Drove in from out of town to pick up a prescription for my granddaughter. Was in line to pick up the medication at 1:35, behind an older gentleman in a wheelchair. Pharmacist came out, said she was going to lunch, and told everyone they would have to come back later. My prescription had already been filled, but they would not give it to me since the pharmacist was leaving. She was very rude to those waiting in line. Unbelievably poor customer service. Really felt sorry for the older gentleman in front of me as he had waited all this time and had to come back later.

Staff are very nice, but also very slow. Better hope there isnt a line. Some of the slowness was probably due to training new employees. Hopefully, that will straighten out soon.

Transfered a perscription here cause i needed to pick up in a hurry and there was no other customers, took over 30 minutes to fill 3 perscriptions . I live in a busy area and the most i have had to wait on an in store is 30 minutes when they were packed.
