This year all these stores suck . The one in Irving was the best but they didnt open one up this time. Every store we went in was short in items or they would sell what they had on Nov 1st. Very disappointed.

The costumes are great as always, but this year, they never setup the animatronics. There are only 3 and 1 didnt work. We mostly visit because of the animatronics. Was very disappointed this year. This was our 3rd visit to see if they had setup anything else and it was the same.

Every spirit I have gone to is very picked over. Not alot of merchandise

Got in with my toddler, no carts available so asked the cashier if I can use Targets he said no, theyre not allow to. Toodlers costumes are around $35-$45 each one. Nothing to enjoy about it!

Had requested fire lights 2weeks ago and they called to let us know they were on hold for 24 hours at 6pm last night we went in the next day at 1to pick them up and was told they just put them back on the shelf and someone just bought them. Super sad at the way this was handled we have been waiting to complete our dinning room chandelier since last year! Bummed Halloween fans

This place is AWESOME!!! Love the variety of costumes and Halloween decorations. Our family of 5 was able to get all our costumers here!

Go elsewhere for your Halloween needs. These guys have no idea what they have or don’t. They have items for advertised for sale that they don’t actually sell. Then they say go online to but then they aren’t on their website either. Then store employees have no idea and the managers won’t even sell you the display items either.Very disappointed. We will do our shopping elsewhere.

I needed a Oktoberfest hat and the frightening sales person knew just what I needed and even gave me a coupon. It was a scary surprise. Spirit Is a awfully good place to shop.
