I was having a horrible time with my previous cell service provider. I went into the Verizon Store in Grants, New Mexico, and Courtney set me up with new, reliable service, and an awesome phone, even setting up my new phone and transferring all of my contacts, apps, and photos from my old Samsung phone to my new one, all within my lunch break from work. I had to get a new phone as my other iPhone was having difficulty with me! Derick helped make choices about which one would work best for me. He ordered it and was pleasant with conversation. I came back 2 days later to get the new phone. Derick switch services for me and made a good deal with my trade in. I love our hometown store and employees.
