Only go here when my other place doesn’t have what I need only because it’s on the opposite side of town that I live in very good service recommended to me many times by my usual parts store and they even call ahead to make sure they have exactly what I need and have it ready for me!!

Good service. I know a guy that works there. He is very friendly. They have the parts you need for your vehicle.

In and out quickly, they had what I needed.

Like their website can find parties easily and have never had to take apart back because it was wrong had an issue with the part not working one time and it was easily replaced

They guy tried to argue with me about the part I needed. I had the picture and information with me and he still went 3 times to look at my car. Sure, I didnt know the trim but that required one trip. Had to take my ex husband for him to give me the exact part o asked for in the first place. Women do know about cars by the way, GUY!!

The help is absolutely worthless. Its on isle what ever. Dont put yourself out.

Came in just after they opened and unlike the competition down the road we didnt get any excuses about just opening and not enough crew (2 employees at both) just got our battery tested and replaced so we could get on down the road. Wont bother oReillys with our business again. Thank you Tyler for service like it should be.

Called to check on a part. Cleck checked and said they had 1 on hand and put it on hold for me. Arrived and picked up part and was on my way in about 5 minutes time. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and the checks were all friendly

Horrible experience, asking for tool rental. They did not have any of tools. I would have even purchased them.When I ask for the third tool, I hear the manger in the background telling employee to hang up on me. This call took place today at 7pm.

If you r a DIY type this is the place 2 go. If ur a company this is the place 2 go. They will help with everything automotive.

I went to Auto Zone because I needed windshield wiper blades and my husband said wed been there before and would know what I needed. He fumbled around trying to figure it out. Then decided they werent in stock.

On Vine st in Hays Kansas just north of 27th st. Staf very helpful in getting the parts I needed. Clean store too.

I went to Auto Zone for a replacement headlight for my 91 Chevy Astro. I got the correct headlight and paid 1/3 the price other places were asking. Thanks Auto Zone!

Useless auto parts store I called for a parts employee told me he has one in stock I mention passenger side employee said did not matter I drove 30 minutes to find out it did mater. Train your employees. Rockauto.com from now on.
