I recently purchased some pregnancy DHA supplements, but they were not working well with my indigestion. I brought them in to see if maybe the employees at The Herb Shop had any suggestions for how to take the supplements to avoid the issue I was having with them, but instead they did an exchange for some other supplements. These new ones are working out really well! Im so happy with my experience at The Herb Shop. This is a great place for supplements, teas, hair products, soaps, etc. I highly recommend a visit if you havent yet been there!

Always have had a good experience coming into this store. It has a wide range of products from metaphysical to herbal. Books, unique gifts, essential oils, herbalist in back, tinctures, supplements and more. Staff has always been friendly and attentive when Ive come in.

This place is an absolute lifesaver. I suffered with poison oak for over a year I tried everything that I heard of as a remedy I had my arms and legs completely crusted and oozing, wrapped in bandages for most of the year as soon as it would clear up I would get it again here at The Herb Shop they told me about oral IV which is what forestry workers and fire workers used to combat poison oak and it works. Within a half a day of using the product my wounds from the nasty sores were 50% decreased. The itch and the pain completely relieved and since Ive been taking the prophylactic dose when I go out in the woods I have not had a recurrence. This is after being completely covered with poison oak for over a year thank you so much to the people at the herb shop.

Amazing place with good energy and good people. All the womxn that work here helpful kind and knowledgable. They have a big variety of herbs, probiotics, and supplements, and they make their own tinctures which we found are much better quality / stronger than the herb pharm brand, we can tell they are made with love and quality herbs.

Thorough selection of supplements

Had an amazing experience here. The folks in the apothecary room were so helpful. As it was my first experience, i had a lot of questions about which herbs to buy and how much. They were so fun and easy to be around while learning and exploring. Its been a year, and the positive feelings associated with The Herb Shop havent yet waned. Hope to visit again someday!

Phenomenal service! I placed an online order with the shop in Oregon around 3:00 PDT Monday afternoon and got a message less than one hour later saying it had been shipped. Less than 48 hours after that, the package was on my porch in Virginia. Visiting the actual store last summer, I was impressed with their large variety of high-quality bulk herbs and now I’m even more impressed with their ability to move their products from one coast to the other so quickly!

I have been shopping here for years and have only had positive experiences. This shop is filled with thoughtfulness and kindness, many herbs and natural remedies as well as beautiful gifts. It smells delightful, has great energy and the service is outstanding. If you’re into natural living and you’ve never been in here, you’re in for a treat.

GREAT bulk herb section! Talking with staff it seems that the Herb Shop is mindful of sourcing from sustainable farms and foragers. If youve got a large order, you can drop off a list and return later for pick up. Really love this shop!

I feel blessed. Shine is knowledgeable, peaceful, & beautiful. The Strictly Strawberry blend was recommended. I brewed it with a hemp honey stick. Yummm.

Went to the local Herbshop in Grants Pass Oregon for some tinctures, it was recommended to me by a friend. I suffer from occasional migraines and went to get a Valerian and Willow tincture. First off the service was terrible, I was looking at the tincture display for awhile and knowone offered me any help or advice. After finding the tinctures I was looking for, I wasn’t that impressed, they were very dusty and looked like they had been sitting on the shelf for ages. But purshased them anyways since I was just passing through the Grants Pass area, traveling south to San Diego. The worst of it all is after taking the tinctures my throat swelled up and my migraine intensified ten fold! The New Moon line of tinctures was terrible! Upon a little more research I found out the New Moon band is made in house at the shop, it was a TERRIBLE experience! I do not recommend this shop to anyone, especially the New Moon tinctures! I ended up throwing away the two tinctures I purchased after trying them one more time, and experiencing the same misriable results. I heard there’s a shop in Eugene Oregon called Moonrise herbs, it’s apparently suppose to be much better. I’ll have to try that spot next time I travel through. I DO NOT recommend the New Moon tinctures, terrible experience!

Found the staff to be rude and pretentious. I went in to purchase a large high priced bottle of Cbd for my dog.. when I walked in not one person said hello to me despite there being 4 staff members behind the register or in close vicinity and not one person asked if I needed help. I walked around for about 15 minutes looking around without anyone approaching me. When I did check out with a few other items the woman checking me out barely said one word to me. I decided to purchase my cbds at a different local business who seemed more helpful and appreciative of my business. Sorry I don’t have dreadlocks and shave my armpits and legs. I will never return to the herb shoppe again and will instead use other local businesses offering the same products or order online.
