I have had two cars tinted here. I had done my wifes car about about a year ago. Good customer service. They did a good job with the windows, no problems.So earlier this year I went back to them and had them do my car. Similar experience. It was a great choice to use the ceramic tint on both cars. I really do notice the difference in the Texas sun.

I believe I given this shop time to fix the issues and nothing has resolve it’s actually made it worst. I took my vehicle 8/29 to get it tinted and purchased supreme tint package for a little over $300. I’m aware the curing process and what to expect. I was impressed at first as the job was done in less than 1hr but then again at the back of my head for that fast I’m wonder how the quality work was done. It’s so had to determine at first if there’s issues as it is freshly tinted. After giving it a couple of days or so I’ve noticed the terrible job this shop made. There are scratches, wrinkles, bubbles and debris in between the tint and window of ALL the windows. I’ve addressed this to one of their staff and had several text messages on this matter and I was advised to give it more time to cure which I patiently have. After several more days- over a week the issues was noticeably visible. I was advised to take it to the shop therefore the manager which is Dylan can take a look at it and possibly make a resolution. Which I did, met with him and he agreed the terrible - poor quality work was done to my window tint. He explained to me that it may take couple of hours or so to get it done which I don’t mind thinking maybe this time they’ll put more effort to resolve the issues. I dropped of my car and couple hours that’s done I picked it up. Per Dylan he checked himself to make sure it’s all done properly. Again it’s so hard to determine the issues if it’s freshly tinted. Come to the following days or so again and now it’s more than a week - it’s the same issues to all the windows. I’ve provided them picture that it was worst that the first time my window got tinted. The front passenger seat tint is not aligned to the window. SEVERAL debris again stuck between, wrinkles and bubbles. This is unacceptable!!! You would think the second time you’ll take take you car to get redone it will be a lil better but came out worst. I’m trying to get my money back as I don’t trust their service. This one terrible place to deal with! The quality of work is beyond terrible. Im not asking for perfection but a decent job for $300.

We really can’t say enough great things about Tint World in Grapevine. Dylan was so helpful during our decision making process as we decided what all we wanted done on both of our vehicles. We had full tint and full front (plus some) paint protection film put on our Tesla 3 and BMW X5. The work was outstanding!!! They treated our cars like they were their own. We will definitely use Tint World for all similar needs in the future.

I had PPF installed on my front bumper about a year ago and the installation was less than perfect. I had excessive air bubbles, and a few areas peeling up at the edges.I brought it back to them a week or so after the install to have these issues addressed and they fixed most of the issues but debris was still under the film. I asked them to fix the other issues and they told me to kick sand. However, a year later, I see that this debris is becoming more noticeable and even noticed a few human hairs under the film! Other parts of the film are also starting to peel. So I went back to them a few days ago and they told me to kick sand (again), as they did not want to stand behind their work. Another thing that really turned me off was that they acted like they were doing me a favor the first time by fixing some of the bubbles in the film from THIER installation. They even went as far as to blaming all these bubbles were from preexisting rock chips. Clearly not the case since most of the bubbles were removed the second time and the bumper was properly repainted before I brought it in.While the Suntek PPF is a great product, it can only be as good as the install. While an installer at another shop would have addressed these issues without any hesitation, Tint World Grapevine told me I should have brought it to them sooner, however I did not catch the defect earlier on. Its NOT my job to catch all of the details and check their work. I have been more than patient and professional with these people, and they are taking advantage of that.This whole process has been frustrating. I know other shops would have stood behind their work to make things right. I must admit, the manager did offer to discount a new PPF to install but I would still be another $250 to $300 out of pocket to fix issues that were on them.. which is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I had to repost this review because I felt the owner was discrediting my concern and downplaying the issue at hand. I understand that maybe one or two specs of dust could be within reason, but installations with human hairs under the film and delamination are unacceptable.

What an amazing VIP experience! I just got the front windows of my Tesla Model Y tinted to match the rear windows. I was in and out in less than 30 min!Plus, they do a lot more than window tinting. They sell radios, speakers, car wraps, rims, and Nano ceramic coatings! I’m bringing my GT350 Mustang here next week for a speaker and sub woofer upgrade.

Had my tint done and it took less than an hour! I was also interested in some new exhaust for my truck and they were super helpful in finding the exhaust I wanted for a good price. Very affordable labor prices and great work. I will be using Tint World for all my truck upgrades in the future.

This was my first time receiving tinting services and it was a very good experience. They offered various packages and options based on cost with clear descriptions of the benefits between the packages. They setup an appointment with and told me it would be an 1.5 hours and it was.

I recently had my 2017 HD Pro Street Breakout CVO ceramic coated. I didnt know what to expect but when I picked her up, she looked better than the day I bought it off of the Harley sales floor. I couldnt be happier. The colors look deep and shine like never before. Pictures dont do her justice. If you see me out and about stop and have a look.

Brought my 2009 BMW 135i in for window tint and in all honesty the staff was friendly and engaging the service was wonderful and they did a great job tinting my windows. But after I got my car back I noticed that the leather on the door panel was peeling off. This isn’t a huge deal as it only took a few seconds to fix. I’m not upset about the door panel, but when I asked the manager about it he became confrontational and said “we just washed the windows to put the film on that’s not our fault. It’s a 2007, that’s an old car” rather than just pushing it back into place which would have cost them nothing. He just blew me off which was very disappointing as the rest of his staff had been wonderful. As someone who has management experience it’s shocking to me that he finds it acceptable to treat their customers like that. Extremely disappointed in the management but satisfied with the services can’t say that I trust them at this point in time.

Attempted to schedule a tint service here, requested a time slot and was in the process of getting the details. After several delays I was told my slot was unavailable. I work on surgical equipment, I need my vehicle for work and I expect my time to be respected by the business. But taking two hours to respond and blatantly ignoring my inquiries multiple times, it seems the techs here get really busy. Must be busy jacking around if it took two hours to ask turn around time and get back to me. This establishment does not value your time or business, save your money and get a better deal at a better location.*edit: another location was available same day without any of the hassle and offered a deal that beat their price by a lot. Shop around but not here.

Had HID headlights installed on my wifes SUV. Dealt with Jake who was extremely helpful. My wife is completely satisfied due to her being night blind. I noticed on their website and in the store that they offered a discount to First Responders and the Military. At the time of checkout, I inquired about it and was told by a young lady that they would not be honoring it. She told me because they had to order the lights. But when I originally set up the appointment, they confirmed they had the lights in stock. So if you have something which shows no exclusions, then you should honor it. I will still go back for service in the future and recommend them.

My husband took my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to get HID headlights installed. Noticed there was a little adjustment needed after the install, contacted them and spoke with Jake who told us to bring it right in. They got the job done in no time and was done perfectly. We even took it back to have the HIDs installed for the high beams and again it was done in no time and the the craftsmanship was outstanding. Also the price was right too. Ive always heard good things about this shop but I finally got to be able to do business with them yesterday. I had my 2013 Jeep Wrangler 2 Door get a whole new Sony touchscreen installed, paired with all six brand new Memphis speakers. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I called and made an appointment and showed up on time. I was told on the phone it would take 30-40 minutes. When I arrived, they said an hour max. I waited for an hour and they hadn’t even started tinting my windows. They said it would be another 30 minutes. Nice people, but horrible with time.

These guys have tinted 3 of my vehicles now and they do not disappoint. I went if for my windows, sunroof and trunk sill this time and they knocked it out of the park as always. The best part this time? Besides the very friendly and informative staff, they were wrapping a Mercedes with great attention to detail. I got to watch while knowing my car was being handled by professionals.
