We got awesome new motorcycle leather jackets here for the winter at a awesome price. 50% off. Also got some awesome leather gloves to match. One thing we will not be this winter is cold. Selection was fantastic so many styles to choose from. Staff was very polite and accommodating. They make you feel at home, helpful but not to the point of being pushy. Would highly recommend the Allen outlet mall location to anyone searching for the (real thing) in a leather jacket.

The in store pickup was a little difficult, but otherwise great, expensive

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Says buy one get one free on handbags or wallets. In fine print it says “select styles excluded” which is understandable so when I asked which handbags were included and I picked out two. I was told it was for 1 handbag and 1 wallet. I wish I could attach a picture to this review!

Went in here today on a whim, shopping with my wife and kids. Saw a great looking leather jacket on sale, down from $200 to $40, asked the salesperson (Marty) about it. He got one down but they didnt have my size out front. He went looking in the back, but still no luck. So he goes the extra mile, calls another store until he finds my size, then has them place it on hold for me so I can pick it up later. Customer service like that in this day and age is a rarity, so it was really great to see. Thanks Marty, really appreciate it

Can always find a good deal on nices jackets and bags. Great sale prices yesterday, my son was able to find a great leather jacket in Big &Tall sizes for a great price.

I had the worst experience at this store even though my friend and I. bought things up to 260$, the girl working there was so rude to us she kept saying what do you need!! I’m having my lunch break in 20 minuets and I’m closing the store again and again regardless of being un helpful. We could spend more time and buy more things because the items were so good.I’m not thinking to visit this store again ever!!!!

They have a wide variety of products, but when looking for a specific style it may be difficult to find what youre looking for. The customer service was subpar, we waited forever to get a question answered and to be checked out.

Sunday October 12, 2014Went to Wilsons Leather Outlet to do some Christmas shopping. One girl working the main desk was doing her hair with a curling iron and talking about getting a job somewhere else. The other girl working the main desk couldnt help us since she was either on her cell phone or sucking on a 44oz pop. They said there was no manager on duty and I believe it. The upside is we saved our Christmas money to spend somewhere else.

Always a good deal at the outlet.
