it worth going there. I don’t know why they haven’t made her the manager. I think her name is Rebecca. She is very professional, honest, accurate, patient and kind. Now imagine the opposite of her traits, and you will be describing Antonio and two different older men each with grey hair, one short, one tall, all extremely rude. There was a young tall dark haired male pharmacist and another dark haired male pharmacist who have been wonderful. I only saw the one younger male once, but Juan, i think his name is, is still there and has always been great.I only go to that rite aid because of its location, and because i know i can count on Rebecca.getting everything right.
Worst pharmacy Ive ever been too. They cant seem to keep anyone good. The only person they seem to keep is Becky who is rude to anyone who inconveniences her by asking a question! Even rude to staff. Im taking my whole familys prescriptions and leaving. I cant believe they have stayed in business with someone like that there.
I was just at this store. I got to the register to find out you need a wellness card to get there advertised sale pricing. Needless to say I will not be back. I stopped going to this store three years ago when they refused to fill my daughters prescription on a Friday evening.Done with this store forever.
Since moving to Grants Pass, I began using Wal-Mart pharmacy which while the staff was not rude, their lines were usually ridiculous. Next I tried Fred Meyer, and that was the worst pharmacy I have ever utilized. The staff were rude beyond belief, treating me as if I were a delinquent - Donovan was an exception to this, and two techs, one of whom eventually left. I then tried this RiteAid, and I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff and overall service in their department. While there is a line during rush hour, it usually only takes a couple minutes, and I have repeatedly seen their staff go the extra mile for me working to get me the lowest cost on my Rx - including the use of coupons. Thanks to you all!
Antonios does not care about patients. I have problems with dr office and their ability to get my refill request. Antonios literally told me its not his problem to contact my doctor outside of a request but I have problems getting refills where I have to wait over a week at times. Antonio knows this and does not care. He told me it was my problem. I would like to see him fired as he does not care about patients and is more concerned about his paycheck
My mother and I have went to this rite aid several times over the last few months attempting to collect our super good deals using our coupons and every time we get up to the register to check out they always have an issue there is always some problem and they always end up saying that they do not match so if you are a couponer do not I repeat do not go to the store!! Now if you head on over to the other rite aid they are kind enough to manually enter anything and fix any problem that you might have
This pharmacy is terrible!! The wait times are ridiculous with only one person working at a time. Be smart and use a different place.
The lady at the pharmacy was so extremely unprofessional and rude. It was my first time going to the Rite Aid pharmacy and apparently I didnt stand in the right spot at the pickup counter. She rolled her eyes at me and turned to her colleague to talk about how she cant believe that people just walk up to the counter. Um, I wasnt cutting anyone in line!! And there are no prompts to tell people where theyre supposed to stand. You can get better customer service at ANY other pharmacy, including Walmart!!
They do the best they can with the staff they have available. If you dont like what they are doing or how they are doing things then go to another pharmacy.Go to Wal-Mart & see how long you have to wait; go to Walgreens; go to Safeway; got to the Grants Pass Pharmacy.If youve never worked in a retail environment with a Pharmacy then you need to go somewhere else. Stop being rude & racist.

Bad pharmacy.Unprofessional. Huge lack of customer service etiquette. I just removed all my prescriptions from this pharmacy and will not be going back.Highly recommend to stay away from this pharmacy. You will have a lot of time and patience going anywhere else.
The pharmacy didnt carry the eye drops my son needed but the staff was extremely helpful. They did everything they could to try to fix the problem even going as far as calling other pharmacies in town. When nothing turned up the found the next best thing. Im giving theme 4 stars because they didnt have what I needed but I reviewed 5 star service. Thank you so much!

I agree that this must be the worst pharmacy on the planet. Both my wife and I switched from Walmart to this Rite Aid because we felt that Walmart was not suiting us, now we are switching back. Not only is Rite Aid slow, especially since they don’t have as many customers as Walmart, but they don’t seem to keep the information that was given to them before. We already updated both my wife’s and my Medicare card and both have military IDs for our Tricare benefits. This alone should have been enough as this wasn’t the first time that I was at Rite Aid today for prescriptions for my wife. The second time I brought my sick wife so there shouldn’t have been a problem, I was wrong and got mad and the pharmacist refuse to serve me any prescriptions and said to take my business elsewhere even though I was giving them the information that they wanted. I went to my doctor and had her forward my prescriptions to Walmart, should never have left. Rite Aid must deal with clients that accept any service for them to survive but I had to voice my opinion to them. The rest of the staff was still friendly. The only thing that Rite Aid has going for them is a not so crowded parking lot. That should have been the first clue.
Incompetent at best, misplaces prescriptions actually gave me the wrong amount of pills by 10 once,always seems to not get prescription faxes from my drs even when then send them multiple times,send some of my scripts through insurance even when i tell them im paying cash so it takes weeks to get that sorted out, by far the worst pharmacy in the valley 13 years there and it never changes
Horrible customer service. So uncaring of people’s medical needs and the importance of getting medications to patients. They should be shut down for their incompetence. Someone could literally die waiting for medication at this pharmacy
Worst pharmacy of my life! They are always extremely slow and incredibly rude. Ive been there waiting on a prescription to be mixed for my baby and instead of starting on that, they helped someone who came in 20 minutes after me first. And not to mention they now close at 8. As if 9 wasnt early enough. Atleast stay open later then urgent care for people who waited 3 hours there and need to get the Rx that was sent over at 8pm. I will be changing pharmacy and hope this one shuts down. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst pharmacy experience ever. Rude staff and long waits. Tried twice and both times were terrible. The second time I walked straight out to my car in the parking lot and called Wal-Mart to switch my prescriptions over to them.
Decent, Ive never had any major issues with their pharmacy.
Wouldn’t answer there phone put me on mute for 10 mins so I hung up to go in and there was 8 people in line and one person working the counter I give a 1.
