My first visit, will not be my last. Outstanding customer service. The young lady (no name on receipt id #23518) was so patient & understanding when my sister told her I was hard of hearing, she asked if she could lower her mask so I can hear her better &/or read her lips. No one has ever been gracious enough to do that for me.

My wife and daughters love Vera Bradley store. The girls like getting their school backpack from here. My wife likes their wallets and sunglass cases. We recently picked up a carry-on suitcase for our daught for traveling.

Always have a great time in this store! Employees are so nice and really go above and beyond. One employee there named Kristin was absolutely amazing working behind the register! Sales always change, store has a clean layout, and its a nice vibe. Will definitely be returning!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Mikayla and Lasheka. They were both so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to find a backpack for my daughter that was out of stock in their store in another location. They were so patient, friendly, and helpful. Best shopping experience.

So. Many. Great. Deals. Any possible type of bag you could want, theyve got it! The sales people are always willing to hunt in the back room for special requests. I was there yesterday and today, and they hunted for particular items for me, more than once! They are always professional, even when I decided to take back an extra item that I changed my mind about. What a happy place! For sure Ill go back!

I meant to do this weeks ago, but the holidays were a bit of a distraction. I want to make sure give a big shout out to Yvette who provided me and my fiance amazing customer service when we went last minute Christmas shopping for his Stepmom and sis. She overheard him say all we needed now was tissue paper for the bags. Before we knew it she went to retrieve some and placed in our bag. I asked her if I could do a survery for her, she said since I didnt share my email, I wouldnt be sent one. Its so rare to get service like she provided, so I hope corporate office sees this review.

Very wonderful experience. I only walked into the store because there was a sigh saying they were having a big sale and I found a great gift unexpectedly for a wonderful price. Multiple staff offered to assist me, and even asked me what I was looking and gave me good ideas! They were very personable and very pleasant as far as how I was treated with the time they took to ask me questions like the preferences of the person I was looking to get a gift for, sales and options, etc. It was just really nice to walk into a store and have a very good unexpected experience all because of sale sign, and walk out feeling happy about purchasing something from the store you never thought you would be able to afford to buy anything from And be completely satisfied with what you purchased.

The team members here were very friendly and helpful on several fronts including sales pricing cards as well as insights regarding different product advantages and disadvantages for our daughter’s upcoming trip. We were highly impressed with this combination of friendliness and practical knowledge. The prodcuts were also priced very well compared to many other outlet shops that claim markdowns, but ultimately reflect little savings over non-outlet stores. We were highly impressed and would shop here again without hesitation.
