You guys have given out saplings ahead of the announced dates that you have said for the last few years. Odd that communication seems to get so discombobulated only regarding free trees. But a great way to get folks to come in and buy one on earth day. And Youre employees suck at driving by consistently jumping out in the road especially after the new building was put in across the street. 😄

Never seem to have enough available staff.And as far as men’s works clothes, all the popular items are never restocked .Good luck trying to try something on.Racks are full of giant triple XL’s and that’s about it. I used to be able to pop in there for something I need now I’ll just go online and wait. Staff at the store doesn’t seem very helpful or interested in the people that are actually in the store but they’ll sure hang on the phone for a long time.

Unfortunately, I have to change my review. Im very unhappy and probably wont be back. First, the checkout line is now long, inconvenient and impersonal. I was in 5 days ago and was repeatedly left by my cashier as she helped other people, left me alone at the register while she went to get boxes for other cashiers. I had 3 very small items. Then today, the cashier again left me at the register, after starting my transaction, to solve someone elses issues. Ive been in customer service for over 30 years and Im very sad to say that yours has gone completely downhill.

Thank you for letting Americans choose whether they want to wear a mask or not. Glad to see this company has not turned into the Nazis Endless Summer garden store. I will forever be a Grange customer.

This is the fiest time theyve been out of something I needed but since these are unusual times, its fine. Theyve really increased their inventory by including hardware items. This definitely saves time and driving around.

This place is great, they did me a huge solid! I needed boots the same day. Lack of COVID19 precautions. No mask enforcement, employees wearing masks incorrectly, customers at the registers WITHOUT any face coverings. They have signs to wear a face covering, however I was just in the store for 20 minutes and encountered 6 people not wearing a face covering inside of the store. Outside in the garden center, where 6 feet of distance is not always possible, there are no mask requirements stated.

The Grange is amazing for any animal or yard need. The staff is friendly and helpful!

I love this place....such a great variety of quality goods, great sale prices and friendly staff! I almost didnt go today on my way out of town but Im glad I did. I found the perfect gift for my man...who already has everything! Thank you Grange Co-op!

Last year the clerk spent alot of time helping diagnose and suggest bait for our outdoor critter and ground squirrel problem. We even bought a wire cage trap and got a squirrel (last one figured out how to get out and was MIA when we got back to terminate it) and then a skunk!! Going back for more product this year. They were great on prices and problem solving our outdoor fountain. Wonderful staff, helpful, great customer service and advice.

Found that they stock the dog food I like for my dogs and it is less than Chewy. Also was looking for a burn barrel and the have those also. Scored all the way around. Great customer service in the store and the yard.

I am displeased with how I was treated at the Grange. I have been a loyal customer for years. I have had very pleasant experiences most of the time. I recently purchased a carhart jacket. Upon checkout, inquiry was made on what to do about the possibility a return or exchange, for a smaller size needed to occur. I was specifically told by my cashier that all I needed to do was bring the tags that were on jacket, and was told to me, that I cant wash it or it will ruin its brand new feel. That being said, I wore the jacket one time and realized it was one size to big and therefore wasnt keeping my body warm like its intended purpose was. I live in Takilma and work 5 days a week. It can be very difficult to get to Grants Pass before the Grange closes at 6 p.m. Today, when I finally had an errand run, I was rudely denied any kind of store exchange. I had brought all tags, and the jacket that had only been worn once. I have a bank statement showing my purchase the day of. I understand that the Grange may not be able to resell the jacket. However, in my personal experience being a loyal patron of different businesses, any store would at minimum give me store credit to exchange for a size that fit. Carhart would have taken the jacket and the Grange would of had a loyal customer satisfied once again. Instead I was given no customer satisfaction and was treated like someone who had stolen the item from the store. I will most likely contact carhart myself or gift my over sized jacket to the needy. I also will not be shopping at the Grange again. It is a shame cause it is a really awesome local business and I never expected to be treated like that from them. My advice to management is to not be rude to customers, period. Its bad business ethic. The Grange is losing a patron of almost ten years. Was this issue worth it? I dont believe it is.

Needed to get pinkys for my sons snake they let my buy a momma and her babies. I found a male so I could bread my own feeder pinkies. And the woman put the male in with the mom and her babies and he started attacking the babies. I spend over 60.00 and All she could say is its not her normal place in the store to be.... i just hope they dont dye before i can feed them to my sones snake she only eats live.

With appreciation I was able to maintain good Social Distancing in picking up big bags of potting soil. The email instructions were a tad confusing. When I phoned the store number as instructed the associate that answered my phone call wasnt aware of the instructed process. The second associate she put on the line ultimately was able to help me. Guess theyre not up to date with the Online ordering process yet. It took 3 days to get my order notification to go to store for my order. Little disappointed but grateful for being able to obtain my soil without having to go into the store. I am remaining in Self-quarntine from Covid-19 until I can feel safe...

Had what I was looking for, went everywhere looking for Carhartt shorts. Watch the register, was charged more than tag on garment, they quickly changed it though. Nice people.

They have a wide variety of garden and home supplies, plants to pet supplies, baby chicks to bird seeds, fertilizers to canning, etc. You can browse for hours but you dont have to. If you know what you want they get you settled quite fast.

Jason went above an beyond to find what I was looking for. It was locked away in a storage cabinet when it should have in on the floor. But he kept looking and found it in the back. If it werent for him and a few others I dont know if I would ever do business there.

They have almost everything for home, farm, ranch, also pet supplies and a great garden dept. If you have a green thumb, then check out their houseplants, they are some of the best in the area.Friendly helpful service and if you sign up for their free member card, they pay you back a little bit each year. They have great herbs and vegetable garden plants in early fall and mid spring through mid summer.They also can bring in chicks, ducklings, goslings and baby turkeys (not sure what word LOL)if you desire to start your own flock, and so much more.I get a lot of stuff here.

They have an excellent selection, especially of higher quality products. The store has a nice atmosphere and the staff is helpful even though they always seem a little too busy. Only down side I can think of is theyre a little off the beaten path and pricey.

Just got some amazing wound healing magic spray for my dog. Vetericyn. Got help right away and I love all the unique items that catch your eye on the way to the register.

My name is Mary and I was visiting my mom in Cave Junction. I was looking for 14 inch hanging baskets. I called and I talked to a man named Will. he was very helpful and put one aside for me to look at. it was at the desk when I went in there and its just what I wanted. I bought 7 of the baskets and was very pleased. I just wanted to say thank you to Will for being so helpful a rare thing now a days. Usually I get great customer service, but today the woman was not helpful and had a couldnt care less attitude. I was going to spend about $5000 for horse shelters, but I will take my business elsewhere.

Grange Co-OP has good feed for all animals. The staff are very friendly and have good knowledge on all the products they sell. A must stop for all your livestock needs.

Having worked in the the customer service industry for several years now, I can honestly say this one takes the cake (not in the good way). My mother and I were in search of a particular product which we found (thanks to a very helpful, polite woman in the aisles). Upon finding the item we needed, we proceeded to the checkout. There was no one in line as we approached a young girl behind the register. There was no hello...absolutely no greeting whatsoever. It was almost as if we were an inconvenience to her, almost as if we were bothering her. She asked us if we needed a bag in a very snotty way. There was no thank you, there was no smile...nothing. Quite honestly, made us both feel very small and unwelcome.Quite honestly, made me very upset seeing someone treat my mother with flat out rudeness. Never again will I patronize here again. Rather unfortunate seeing as the floor staff was very polite and helpful.

Awesome visit found out they will be carry rats as well as many other animals in their store. Every employee was super helpful and very kind. Could not be happier with my experience and will be going back for many more purchases.

Generally, I love the Grange and the selection is a cut above the rest. Unfortunately today, I was rubbed the wrong way, and may not go back.I needed a 50lb bag of rabbit food that is kept out in the warehouse. I bought it, and headed out to the warehouse to load it up. There was a blonde girl about 20 something working, and I jumped out of my lifted 4runner and handed her the ticket. She pointed to the pallet of food, and I said I would grab it (not because I didnt think she could, but because Im standing there, and I wanted to set it next to the speaker box in the back).She jumps in front of me, and with a sharp snotty attitude says I GOT IT! YOU WANT IT IN THE BACK? Kinda of shocked at her snippy attitude, I said yes. She literally chucked the bag of food through the back window, right onto my speakers, and then turned and walked off with more attitude.Im not sure what her problem was, but I didnt go to the Grange to be disrespected. I will find a new place to buy pet food from now on.

The worst. Terrible service, nobody to help you wanted to buy a BBQ he said grab the tag and stand in line then somebody came around the corner and she said I couldnt buy it cuz it was floor model. I get it bring him up from the basement at that point in time. No way to treat senior citizen vet, no way to treat anybody

My experience has been great but a gentleman looking for childrens clothing items was directed by employees to 3 different places and couldnt locate what he was looking for until I showed him.

The single most irresponsible store I’ve been to regarding social distancing. I try hard to support local and it’s just down the road from me, but I’ll go without before I give them any more support. It’s dangerous, disgraceful, and a slap in the face to the community and local medical staff.

Not a bad price

Disappointing. They gave me a 25% coupon for Black Friday weekend at the register when I was paying for $46 bag of dogfood. Then told me the dogfood was a couple of dollars off and so the coupon didnt work. It was only good for a regular priced item of which was very hard to find.

The people who work there are very nice and helpful. In November a employee helped me solve a problem with a unruly dog I just rescued. Because of this ladys help I was able to keep the dog and not take him back to the shelter.

It actually pains me to write this. I have been coming to the Co-Op for about as many years as I am old.....47. Recently, within the past few years I have noticed a trend of moving away from the old fashioned country customer service, to a more trendy cityfied version. No longer are you as knowledgeable about your products as you once were, or as courteous .Perhaps this is just a sign of the times, but I would like to see more of the old Co-Op and less of the new. When I tell you my order I dont want to have an argument about what you think I want versus what I want, and I dont want to have to explain the difference between the green trace mineral block and the red trace mineral block. I also dont want to be told we dont have that in the warehouse anymore, you will have to get it from the floor here in the store.Im spending my money with you and expect you to actually go out of your way to do YOUR JOB, and not act I have ruined your day by showing up.
