I bought a new nattress from Cam C. At the Grapevine location. It was a very positive experience. He was informative without being pushy…honest about customer feedback regarding each of the mattresses I was returning, and I felt like I got a really good deal.

We came and made a completely different decision. Being able to see and try out the various options was very essential. Wife and I have different sleep needs as we age (Im not old! Lol). We were able to make a better decision. David was very helpful and worked out the best deal for us. In this day and age of limited capacity and inventory, it was good to get a decent deal.

Went into the store midday on Sunday. Was greeted immediately by associate who was currently assisting another customer. When the association finished up with other customer he went out of his way to apologize for the delay and was extremely helpful with answering all my questions and I do believe he even went to great lengths to assure my total satisfaction

Ive been visiting other mattress stores, all with the high pressure sales, and same ole same ole. Found the Grapevine store searching online so I stopped by. Daniel was great to work with, he took the time to listen, shared with me the stores approach, what inventory was available, and all the choices in mattress construction,functions and overall feel. He took the time to get online and search his inventory at other stores and compared to my research while visiting the other stores, found everything I had been looking for. No pressure, no leading me to any certain brand or higher price...just gave me the facts and details. I ended up saving over 4k what would have been over 7k + at the other outlets ... got the exact style,make and model,brand,size, and adjustable base... and saved more than i spent... 1 hour of time was well worth my time and no stress or pressure while Daniel helped me through the entire process... glad I found the store in Grapevine.

We went into mattress firm in grapevine with the intent to look at options of a bed and not to purchase. Jake was available for us from the beginning and he answered all of our questions and provided us with additional information that in the end helped us decide that we were going to purchase a bed that day. I purchased a mattress in Oct 2020, with insurance. It has now become very uncomfortable as it has sunken in 11 inch around the edge which makes sleeping on a ridge. I returned to this store requesting a warrant exchange for a defective mattress. I was told I would have to pay about $240 which included a restocks fee...for a deflective mattress!! WOW I was told that I would have to go on line and file a warranty claim, have someone come and measure it and pay for delivery...estimated at least 3 to 4 weeks.

Jake and Austin were super helpful and fit us with the perfect bed! 10/10 recommend buying your next mattress from them.

I am currently waiting for my sixth delivery. They did not show up (or call) the first, second, third, and fifth time. The fourth delivery time, they did show up, but brought a broken mattress. The regional manager will not respond to my emails. Every time you go to the store, its a different manager, so there is no accountability, and Ive had to explain my issue several times now. Worst customer service experience in my life.

I went in looking for an interspring mattress but was talked into the more expensive temperpedic mattress due to my back issues. I wake up in pain daily. They dont accept returns!! And the mattress the rated so highly has a hole in the top with a piece of wood in it. I laid on the mattress to be stuck in the back by the wood. This is unbelievable. Im miserable and paying for it.
