In-N-Out never disappoints! Hands down the best fast food burger. Animal style is the way to go!

My 1st experience here was completely awesome you got it took my order it was very knowledgeable about the menu which I dont see how he couldnt be because its a very simple menu but he was knowledgeable about the company as well which was impressive . I definitely will come back here accurate and I do recommend anybody reading this review should come to this store. Also the starting pay for the employees is 15 an hour Can you believe that? Most companies wont even pay employees at a benefit for its that a been there for years $15 an hour All that means said kudos to in-and-out Burger you guys rock.

I Havent been there in years but after the California thing (mandate)I thought I would give them another chance and Im glad I did, great service and food.

The burgers are good. A little messy when covered with delicious grilled onions. The fries were pretty bland. I was surprised that none of the staff or patrons wore covid masks.

Im not usually a burger guy but dang, these were good. Everything surrounding the burger was great. The animal style fries, well done, were delicious. The prices were very fair.

Its In-N-Out, whats not to like? Well actually, while Texas is known as beef country, the meat doesnt have the same quality as stores in California or Colorado. That said, its still head and shoulders above other fast food burger joints and the prices are cheap.

The building was very clean and service was fast. The food tasted old and the bun is too big for a small burger, so I would recommend getting a larger burger and splitting it. The veggies were fresh though

We have never been to California but we are sure glad that In-N-Out Burger has made its way to Texas.We have never had a bad experience at In-N-Out Burger and that includes the location in Grapevine. The service is fast, the food is excellent and the staff is always courteous.After you experience the normal items on the menu I suggest to order the Animal Style Burger, which is a normal cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato with a beef patty grilled with mustard, topped with extra spread, pickles, and grilled, caramelized onions.

Look like it was going to take a long but quick service and nice staff.

We walked in to In and Out Burger close to closing time. The staff was very kind and did not say Hey well be closing in 30 minutes you need to hurry. They said take your time, we have to clean up, enjoy your burger no rush. I dont get that from many restaurants usually its we close in 30 minutes so you need to kind of hurry. We had a very good meal with very kind staff!

Oh how I miss having In-N-Out burger! The food was great, and service was friendly and fast.

I love this place! Whenever I visit from out of town I always make sure to come here! I wish they would bring In and out to Wichita Kansas we would love one down here! Can yall please make that happen? Pretty please with Sugar on top?!

You can count on In N Out to be pretty much the same no matter what location youre at. Burgers are pretty good and inexpensive if you dont add other options. Fries have always been thin and soggy so I never get them. Drive through is usually quick. Nothing fancy, but dependable for your burger fix.

We are from Oklahoma and do not have these. We have been once before many years ago. We came for a late night dinner and we were very happy. Great service and great food.

The place was packed, so I initially despaired for a place to sit. Nevertheless; they served everyone with plentiful, cheerful staff-- inside and outside--and dispatched an emissary inside to ensure the welfare of the many guests. We would certainly return for the food, experience and value.

Best burger for the price around! Service was excellent too. Had a slightly messed up burger for my daughter and they made her a new one immediately. Very friendly staff, very good, consistent food, and a very clean restaurant. Also, you cant beat the price. Highly recommend!

Great customer service for all staff, especially the cashier, I think her name May, she was perfect example for hard worker during busy time and elite customer service employee.She was welcoming, smiling, and has professional greeting skills.

Very clean, well organized, helpful, courteous and friendly service. This was our first time and would most definitely return here. As there slogan states “quality you can taste”. 5 stars for a fast food restaurant is rear for me.You can taste the freshly cut French fries, buns and meat patties. Iced tea is refreshing without the commercial after taste. We also ordered a shake and you can taste the soft serve ice cream.Worth the trip!

The In-N-Out Burfer was an amazing treat to me, especially when I dont eat beef. They have this spread that is for the burger which adds so much flavor to it. Wait the best part are the prices, I just could not believe them. You have to go and experience it for yourself💜💜💜

Fries good, burger ok. The real treat was watching how well oiled and precise the employees worked to get customers taken care of. They were busy but they handled it. Didnt catch his name, but the kid running the french fryers was an absolute monster in getting fries out.

First timer, but Im a believer. At good recommendation I went all in on the animal style. Maybe a little much on the fries, but Id have to get my burger this way every time Im there again. The fries on their own were perfectly crispy and just a little ketchup rounded them out perfectly. Never thinking Id go into this much detail on fast food...it really was that good. Now just come to Ohio already...

Always heard about the food and seen the advertisement. Finally found one to try out and were glad we did.Food was very good, hot and fast. Staff was nice. We really enjoyed the experience. Everyone stayed busy doing something and were constantly cleaning /sanitizing.

The service was great when I ordered at the drive thru I was not rushed like at McDonalds or Wendys. Ive been to LAX in California and tried for the first time In-N-Outs double double. With that being said the food tasted exactly the same as I remembered... Gross. Whataburger tastes better to me. Animal style fries also disgusting I almost threw up, the drinks were good though.

Burgers are good but nobody at this location wears a mask. None of the employees wear masks including the folks cooking.

This place had an extremely long line at the drive through. We went in to order they forgot an order of fries, so we had to go back in to get them. The burgers were not all that great, the fries were very dry plus cold. This is the second time trying them and I dont think I will go back.

Im 41 years old and Ive heard about In and Out most of my life. I finally had an opportunity to stop and have one. Hands down, best fast food burger Ive ever had. Animal fries are where its at. Extra spread packs please. Ill be a regular as long as there is one within reach. Amazing

Came here on a visit to Texas. I grew up in Cali on in-n-out but now live in NY. I think it tastes just as good as Cali and Vegas locations. Everyone is friendly and the food is excellent. On this particular visit I was serviced by Joe and had a nice conversation about Cali. He has excellent customer service skills, very personable! I always get the #1 plain with extra cheese and I put my spread sauce on it as I eat it. Worth the stop if you want a delicious burger fries and shake!

There really is nothing that compares to the Double-Double. This is a wonderful burger. Add onions to take it over the top. I enjoy the fries and you get plenty of them. Easy access though the drive thru entrance is off to the side and loops back to the restaurant. Drive thru service was efficient and courteous. Highly recommended.

We love In N Out but the nearest one is an hour away. We were able to get burgers for all our kids liking including a grilled cheese ... bun with no meat. The cashier was helpful and the kids really enjoyed going to a place theyve heard my husband and i talk about for years.

One of the most delicious burger joints around! We always enjoy getting our In-N-Out fix at this location and last time, the car in front of us paid for our meal! So we decided to pass it foward :)

In n Out Texas edition...- they definitely have speed and food is on another level at this location. Heading to another hotel after Great Wolf Lodge.... this was nearby... I was Craving the double double and I was hungry... They fixed my hunger right before heading to the hotel... The burger was hot & the fries were hot. The staff got my order out fast and accurate. The price was just right. I was very pleased with this visit. If in the area again I WILL stop in as they definitely can fix hunger and cravings. My kid is allergic to tomatoes. Enough to make her tongue swell cutting off her oxygen and blisters up. She relies on me to check her food. Today I ordered for her a 3x3 protein style no spread. No tomatoes. Add mustard and pickles. Her favorite. I re asked no tomatoes right? She said yes maam. handed it to my kid not thinking to check. She glanced at it and said mom is that tomatoes? Sure enough, 2 juicy tomatoes. Just a forewarn if you are allergic to something be sure and check it here before eating. She couldnt eat this btw. Because of the residue I cant just remove them and it be ok. So I had to toss a perfectly good $5.57 burger.

Not all In-n-Out locations maintain the standards of freshness and excellence that the In-n-Out brand proclaims. This place is not one of those. We got 3 different kinds of burgers and all three were exceptional. The staff and management here are doing things the right way: the In-n-Out way.

No matter the location, In-N-Out does not disappoint and this location in Grapevine TX was no exception. We dined in at midnight after several hours of travel and were greeted with smiles and great attitudes. The food was fresh and delicious.

The line is usually pretty lengthy, but the wait is never unbearably long. The food is always good!

I was always pleased with the food until my last two visits. The food was simply awful. The hamburger was over cooked, lettuce and tomato were soggy. And the fries were entirely too salty.

A recent business trip lead me to Dallas for a couple of days - first thing I did after picking up the rental car is head to In-N-Out for a Double Double meal and a shake! Great service by super friendly staff and the burger and fries were amazing. Would love to extend my trip for another meal here.

In and Out is pretty solid. I thought the lines would die down after they opened DFW locations and the California freaks would get tired of eating a burger while crying but I erred on that one. They do their best to keep the drive through line moving (see pictures). The staff is very friendly and efficient. If you order onions, be ready for a ton of onions. If I could improve anything, Id say dice the onions White Castle style but thatd probably result in the biggest East Coast-West Coast beef since Biggie v Tupac, rest in peace, yo
