We recently had a new garage built on our property in Cave Junction, Oregon. It was important to us to have two garage doors installed that would be as insulated as possible. Thats where we got an education - Having visited Home Depot and three other garage door companies in Grants Pass the only folks who had a clue about R ratings and options was Action Door. They were able to provide garage doors with an R19 rating while the nearest competitor had one option that was rated R9 and costs more money. They came out and measured before they placed the order, then delivered on-time and there in-house installers did an awesome job. We recently replaced our Wayne Dalton garage door which had been installed by the contractor at the time we purchased our home, with a new Amarr door from Action Door. We could not be more pleased with our new door. The installation was prompt and professionally done. The techs arrived on time and reviewed the overall project with me. Both openers were installed, remotes programed, new keypad programed, existing one was problem solved, other questions answered and two other garage doors received some needed maintenance and all done within two hours. The two techs were friendly, competent and very professional. I found the experience with the office to be informative and professional as well. My overall experience has been positive and if I ever need another garage door or opener, I will contact Action Door first. You will not be disappointed with the service or quality of their product

I went in to purchase custom wood look garage doors and openers, first time I went in the lady that worked there was extremely rude and felt like I was bothering her by asking very basic questions. Left not wanting to give them my business. Through my electrician he said the owner was a nice guy and so was the son. Thought maybe the lady was having a bad day and decided to go back and give it another shot. From the moment I walked through the door she had the same terrible attitude. Spent maybe 10 minutes looking at a million different configurations and asking again very easy basic questions, I get eye rolling and just all around nasty behavior from whoever the lady saleswoman that is the face of the company. She even had my bad review I already left taken down when I stated the same situation. Don’t believe these reviews because somehow she is able to remove them. I would never give this place my business because of how awful that lady is. If you want to get treated terribly from start to finish with absolutely no help with eye rolling and attitude, this is your place. I said nothing but the truth in my last review and within hours she was able to get it removed somehow. I’m sure I’m not the only one. I was polite as can be as I am to everyone and even gave her a second chance. She should not work with the public and be the face of that company. Awful person.
