Drive over from Medford to look at their stock and connected with Nick who was super helpful and knowledgeable and totally understood we are just beginning to try and find our retirement trailer. Worked with this business for about two weeks to sell my travel trailer. Although the salesman was slow to respond I stuck it out because I wanted to sell local and support a Grants Pass business.Today I was told they are pulling the offer because the owner is selling the business and they can’t purchase any inventory until the transaction is complete .Free advice. Don’t deal with a business in transition.

While purchasing our trailer they asked if our truck had a Brake Controller, our truck did not, they went out of their way to contact a local mechanics shop and had them get our truck in immediately.If you are considering buying a trailer definitely look here. The level of customer service is top notch. Which is rare these days.

I inquired about a 2020 Winnebago Micro Minnie travel trailer through their website late in the evening and Gary got back to me first thing with a price quote and beat the price of my local dealer.Included in the quote was the final purchase price with registration, taxes, and such. It was completely transparent.I was in a time crunch for this purchase so and Gary brought in his guy to prep the trailer, which was his day off, the day I agreed to put and have it ready for me the next day and provided the walk through.As far as the final purchase...all I can say is smooth as can be. They had the trailer ready, and all the paperwork completed. The financing manager is Gary’s wife Mandy, and she was as pleasant as can be. We were in and out of the finance office in 20 minutes without any upsale.The final walkthrough was the most lengthy part of the process, but who doesn’t want to learn about a major purchase that you just did?So, if you want to make a trailer purchase with full transparency and no BS from a small family owned operation and great inventory give River City RV a try, you may be pleasantly surprised.

My wife and myself bought a used rv from River city RV on 6-19-21 and we asked for estimates to replace a shade and to replace a small awning. We never received a call back for these two requests. No communications after the sale. Will take our RV to a different dealer who cares about their customers.

THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER. THEY HAD OUR TRAILER FOR OVER A YEAR WITH ALL SORTS OF EXCUSES AS TO WHY IT WASNT FIXED, THEN TOLD US THEY WOULD COVER THE BILL AND THEN A YEAR AND A HALF LATER THREATEN TO TAKE US TO COURT OVER THE COST. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOR GO BACK. IF THERE WERE ZERO STARS I WOULD SELECT THAT. GO ELSEWHERE.

Outstanding service!We visit family in Grants Pass often and would wander the RV places to look for the next big thing. We loved the family atmosphere at River City as well as their large selection and knowledgeable staff. Never could find exactly what we were looking for (We werent entirely sure what that was yet!)While on a trip in another RV we found the perfect trailer for our family at a nearby campsite and immediately called River City to find out if they had one.They didnt but Keith, our salesperson, pulled some impressive strings during early July 2020 Quarantine times, to get one ordered for us to be delivered at the end of the summer.I drove 6 hours one way to get it and they took the time to explain all the features, even recommend a weight distribution hitch for our truck that was better suited.We never felt like we were a burden or a customer, it was like picking up a trailer to borrow from a good friend who wanted to make sure you took care of it and had fun.Lots of RV supplies and items you may need passing through too.If you are within 6-7 hours of Grants Pass, OR and are looking for an RV, call Keith immediately.The kid at the counter makes a mean pot of coffee too.

Couldnt say absolutely anything negative about River City Rv. Some of the most genuine, nice and respectful people we have ever come across. Keith was so easy to work with and was so personable and we didnt feel an ounce of pressure to buy. It was the easiest, most hassle free buying experience you could ask for. I was from out of town and had a mishap with my camper that made me afraid to drive it home without a quick fix. River City didnt have time for the full fix, but they secured the broken part so I could get home .... at no charge! Great folks. Great service. Ethics that are hard to come by these days. My experience is a little different. I sold my RV to River City RV. Don B. was really great to work with. Communication was awesome and transaction went very smoothly. They came to me and met me at my Credit Union. No hassle, no nitpicking. My Class C was nice and I was treated with respect. If I find myself in the market for a future RV, I would make the trip from SW WA to see what they have to offer.

We live in California and have been searching locally for a fifth wheel. In our search on Rvtrader we noticed a fifth wheel at River City RV that we liked and decided to call on it. We spoke with Gary and he was so responsive and helpful we decided to drive our trade in, a Class C, 415 miles north to Grants Pass, OR, to look at the fifth wheel and have them look at our Class C. We loved the fifth wheel, it was cleaned and detailed for viewing and was exactly as Gary described it. They were generous on our trade in, the financial details were well organized and fully explained. Micah walked us through the unit, he was very knowledgeable and answered whatever questions we had, and within two hours had the deal finalized. They are extremely honest, helpful, responsive, and absolutely no pressure. I have, and will recommend River City RV to all my rv friends. Nick Matthews gave us excellent service. We came in knowing nothing other than wanting an RV eventually and Nick showed us a huge variety of styles, sizes, and price ranges. He provided a lot of information and made our experience pleasant. I highly recommend asking for Nick if you’re wanting an RV.

Their customer service is a bit rough to swallow. Extremely arrogant. Not all. The gentleman that showed us around the park seemed very sincere and interested in helping us find what we were looking for. The problem started with the money! The going back and fourth with some points that had a we dont care if we make a sale attitude. The guy helping us kept going back and fourth when my husband would ask what something meant or he didnt understand where they got their numbers. Then the sales manager came in with an attitude and a chip to go with it. He says, what is it you are not understanding? So they went back and fourth. The tension started getting uncomfortable. Maybe my husband could have set back and looked at the numbers a different way, but the manager didnt take the time into explaining the numbers a little different seeing my husband wasnt understanding the way it was written on paper. Instead, the manager started insulting his intelligence. Ive been married to this man 30 years and have never seen him get so angry that he walks out. He tries to understand what the other person is seeing and works with them, but this guy was out of control. As were walking out I said Im sorry to our sales man, the manager says, He doesnt understand because he doesnt know his math! Im sorry but as a business you dont Ever say something like that. Even if you want to! So disappointed!

One of the best buying experiences ever. We went to several dealerships in the area before coming to River City and it was a breath of fresh air. Scott Busby is a fantastic salesman that really treats his customers right. We trusted him from the very beginning and he didnt let us down. The delivery process was fantastic and everything was ready when we arrived to pick up our trailer. I called to purches some roof repair tape an schedule mr rv for repairs an before I could even finish i was rudely told parts was closed an then hung up on. They will never see any of my money and I will never recommend them again.

We purchased a 2017 Keystone Hideout and couldnt have had a better experience. The salespeople and management did everything right. We gave them our price range and they hit it out of the park by finding the perfect model to hit every check box on our must have list, all while staying within our budget! They even were able to add a weight distributing hitch! The few small issues that the new RV had from the factory were quickly repaired and our delivery day went very smoothly. First Im 20 year old and going into dealerships is hard without getting you looked at like Im just a kid, but when I walked in Mickey and Reggie treated me like I was anybody else with 100% respect thats why I decided to give them the sale and they gave me a great deal. I went to multiple dealerships and got zero respect. Bottom line I would go to them any day of the week and would recommend them 100%.

We recently bought a Rialta from Gary at Rogue Auto and RV. The experience was one of the most satisfying and heartening we have had in a long time... Gary was considerate and concerned and ensured that we knew what we were getting into, as we purchase it long distance, sight unseen. We had previously owned a identical Rialta and I assured Gary that were fully congnoscente of the ins and outs of the unit. As a older couple we would strongly recommend Gary and their way of doing business.

I bought my first Rv from them in 2016 and had excellent service and I have now come back and just purchased another rv and received the same high level of service. The staff here is honest fair and extremely professional, being from Portland I did most of my deal over the phone and email and they delivered on everything we agreed on. Rude, wouldn’t even come out and look to see what brake light bulb I needed while on travel. Had called and they said they would look at it and help, arrived to a rude woman who told me they have many different bulbs, that I should know what I need. Unfriendly, not helpful. Will continue down the road without a brake light.

Not honest. Look closely at what you are buying. They did not disclose damage to the trailer. I dont want my kids sleeping on a moldy bed. There are plenty of used trailers in Great condition. Just not at this dealership.
