There were 3 workers, only one was doing their job i stood their for 5 min waiting for someone to take my order, but they were way more focused in their own conversation to notice me standing there. This isn’t the first time either, every time I go to this Starbucks they always are more focused on talking amongst themselves then to notice they have a customer.

Starbucks always has great drinks and is an easy drive thru.

I have tried Star Bucks twice and one tasted like dirty mop water and the best I can say about the other is it was cold and wet. I will never try them again. You asked my opinon

An employee named, Amalia, has the most beautiful smile and such a warm greeting. She has now remembered my favorite drink and I seem to slurp it up before I am even done shopping at Fred Meyers. Its nice to see such great customer service at my favorite Starbucks.

My wife really coffee and likes Starbucks. When we are on the road I can take her there and she is happy. I dont drink coffee but the oatmeal is great and I can use the restroom. I like Starbucks.

The barista made my mocha perfect. Very pleasant and its very convenient to have it there in Fred Meyers.

Starbucks coffee is too bitter for me. I wish they had a smoother tasting coffee, so if I wanted to drink it black, I could. Also, I believe Starbuck prices are too high. You would sell more coffee, make a great profit, and have repeat customers, if you would lower your prices.I know, if there is a Starbucks on one corner and another coffee house across the street, I would go to the other competitor. Many of my friends feel the same.I get a free coffee for every 10 cups I buy at the competitor location. Plus, free coffee all day, on my birthday, if I choose to do so. Fortunately, I am a one cup a day person and would never abuse the kindness. The competition is using great strategic selling tools .Thank you for reading.April Brennan

Poor service! To add she gave me a cup that was bent at rim, improper fitting lid, dropped coffee while driving. Been rare I have received any good service, will not go back to this Starbucks.

Love the friendly baristas they have hired here at this specific location, and the poster board for local events is really groovy to the most excellent music soundtrack they always have here.Always a joy to visit and leaves me feeling in a higher place every time. If ever you suffer from a case of the Mondays, get yourself over to the Grants Pass Starbucks and order a venti caramel skim milk mocha macchiato.. tell em the duck sent ya.
