We had a great time here camping if you got to check out a yurt if you like glamping. There are plenty of trees lots of shade, easy access to the water and they offer sports equipment to be checked out by your campsite. Have a wonderful gazebo for a large picnic plenty of picnic tables the stainless steel sink and a huge rock fireplace inside. I wish there were more bathrooms that were closer. Also the lady at the kiosk was fabulous, thank you for a wonderful day

I did online shopping with curbside delivery everything went fine. They brought my groceries out put it in the backseat as requested closed the door and I was off headed home with zero contact whatsoever. Would have said 5 stars if it was some other store then the destroyer of local business.

Sept. 27 2020 Meet Harvey, we got there early due to COVID-19 But found the GP store does not open till 7:00 a.m. When they say working with a skeleton crew WOW No kidding. 😲This is Harvey 💀WERE GUESSING HE 💓 LOVED HIS JOB to DEATH😂🤣😂. And Walmart still honors him 🤭On the real we found half of what we were seeking for. Shelves were still a bit scarce but seeing Harvey made everything okay 😂

I enjoy the prices on things and the easy pick up option which I tend to use now more than ever. The kind of people going into Walmart are definitely not people I want to be around for long. As far as the employees, they dont seem to care about there job or the people and every day seems like aslowday for them.... I wish to feel more welcomed there..

This Walmart needs more checkers and less self check stations. Good variety of products both in the food section and the merchandise section. The whole store is always well stocked. The employees that I have ask questions too, have been very helpful. I visit Walmart often and will continue to in the future.

The guys working the electronics area dont seem to be able to do their jobs very well. I needed to purchase something that was locked up and none of them could help me or tell me who could help me. When a woman finally showed up and unlocked the item, she set it behind the counter and told the guys that whichever register became available first, ring me up.Well, both registers became available and the guys just stared at me until one came over and asked if I still needed help. I pointed at the box behind the counter and said Im waiting for someone to ring me up for that... It took 15 minutes to buy this item, even though I knew exactly what I wanted before I walked into the store.They apologized for the delay but the one guy was too busy flirting with a customer, another guy refused to actually interact with any customers, and the third guy seemed like he actually wanted to help but was just too overwhelmed by the world in general.#JustWalmartThings

Walmart employees are hard workers and deserve a raise in pay . The one in grants pass the employees are very good and do their jobs well. They really deserve paid well for it . I hope this will help get them tge money they deserve. They really do deserve to be paid good .

A shocking display of a lack of responsibility and dereliction of any sort of service. The shelves are empty and pallets of unopened merchandise are everywhere. We dropped off our car for an oil change and did some shopping. They could not find the oiL filter. We had to walk miles to get one while our food melted. The reality of the situation is that we would pay money not to have to set foot in Walmart. The companys motto which is Save money. Live better, is a contradiction of reality.

I use their Walmart pick up to purchase and get my groceries and let me just say....I needed that in my life!!! It is a huge time saver! As someone whos partner walks up and down every isle when given the opportunity, its SO NICE to be able to shop right from home and then pick up my groceries without Hassel. I will say, sometimes they say they are out of an item even though they might not necessarily, but I (personally) can usually over look it. They often times will give you the replaced/out of items list roughly about 30 minutes before your pick up time and I just take the opportunity to run in, since I already know what Im looking for to see if maybe it had been stocked since the personal shopper had come through. But thank you Walmart for offering the pick up and go grocery shopping!!!!

The employees who shop for customers are very pushy and leave their big carts in the misfire of the aisle. Very unhelpful! One of the walmart showers had literally grabbed a coconut cream coffee Creamer out of my hand, smirked, and said, customers first to me. These people need trained far more thoroughly

I have been going to this Walmart for year. The quality of the products overall has improved drastically over the past few years. However I still notice that at this Walmart there isnt as big of a selection to choose from in comparison to other WalMart stores Ive been to in bigger cities. The biggest down fall of the Grants Pass Walmart is the lost prevention staff. They need trained better to say the least. They make people who are not theves feel very uncomfortable. Because of their out of line behavior you can spot them a mile away. I know from talking to many other locals that it isnt just me that feels this way. It is a huge problem and I am amazed that it hasnt been corrected.

I have been using curb side service every since they opened it up the very first month. I like the fact that I dont even have to call them anymore they automatically know when Im there all they need to know is what day Im parked in and what color is my car. I like the fact that I can shop in the privacy of my own home and no matter what I want it comes up they have it if they dont they will tell you so. My only critique about ordering online and pickup for curbside service is when Im ordering from my phone big takes forever to show what buttons I pushed for what items I wanted sometimes I have to close out and open up close out and open up you know what I mean anyways I like the curbside service and I will continue to go there Holly fern as long as I can get there.

I have never been to a worse Walmart in my life. Every staff I spoke to were complete jerks. Nothing is stocked. An employee asked if I needed help at the self checkout and then rolled her eyes and walked away. In the parking lot I could hear employees threatening to walk out. They better get their act together or shut down or something because this place is awful.

Parking lot has barely any trees and its hot and always crowded. Self checkouts usually have long lines. No real cashiers.

So I gave it 4 stars because all the stock is on pallets and is literally all through out the aisles through the whole store not on shelves! Where I come from (Arkansas) Walmart only does that on overnights to stock it. I mean Im pretty sure its a safety thing. So yea other than that I found everything I needed and will most likely go back since its the closest to me. But yall should definitely work on that!

Over the past several years I have worked in dozens of Walmart stores, and this one hands down is the worst operated store I have ever been in. Pickup orders are consistently late and wrong, delivery orders are late or in some instances never even delivered, nor are any attempts made to contact stating they cant deliver as promised or try and resolve the issue. Pretty pathetic operation and management. What they show as in stock online, is consistently not in stock, and in fact often is still on pallets due to poor management.

It was better than some of the stores Ive been in. The electronics dept was very helpful.

WalMart probably will never get a 5 stars from me just because its always crowded. There is never a time of day that its not crowded. That being said.... It also means that its popular. And why is that you ask?.... Because WalMart always has great deals going on somewhere in the store. Not to mention there every day low prices. My 1 tip to everybody is to download the WalMart app and scan, scan, scan. Check all prices especially the deal prices. If you scan enough youll find some hidden deals. AMAZING deals sometimes. Its always got loads and loads of pallets in the aisles making it hard to go about my business. Other than that, its usually quick in and out with the self check outs.

Great selection of products at fairly reasonable costs. Live their RV selection. Only one check stand open vs 15 self serve. Finally got a new checker but she seemed upset.

They usually have things stocked which is confient since its the only Walmart in town. The store is always clean and staff friendly.

Waited for over an hour for help after paying for a tool box, blown off by employee after employee. completely disrespected, coach Heather doesnt manage employees well at all, fitting room lady hangs up when asking for names or help. No one cares in the least. Gladly taking my money elsewhere.

Walmart is my one stop shop. I can get what I need conveniently either in grocery or my household goods.The only reason it received 4 out of 5 from me is because their produce is old/not good quality and when searching for an employee recently, there are none to be found.Overall, with mainly the changes in produce, I would say 10/10 if that was an option.Have a great day/night everyone! 😊

Had a simple return to do but had to wait approx 15 minutes in line to handle it. Most self checkout bays were closed, few people working registers. Closed one exit without even mentioning.

Parking lot was completely full, but at this store they have an extended parking lot that is located further near the taco bell in the same area. Wasnt busy in the store considering no parking spaces. Almost all checkout stands were open, with a couple checkouts helping the elderly with purchases. Im glad that the Walmart staff at this location are that attentive with the elderly patrons.

It is the only place that I am able to locate my favorite kind of rice pudding.

Really bad service in the laptop area. I tried to buy a laptop today in this Walmart and they made everything has possible to don’t sell me the product. Unbelievable. First time that something like that happens to me. Really bad service of the two guys in that area. They don’t even care the customer service.

I read a review and it made me change mine...a girl was mad because the service desk wouldnt speak to a translator on the phone...really? I think Americans and this country accomadate enough by paying healthcare, giving food stamps, cash benefits, free phones, free hotel rooms to ILLEGAL immigrants and much much more. Translators arent needed when You learn the language of the country that is taking care of you, literally. Some people have been Given too much and now feel Entitled.. THANK YOU to all the employees that have to deal with rude and spoiled customers that think the world evolves around them.

Our Walmart is free of stuff in the isles, & clean. Good stuff & they pretty much keep the price down.

I did the online grocery buy and pickup. It was great. I added bags and they had it all out to my car in less then 10min. I recommend for people like me that cant walk thru that store and wait in lines without hurting to try it. They use your foodstamps and you can select another card and you put the amount to take off the card then you can add a second card for the rest of your order price if it goes over that amount.
