Progressive recommended that I take my vehicle there after I had hail damage to my truck. DFW Collision is terrible with follow ups. I had to initiate almost all of the calls, emails and follow ups to check the status of my truck.I had to pick up my truck after 30 days because Progressive would no longer cover my rental costs. There are 3 parts that DFW Collision is still waiting on Ford to ship them.DFW Collision refused to release my truck unless I gave them the total amount on the invoice although there was around $800 of parts and services not rendered. I told DFW Collision that I was happy to pay them minus the parts and labor that they did not provide. I do not agree with paying for services that have not been rendered. They refused to release my truck unless I paid them for the parts and services not rendered.I paid them in full to get my truck back from ransom. Now I have to wait for Ford to send them the parts and bring my truck back to DFW Collision. DFW Collision has already been paid in full, in advance for parts, service and labor not rendered.Dont come here. Go to a fair and honest collision repair center. Go to a company that will only charge you for the work that has been completed.
I brought my Ford Explorer here for repair after an accident. Jesus D. was my advisor, and I was very impressed with his professionalism. They did a great job, and my car is good as new. Highly recommend.

Allen W. was amazing!!! He was responsive, professional, and courteous. He kept me abreast of every stage of the process from beginning to end. There was a parts shortage and Allen kept me informed throughout the entire process. I thought Id receive my vehicle back a lot sooner than I did, but the delay was not necessarily due to DFW Collision Centers (Grapevine). Allen was absolutely great to work with! He ensured I had the latest status and kept in constant touch. And in the end Allen took the time to explain the final bill with me. He walked me thru every aspect of the comprehensive repair this winning team had done. So far so good! My car is running very well. Special Thanks to DFW Collision for your hard work and expertise. I hope to never require your services again but if I do, I know who to call and where to come!
Two trips and two weeks now for an estimate and have received nothing. They do not phone calls either.. Dont waste your time with these guys and go somewhere else!
Was unable to get State Farm to do the work at DFW Collision Centers, but I spoke to 3 different representatives at DFW Collision and they were more helpful than anyone else I have spoken to all day. While State Farm has failed to follow up and do the work of coordinating the claim, DFW Collision has been helpful and attentive - even though they arent even going to get the work. Top shelf service at the first point of contact. Well done.

In the span of five days my family was involved in two no-fault collisions on two separate cars. After the first I limped the car to the nearest collision shop without reading any reviews, it was DFW Collison East. Had I read the reviews I would have went somewhere else as they were terrible but I am glad I didn’t. My service advisor (August) and the lady at the desk (Debbie?) were great! They walked me through the entire process as we had never had an accident before. This place has had a change in mgmt recently, apparently.Four days later, same thing. Everyone found it funny that I was back and had two cars in their shop in such a short amount of time. This time because of a vacation they were flexible around my schedule to get the repairs done and very accommodating. It’s been two months since the accidents, the repairs were done timely and the quality was great. A couple of minor follow-ups (bulbs, windshield wiper) were addressed with no questions and parts on hand when we arrived.Call these guys if you need work! Be sure to ask for August!
Horrible expierience. Took almost three weeks for an easy repair. A great example of the disorganization would be the two signs in the lobby that say officially certified by Ford valid through March 2018.” It is October as I write this. Calling this a reputable business would be laughable.
August took great care of me. Communication was great and they helped me fight Geico to get OEM replacement parts! I would definitely recommend these guys.
So impressed with dfw collision, they fixed our 2017 Ford lariart to brand new. The front desk was helpful with telling me where to rent a car & when I arrived they called enterprise to have me picked up. Jim was really nice & even had the vehicle ready two days early. My truck looks amazing and even better then the day we bought it. I’m Grateful I found dfw collision, since they are one of the few who work on fords.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! They kept our car over a month after we took it there for repairs due to an accident. When we got the car the, AC, Alarm System, Speakers were busted and they left the car empty on gas! Took the car back and they called us the next day saying they would not fix anything and we need to come it back. We will file a complaint with the BBB and with our insurance company. Both Gene & Gene Jr....need to work on their customer service skills.
DO NOT USE this place is absoultly HORRIBLE!!!!! BECAUSE IM A WOMAN I BELIEVE THEY TRIED TO SCREW ME I WENT TO PICK MY CAR UP AFTER TWO WEEKS AND IT WAS STILL DAMAGED THEY ENDED UP KEEPING MY CAR ANOTHER WEEK WHEN PICKING IT UP I NOTICED THE EMBLEMS ON MY CAR BFORE WERENT ON THERE AND THE ONES THAT WERE THEY PLACED THEM INCORRECTLY, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE AS HELL THERE IS NO RATING LOW ENOUGH FOR THIS HORRIBLE ASS LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! BECAUSE OF THEN I HAVE TO TAKE MY CAR TO LINCOLN FOR THERE FKUPS TO BE CORRECTED!!!!
I decided to use this collision center as I red some good reviews but it was totally a dissapointed experience. This people charge a lot for my repairs and the job was totally wrong. I dont know what kind of employees and painters they have but they are the worst. My family own a business like this one for 50+ years and the work is 100% much better than this people. Total ripoff. First they broke my sun roof, passenger seat belt, radio antenna. The top/roof paint have stains and i took it back and it the same. The painter definately dont know how to paint or polish the cars. The sunroof also have stains of clear never removed. The bumpers the same thing. I came back to claim and they did nothing. For the second that i came back they scratch the passenger door like 4 inches and they agree to painted and I said forget it my car is not going to be here a day more. No matter if I have a warranty I will never take my car back to this place. Very dissappointed. Service was regular. Customer service from the old lady that you have there, not impress.
Ive had word done here 3 times, 1st time great, 2nd was below average, took forever and was way over charged.3rd time pretty much sucked. Door was hanging 1/4 inch, they tried to tell me thats normal after a wreck. NEVER use the Enterprise car rental place without taking pictures when you pick it up and take pictures when you drop it off, theyre notorious for trying to charge people for existing damage. To add insult to injury, I had a case of flexible CD / DVD cases sitting behind the passenger seat, about the shape of a large square loaf of bread. Worked perfect there when I draped my coat over the seat I could perch my computer backpack on top of the loaf of cases and the coat hid it perfectly and you could only see the cardboard case if you looked in. I kept the case in my truck so people at work couldnt bum them off me, if I needed a couple I just brought them in on my way in. So I was very surprised to discover when I went to push the passenger seat back against the case of DVD covers, it just collapsed flat, someone had taken all the plastic cases out, wadded a couple up and filled the rest with trash.I take EVERYTHING out when I have work done now, why risk it.Girls up front are very nice, but you dont go there to chat to nice girls, you go there to get your vehicle fixed.

Took car here for Collison repair. Repair was done well, however customer service needs some work. Bad experience on getting a rental, and communication / knowing where they were in the repair process. Would have to think long and hard about whether I go back.
Do Not Use This Auto Body Shop. They are incompetent workers and do not care about costumer satisfaction.
Repaired my car very well.
