I have order filters twice no problems with filters and best price I have ever found!

I ordered a two pack of water filters for my refrigerator, & initially, I did have problems with them leaking. Nevertheless, after emailing Discover Appliance they made it right by replacing the two filters. I appreciate that they listened to me and gave me a replacement. Defective items can occur, the key is that a company makes it right. They did.

Folks, stay away from this merchant. Completely unreliable. Horrible unresponsive customer service. There is no even a phone number to contact the merchant in case you have a question or a problem with your order, only email. Takes days to get the response if any.

Ordered filters on March 29, 2019, after fives days the delivery status never changed, I was told it was and issue with the warehouse . I contacted the company through email and they resent the filters to the wrong address. What gives? Going on almost two weeks and no product. Never ordering from Discover Appliance again.

Defective products and they will not refund your purchase price and you pay for return shipping. I will not buy from them again.
