Terrible customer service. I purchased the top of the line battery for our Polaris Ranger. $160.00. When I installed the battery it was weak but started the machine. Two more than later we used it for Halloween for an hour. I had to jump it. I hear a clicking sound so decided to take the machine in for an axle service after the holidays. Again I had to jump it. The Polaris dealer told me the battery was bad. I went back to Napa and they said the battery was 4 years old and that was the problem. They had sold it to me less than a year ago so they sold me a 3 year old battery. The counter guy said yeah they don’t sell them much so it had probably been sitting there but they couldn’t warranty it because it was 6 months old. Why would they sell me a 4year old battery? And then once they realized what they did why wouldn’t they fix the problem? The counter guy even told me their batteries weren’t very good and he recommended some other brand. Napa used to be great commercial parts. Not the case and this dealer Disney do them any favors. I would not recommend them.

Terry and Mark always go out of the way to find obscure items I need and rarely seem to grow tired of doing it. Highly recommend.

Guys know there stuff and are always friendly. Allot of other parts stores are closer to my house, but NAPA is worth the drive.

Needed some new hydraulic hoses made for my wrecker. They knew what to do! Good guys and most of them have worked there a long time.

Great service. They were quick, friendly and knowledgeable. The best thing is that they didnt over charge like a lot of NAPAs do to non business customers. Good job guys!

The 2 gentleman working Saturday October 14, 2017, are amazing! Super helpful to a couple of Sooner Fans who were in town for the game! Woke up to a dead car battery and they helped us figure out the right tools to get it changed. Those two guys were our heroes! Thank yooooou soooo much!

Ive been going there for 28 years they always have what I want if not they get it Great bunch of people work there. And I only use Napa because I used to work for them many years ago at different location

Showed up at 805 store opens at 730, I tried to enter the store the door was locked. There was a employee literally 3 feet from the door putting away parts and another guy at the service desk. While I went to my truck to double check the time another guy goes to the front door again 2 workers see this and do nothing. We both stand there talking about how odd this situation is. The other guys has the number to the store in his phone so calls. The manager in the back answers the phone and walks past the other two zombie employees and lets us in the store. Then employee that was 3 feet from the door tells us we should have knocked, easily hands down the worst customer service I have seen in 2017.
