Our salesperson, Rick, was a superb and professional representative of the Sleep Number store. He did not make us feel pressured to purchase at any time. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. We are so happy we decided to walk into that store that evening and we can’t wait to have our new bed delivered!

An update... I was told by the tech. that there was nothing wrong with our bed, and you CAN order shorter legs. He said just screw off the old ones and put on the shorter ones. Well, doesnt work that way. You have to dis-assemble the whole bed! And because we didnt have the shorter legs when he came out, we have to pay another service charge to get it done.I really should give them 1 star, but being generous today.In hind sight, I wish we would have shopped around at some of their competitors beds.

We have had a sleep number bed for 15 years and decided it was time to upgrade when our puppy chewed the wiring under the bed. Otherwise, we would still have the sleep number 2000. We upgraded to the adjustable base and the split king flex fit 2 mattress. Almost $7,000, thanks puppy!We were going to get the regular base,but our salesman had us try the zero gravity feature and we loved it. Our salesman was new, which was not a problem, except he did not mention that we could get a second remote, needed to pay extra for headboard brackets, etc. Basically, didnt upsell anything that we would have purchased and needed. Also was pretty clueless about the finance paperwork,so took way longer than it should have to get that processed.When our bed was delivered, I was out of the room until they were about done. When I came back in I was shocked at how tall the bed was. It was nothing like the demo bed in the store! I mentioned that and the installer said, well, you have the wrong legs, you have to order shorter ones. That was not true because those are actually the shortest ones available. Secondly, the feature that we were sold on, the zero gravity, doesnt function like it did in the store either. In the store, the zg was just really comfortable with a slight lift of the head and feet. When we tried that at home, it basically was like sleeping in a taco shell. The head was higher than when we are in a reading position!Needless to say, Im super disappointed and wish I had my old bed back. Unfortunately, the carted it off when they delivered the new one. A technician is supposed to come out in about 10 days, so may be able to update my rating. At $7k, I freaking hope so!
