Chris Mitchell made the ordering process quick and easy; and he facilitated my energy rebate application -- it couldnt have gone better!His installers -- Cory, Mitch and Jason -- were absolutely outstanding!! Friendly, professional, worked seamlessly with us as the install proceeded, and literally improved the outside trim on 4 windows that had been poorly done. These guys are as good as it gets!!

Chris and his crew of men did a beautiful job of installing new windows in my old mobile home. All four men involved were cheerful and polite. They completed the work in a timely manner, were careful to leave my home as clean as they found it and I am very pleased with how they finished the framing and sill around the windows. I dont need to cover up my windows with curtains any more and I dont have condensation running down the window panes any longer. A very positive experience.

I recently had an Anderson full view storm door with retractable screen installed and couldn’t be happier with my choice. I had begun with trying to purchase the door through Home Depot and after 3 days of conflicting claims, calls not returned etc. I gave up. I have never had so much trouble trying to spend my money. I then called Chris at Mitchell Window and Door and got immediate response, questions answered and the door professionally installed. I couldn’t be happier with the service and installation. Did I pay more? Yes, a little more, but the peace of mind and the attention to detail was worth it. I would highly recommend them for any of your window or door needs.

From my first conversation on the phone with Chris I was impressed with his knowledge of windows, his passion and his value system. I am very happy that I chose Mitchell Window and Door over any other company. The crew who did the install was wonderful. I replaced every old window in my 19th century home and everything went perfectly. I got a great product because Chris educated me about Milgard brand. I went looking for bedroom doors today for our new 3,400 sq ft home. One of the places I went in was Mitchell Doors in GP. I walked in and in the back a man was sitting at a desk chatting with another man. He looked at me and says:He: Were just waiting for his wife to get here.Me: OkHe: What do you need?Me: Were building a home and we need the interior doors.He: Are you looking for Knotty Alder or?Me: No. Solid core, paint grade, Craftsman style.He: Oh. Well youd be better off going somewhere else. I can give you prices but Im not competitive. We like to supply upper end homes that use the high quality wood stained doors not doors on a budget.Me: (feeling shocked) Ok, no problem. If youre not competitive I wont waste any more of our time.And I turned and walked out.
