Gave one star because I had to give at least one, but deserved zero. The hours posted on website are incorrect. Went to buy a refrigerator this morning & the refrigerator that I wanted did not have a price on it. The salesperson could not find the price. When I asked about delivery, he said they make no deliveries contrary to what the Sears website states. I went elsewhere to make the purchase.

They offered to contact me when the price dropped by a sale

Very good customer service, after sale she noticed a dent in the range storage draw and immediately adjusted $50 off my receipt. The saleswoman wasnt afraid to get out and help load the cooking range and push wed eater. Again, VERY pleased with our service.

Product availability was down but the staff were helpful and even gave us a bit of a discount! We will be back

I had an idea of the appliance I wanted before I walked in. They had what I needed in stock and I was able take it home same day. We got there shortly before closing and didnt finish until afterward. Staff was friendly and didnt try to rush us out the door.

Great service! New management is a welcome change. I bought a new washer & dryer and microwave. They were happy to answer all my questions and even contacted me when prices were reduced on things I was interested in. Delivery was nicely done as well. Thanks!

Staff is very knowledgeable about appliance quality, reliability and specifications. I do a lot of research to get the best quality for the money before I make a major purchase and with information staff provided I quickly narrowed down my choices and purchased a great dishwasher!!

New manager is ok at best. The store itself has a 1/4 of the things I had shopped for in the past......I now have to find other means to find what I need but defiantly NOT HERE

I was looking for a deep freezer chest. This is Friday. Called Sears and they didn’t have the exact one I was looking for. But they had many in stock. I was sold on the Kenmore I was looking at online. They said no problem we can have it here Tuesday. I said this Tuesday. They said we have two trucks a week. Tuesday came and I was given a call it was in. From the start to the finish they were excellent. I didn’t know I could find anything on Sears website and they could get it in the matter of a few days. Thanks to the team at Sears for quick professional service I can trust.

Very disappointed with customer service. Needed help with a defective wash machine, (brand new) just got passed off to corporate, who was going to charge us for another service call. Sears offered no resolution.
