Cant tell you how thankful I am after Lexi Gomez help me out with everything that I have from Rent-A-Center. The last 3 years from almost going to prison to ex-wife taking off and leaving me and the kids to losing everything to fighting hard and even in 2 months time getting into my own place with the help that Lexi provided me with when asking me one time if I needed anything for my my apartment, big difference waking up each day to your own stuff in the feeling of a home an excitement on the kids face when they come in and see everything that you promised them that you would get back appreciate everybody even the delivery drivers was nice did an awesome job but I like to give big things to Lexi for giving me something to look forward to each day and for showing me not to ever give up thanks Lexi I appreciate it all

This place is awesome...only one problem....a staff named Lexi. She never really does anything and is always short with customers she doesn’t like. Very unprofessional and I honestly think she needs to find another job. Just my personal opinion though. Other than her, if you go anywhere else to rent anything from, you is 100% retarded.

I swear, there is no better Rent A Center than the one here in Great Bend. Customer service is phenomenal. Luiz, the general manager, goes above and beyond all expectations. Our POS landlord broke Our outside air conditioner and there was no hesitation, they were there within 15 mins with an AC window unit. Will, well although hes quiet you would never guess that he has the softest heart out of everyone that works there. Dalton, he is the clown lol. Always makes everyone laugh no matter how hard your day was. And last there is Sassy Lexi. She is honest and always straight forward, and although she may be rough around the edges, she is very kind and always listens when you have issues with a product from their store. I do not know the newwest guy that works there very well, but if he is trained by all these great people I am dure he will be just as good. I dont know who the area manager is for this store, but in my personal opinion I think they have all deserved a raise. Hope their bosses see this comment.UPDATE!!!If you rent from anywhere but here then you are a fool. Luis is the best Rent A Center GM I’ve ever dealt with and has made it to where no matter how hard life puts you down and screws you over, you never have to worry about RAC adding to your stress!!! This message is for his boss and people in corporate…..GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!! If anyone in all the RACS in Kansas deserve one, it’s this man right here.
