Our salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly…he gave us a lot of ideas and great advice. Even though did not decide to go ahead with it, we have a clear understanding of what we need to save and we will definitely be calling this company when we are ready. He was very friendly about spending a lot of time with us and us not moving forward he was very understanding.

Statewide Remodeling started our master bathroom remodeling project that was started on May12th 2021 we have been without a working master bath since that date. Last time a crew was in our home was July 15 2021 and they were trying to fix the previous mistakes from different multiple crews sent by Statewide. We have had multiple crews not show or call and if they did come to our home their was no project manager to show the crew what needed to be done my husband or myself had to miss work or go late trying to supervise. The lack of communication between the project manager and different workers and the customer was poor and unprofessional no one knew what to do nor did not have the skill to preform the task. We had multiple crews sent to try and correct all mistakes listed below 1.Tile on floor had to be redone 2x and still isnt finished 2. The shower doesnt drain properly3. The shower shelf is so slanted if you put bottles they fall off and this has been redone several times still not fixed 4. Shower Bench was put on wrong wall and shower fixtures need to be replaced still not correct or fixed  5. Bath tub was not stabilized you can hear concrete crunching when stepping in tub only has concrete on one side still not fixed 6. Faucet are loose and wall around tub still open and tub  was placed  incorrectly and not even was to have a trim around tub but was placed against wall needs to be removed and placed correctly still not fixed7.Plumbing for tub hot water was capped off had to get several different plumbers sent from Statewide to try and fix plumbing shower floor was compromised  worker cut through shower floor to put bench still needs to be fixed 9. Vanity has no shelves or no trim around bottom of Vanity and multiple attempts by Statewide to attach Vanity to wall were unsuccessful there are multiple screw holes in cabinet and wall still not corrected10. Vanity counter tops were never measured and the incorrect size and color was installed does not fit against wall and sinks do not fit correctly  Statewide employee came and tried to use silicone to fill in all holes and gaps you can see wall and silicone and gaps still was told new counter and backsplash was ordered and measurements were taken no one ever came and measured I waited all day no show or call11. Statewide employee poured grout down new toilet and was told Statewide wide would send a plumber to clear out septic system and would buy new toilet if the toilet was damaged no show still not fixed 12. No working toilet, tub,shower,sink, lights,or heater Statewide removed everything and never replace still not fixed13. Have a autistic grandson that has no bathtub to bath bought blow up tub in kitchen to bath grandson since May12th 14 . I am a nurse and my husband veteran and trucker and my 3 children and grandson have had to share a bathroom upstairs since May12th 15. bathroom had to be repainted 2x due to poor workmanship16. Light fixtures hung uneven by Statewide employee not by electrician causing holes in sheetrock that were to be covered and  still not fixed17. Sink faucets and plumbing still need to be added and plumber needs to finish under sinks18. Pony wall was placed in wrong spot and put over door trim which will cause leaks need wall put in correctly and correct size We have had Tony and Rodney make multiple promises that issues would be fixed and done correctly by professionals last person sent out was the owner Jeff of JPS  Accessibility solutions he told me that he could not do any about original contract and that his crew which supposedly are the best subcontractor that Statewide has can not even start on our project for at least  6 to 8 months from now and that was all he could do, we were told by Rodney that Jeff would renegotiate contract since Statewide has defaulted on original contract but Jeff stated that he would call Rodney and have him contact us this was on the 8th of October and as of Oct 24th there has been no contact from anyone at Statewide pictures of how Statewide has left our bathroom

Statewide Remodeling updated my home’s 40 year old kitchen. My goal was for more useable space, especially countertops. The Rep came out and showed me how to achieve that. The estimate was reasonable, so we moved forward. He scheduled the appropriate craftspeople for every aspect of the job, including licensed plumber and electrician. The workers were very nice ppl, very professional, and treated me with courtesy and respect (even my 2 barky dogs!). I felt comfortable having them in my house for the 2 weeks while getting the job done (even missed them when they stopped coming!).Statewide worked with me for my satisfaction. For example, I found tiles I wanted on clearance at Floor & Decor, so I was able to buy them and then use the money they earmarked for tile purchase for something else (under cabinet lighting). In another instance, I requested they move newly installed cabinets over 3” to the left so I could open the refrigerator more fully; the crew cheerfully did so.I am very happy and satisfied with the materials and workmanship that I received from Statewide. It has been 2 years, and I still get compliments on my beautiful kitchen. It has more space, better function, and updating it has increased the value of my home substantially!I am happy to recommend Statewide, and plan to use them again in the future.

Absolutely! A great experience. Chase was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. And trust me, I had a lot of questions. It’s always a blessing to meet people who value their customers and the work they do. Quality work and such professionalism is always a plus. We added windows and a patio door. We did a review on the website last year when we replaced our tubs. We are enjoying the new tubs very much so.

Do not use. After I wrote a deposit check to Home Depot for 12k for Statewides services, had to follow up after not hearing from them for nearly 3 months. Once they started, they used only subcontractors on the project that did not communicate when they would show up (they asked if I could use a lock box or leave my house unlocked). No one wore a badge or had anything indicating they were with Home Depot or Statewide. After several mishaps (significant design oversights, mis-ordered parts, and poor workmanship), we tried to work with Home Depot and received nothing but lip-service support. After a month of no work, to exit the Home Depot contract, they wanted 8K of my deposit. All they did was leave me a demoed bathroom space and an incomplete order of the tile we had selected. THEN home Depot made an unauthorized ACH transfer of $8842 from my checking account using the account information from my deposit check. Now, no one will call me back. I am out 21K with a fully demoed bathroom. Their sales people are great, though.

Chris Black was provisional and easy going, even on the farm with animals around. He was laid back with the kids running around and a parrot screaming. Loved how he broke everything down for me to understand. He answered all my questions and there was a lot. Very knowledgeable about the windows and what they did for me in my home.

Nina George, Design Consultant, was wonderful and also a lot of fun! She was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the bathtub-to-shower conversion project that we are looking into. She brought design suggestions and samples, and while the quote she provided was outside our budget range, we may come back around after getting two more estimates. I highly recommend her services.

Our sales person Chris Black not only shared his windows with us but took the time to explain why we were feeling so much air coming in from our windows now. I appreciate him taking the time to show us different windows and heat that comes through them, I am a little more knowledgeable about windows in general because of Chris.Chris also worked to get us savings on our new windows to be in stalled with discounts and promotions.Will do a review once our windows are installed on our over all experience.Thanks again, ChrisMr and Mrs Pierce

Robby Hand, drove 2+hours from Dallas to Waco, Texas to give us such a great experience. This is our first time ever doing anything to our home. He was super friendly, professional during the consult, in explaining in full detail the cost, options and the service they will provide us. He showed us some product and gave us his recommendation for our tub to shower conversion. I would welcome Robby Hand into our home again for other future projects we have plan.

I ordered windows in April. Standard 8-12 week manufacturing time. When they came to installSeveral windows were mis measured or the wrong window was ordered for that particular room. One of my current windows was removed before they checked the measurements, so I have 3/4 of a window and plywood on the front of my house for another 3 months. They had 2 people come measure my windows prior to ordering They don’t return phone calls. Very poor customer service. No one I talked to at the company knew what the other was doing. Even had one phone call that said my windows were on a truck being delivered from their plant. A week later they tell me it will be Late January. Do yourself a favor. Call someone else. I doubt these people will be in business too much longer, if this is how they treat their customers

Mike Odell came to my house today and we had a wonderful visit he was very nice and helpful loved his attitude and he won us over with his charm and products happy to say we are Statewide customers and can wait to see the finished product. We are so so excited!! 😁

Love that they arrived on time and super hands on explaining everything! The fact that they would take the time and answer every question and doubts we had. Were having two bathroom projects with Statewide. One is for replacing our bathtub and the other is for replacing a shower. Our project coordinator Loren has been managing the entire project nicely. She has been diligently updating our project status and setting up an installation schedule to accommodate our needs and timeline. Thanks to Loren, I feel the entire project runs very smoothly. George and his bathtub installation team has done an amazing job as well. They were very professional, efficient and thorough.

I have never commented on a review but I am so upset right now. I spent time talking to a representative that Home Depot connected me with. I thought I was setting up an appointment for this morning at 10a. I’m still waiting. I called and there was no appointment on the schedule. There was a note about cancelling the appointment but no one told me. Not good!

I called Statewide on Monday and had appointments for a bathroom remodel and replacing an entry door + storm door on Wednesday. They had availability on Tuesday but I wasnt free. The consultation for the entryway door and storm door was in the morning. The consultation for the master bathroom was in the afternoon.Nina worked with me on the master bath project. Its a small bathroom and the previous owner made several.....interesting choices, all of which Ive chosen not to live with much longer. Nina was really clear about what Statewide does do and what they dont do. She put together a detailed plan that makes the most of the space and addresses my current and future needs. I appreciated the frank discussion of costs and project impact for different options. The entire interaction was professional and pleasant.*Bonus points because Ruthie (my dog) liked her.*Lead times are long right now, but Ill update the review after each project is complete. Statewide built a 10 x 20 screen room on to our house in Feb 2021. The work by the contractors was timely and professional. Everything turned out awesome! We enjoy our screen room everyday. We even sat in our room during a rainstorm, so cool!

Statewide is in the process of doing the most amazing face-lift on my home. I reached out to them for a slew of different projects including bathroom, kitchen, windows, sidings, doors and gutters. With their amazing Consulting staff I was able to use 1 company for all my projects. I cant wait to see the revamp my home was in much need of. Their financing was amazing and while I was a little hesitant as to whether or not Id get approved, I couldnt turn down the buy now and save discount. My windows and siding were just installed and I cant be anymore happier than I am right now, not to mention the comfortability I have in the master bedroom now (freaking Texas hot is Hot as hell)and. The installers did an amazing job, the communication was just like Kev said it would be and am so excited about the kitchen and bathroom to be finished. I highly recommend statewide to anyone. In my experience when you look for things dirt cheap you get a dirt cheap experience. If you pay a little bit more you get better warranties and an overall better experience!!!

I met Kevin Farrell when he knocked on my door. I was looking at getting windows done but never really pulled the trigger. Kevin taught me so much about windows, although I didnt pull the trigger immediately, I have to get approval from my financial advisor before moving forward. We have not but will be soon for our master bath renovation. We met with our designer, Nina, today and are thoroughly enjoying working the process through with her. She was very knowledgeable about what are needing to replace and in a short time had put together beautiful combinations and plans for proceeding. We really appreciated how comfortable and personable Nina was with us as well as very professional. No pressure!!! We can’t wait to start work on it!

The remodel for our master bath was done by Statewide & it looks amazing. The only problem we had was with the communication with the salesman who did a professional job setting this up but never got back to us or answered his text from us. His supervisor, Stephen, did communicate with us & fixed the problems & was very helpful in getting our questions answered. Tyler the project manager did an excellent job communicating daily with us & when one of his workers out the wrong tile on the floor, he compensated us for the difference & it still turned out beautiful, thanks Statewide for a job well done!

I am remodeling the shower in my master bathroom and I am as pleased as can be with the service provided by Statewide sales agent Christine Boemer.She took her time, answered all my questions, did the measurements and provided my quote instantly on site! She even patiently showed me all of the options for fixtures, grout, handheld sprayers, etc.i found her to be very knowledgeable about the quality of materials used and how they would meet my longterm needs!Christine was also punctual and friendly. I am especially impressed that she respected my stated budget and did not resort to any obvious hard-sell tactics which are a turn-off to me. Looking forward to my installation! I scheduled a time for them to come out on a Tuesday and was told last minute that they double booked that appointment time so I rescheduled for a other day at 6:00pm … the representative did not show up until after 7:00pm. Then, he said he needed to come back to get me an accurate quote. We scheduled for 6:00pm the next week. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment and the representative texted me at 5:03 asking if I was still available. Since I was cooking dinner and watching my kids virtual orientation I didn’t hear or see the text until 40 minutes later. I finally replied said yes at 5:43. Then Robbie told me because I didn’t answer quickly enough he skipped me and went to the next appointment. I am livid because this seems so unprofessional to just assume that I don’t want the consult that I scheduled. I will definitely be finding another company to do my bathroom remodel. This process of just a consult was ridiculous.UPDATE: Tammy did give me a call to figure out the situation so she could make sure it never happens again. The fact that my 1 star review did not change their overall score and she still took time to call was nice.

Im having a difficult time with Statewide Field Manager Foster McMillan in DFW of being truthful. My shower has been paid. This has been months ago and theyre still giving me the run around about my folding chair that was promised. Ive been going back and forward with customer service and Stephen Curry. I have text messages from Foster promising the folding chair with no results

We didnt do any business with them at this time because it was a lot more money than we expected. The representative Christine was very pleasant and informative and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the visit with her.

We had Statewide Remodeling come out and look at our bathroom to do a new shower. Stephen did a really great job explaining their company, the different materials and helped us pick out the perfect color. He was very professional and really listened to our needs. Now that our shower is completed, we are very happy and know we picked the right company!! We will definitely be using them for our next project!!!

Ordered a sunroom in March. After weeks of calls with multiple contacts at the Company...Unit just arrived last week. Now getting told that it could be 2-3 weeks before they will even know when they can install the unit. No matter who you talk to there you never get a straight answer (Believe this is by design) only the run around. Frustrating! Heard good things about the Company prior to my experience but can tell you I would not use them again! Maybe some day in the near future (2021-2022) my unit will be installed. Can only imagine how the follow up service will be if issues with the unit. Buyer Beware!

Justin Shelton has now designed 2 bathrooms for us. One has been completed, and the other will be soon. The install crew and management is phenomenal. We we’re clueless when it came to bathrooms, but statewide had a solution. They sent Justin out and the amount knowledge and design savviness he had is impeccable. If you do call Statewide and get Justin sent to your home, just know you are in good hands and he’ll give you a solution. Thanks Justin for all your help. Natalie and I are grateful.

Because we were just in the preliminary stage of remodeling plans we didn’t purchase. The pricing and the product were very agreeable. Additionally, the warranty and 24months no interest made their plan the first contenders so far as we are shopping and comparing companies.Christine’s presentation style was warm/friendly and very informative.

Statewide responded promptly to set an appointment to come out and give us an estimate. Sandra was very professional and knowledgeable about the materials. She helped us select the best options for the issues we are having. I was very impressed with the quality of the materials and Im looking forward to the project being completed. Ill give another review after the installation is completed.

I had a great experience working with Frantz on designing my master bathroom. After giving my ideas, he helped pick out some tiles and overall flow of what the end design would look like. He also shared some industry knowledge and what to do in case any future problems occur. Was very friendly to work with.

I had no idea where to begin my bathroom renovation. Shower, tub, Vanity, tile and on and on. I was in Home Depot looking at tile when an employee asked if she could help. I explained that I was in the early process of redoing my bathroom. I mentioned how overwhelmed I was with the thought of picking products and designs. Let alone finding the contractors needed. Plumbers, floor, paint…..She, Yolanda who was very sweet, said Home Depot can do it all and save me from the stress.She explained that they use a dedicated service when it comes to remodels. The representative, Mitch, was very punctual and knowledgeable and also friendly. I was just getting an estimate at this time and he wasnt pushy about selling me anything.

I called Statewide Remodeling and Clint Brown came out to give me an estimate. He helped me design my bathroom, explaining which products would work best for what I wanted to do. He made me feel very confident about their workers and customer service. I look forward to getting this done and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Robby Hand arrived to our consultation appointment on time. He carefully listened to what we were wanting to have done. He described the scope of work in detail, provided material samples, and made absolutely sure that he answered all the questions and concerns that we had. He was very pleasant and polite. Best of all, he didnt give us a hard sell. We did not feel pressured to make a hasty decision.

It was great to meet with Brad today. He was professional and very well informed. We look forward to working with him in the future.

I have not yet decided to use the service but the representative sent to give me an estimate was very detail in explaining the windows and choices. He told me about all options financial and model possibilities. I do love the main window they offer that will reduce the cost of utilities. Since I have not seen how well they do a completed job this grade is for the representative.

We were in desperate need of repairing our builder grade walk in shower. The floor was cracked, the install shoddy, and the grout was poorly done. We reached out for a consultation and a quote having no idea what to expect.Jay came on time and was so pleasant to work with. He was professional, honest, helpful, and we really felt like he was on our side trying to make things work the best for what we were in need of. We ended up getting a shower remodel. So happy with the process! Would definitely recommend.
