Great place! They were very nice and knowledgeable. I needed an oil change. They didn’t talk down to me because I’m a woman, which often happens when I get work done on my car. They also didn’t try to pressure me to buy 4628 things. Great experience!

Ive taken both of my cars here for oil changes and tire rotations. Staff is always friendly and helpful, they do want to upsell certain products as is expected but their products are good quality so I wasnt upset about that. Theyre also quick, but 2 times I brought my cars there they forgot one of the services I asked for (once was an oil additive, another time was a tire rotation) so make sure you ask before you leave that they completed any extra services you requested. Otherwise pretty solid lube shop! Will keep doing business with them.

I’ve been going here for a few years now and they are always so professional and honest. Honesty is what inspired me to leave this review. As I’m sitting here waiting for an oil change and tire rotation, the owner comes and tells me that my tires are worn pretty evenly and that a tire rotation isn’t necessary. He said I’ll need new tires soon and to take the money and put it in that instead of just charging me for something I don’t need like most places do. Their prices are the fairest around and I will continue to come here for as long as I reside in this area. Top notch service. Highly recommend.

Roger the manager is always honest and upfront about the car repairs and cost. They take you to your car and explain the repair needed, always clear and honest. Prices are fair, by comparison with other shops, Ive checked around and their price is always a little better. Its this honesty that has me coming here for years now. Just had a oil change here. The girl working the front desk lacks customer service. License plate light needed replacing. But because the screw was on tight, they didnt replace it and said nothing about not replacing it, until we asked. If we hadnt asked, we would have thought it WAS replaced. Im sure were not the only car with a tight screw on there plates. Then I checked the time after we left. It was 10 min to closing. Thats why they didnt bother working on it. First and last time here.

Ive always had a positive experience with Roger and the guys here but felt compelled tonight to rate and review. I pulled in just after 6:00 when they would normally close, desperately needing an oil change, and they took me in without complaint. And this is at the end of a long, scorching hot day when all these guys want to do is get home. Always friendly, thorough, and honest. Glad this place is right down the street from me!

I had a great experience. The owner Roger takes pride in his shop and will answer any questions you have. A wide range of services available besides oil changes. I replaced my cabin filter and engine filter and both were well below dealership quotes and more in line with pricing you would find when buying yourself from Amazon.

Read *all* of the reviews of this place before you go. The dishonest owner, Roger, claims that all of the mistakes hes made were on other lube shops. Ive gone here myself and talked to the workers there; Roger is dishonest, greedy, and is only there for the money. If he screws up hell find a way to blame it on someone else. The prices are whack, and the people are shady. Go somewhere else.

Friendly and locally owned and way faster than Waukegan Tire next door. Seem experienced and professional. They always show you the air filters etc but not high pressure. Far cry from a Jiffy Lube. Look for $7 coupon in local mailer.

The owner (Roger) is a man of the highest integrity and makes sure every individual within his organization follows his high standards. They NEVER take advantage of the customer and are extremely knowledgeable in all facets of auto service. As an senior woman, I feel fortunate to have found this business and would highly recommend it.
