Messy unkempt poorly landscaped . Its embarrassing that in such a highly international wealthy neighborhood, this is whats provided for us. This statement goes for all of middle neck road n the rest of the stores that provide sloppy appearance . Garden city is pristine, neat & modern is it possible that the supervision is not the same .whos in charge in great neck anyway ?

Staff members are friendly, attentive and helpful. Food is excellent. I often order the spicy tuna roll but the large succulent ribs are definitely delicious and so is the shrimp salad, the pad thai and everything else. Parking is super easy.

Drivers are reckless or clueless, pick one. No more supermarket and I quit Planet Fitness, so I dont really go here anymore, and i dont miss it.

I loved the best market before they closed it . But I visit here cause I m a member of the Planet Fitness and there plenty of safe parking

Wish they would re open a supermarket

Everything is here. I mean EVERYTHING. Theres 2 banks, a Starbucks, a nail salon, a food shopping store aka Best Market, a Rite Aid, a liquor store, a Chipotle and then across the street theres pizza, a Chase Bank around the corner, on the other side of the street on Middle Neck Road there are other stores, and the LIRR is also across the street. Its like a hub to everything.

Plenty of free parking. Multiple businesses on site including a gym, bank, and a couple of places to get something to eat, and a drug store for meds and snacks.

Ginger nice people

A nice strip mall containing among other stores a Best Market, Starbucks, and a couple of restaurants. The stores are all on one level so theyre handicap accessible. The free parking lot is small for the area with several handicap spots throughout the lot.This mall appears to be in the center of town and local to banks, antique dealers, clothing boutiques, etc.

Horrible, stay away from this place unless you want to get in an accident or find no parking at all during peak hours. Do not buy any raw meat or Seafood from the Best Market unless you want to get sick or worse, you know its bad when a pack of chicken thighs is $1.97, the beef turns gray in front of you and there are flies all over the seafood. Do yourself a favor and go to Stop n Shop in Little Neck or Port Washington. Thank you Village of Great Neck Plaza for the worse super market ever.

Horrible parking lot but the 24/7 Rite Aid holds the whole thing together even as supermarkets come and go.

I go to the planet fitness at this location there is plenty of free parking and best market is a great supermarket. There are other stores here Starbucks, chipotle a couple if sushi places. The only negative that I have is other drivers. If you park up close there will be someone willing for you to pull out even though theres parking towards the street. Extremely annoying to the point where I park as far away as possible to that I can pull out without someone holding up traffic waiting for me to leave.

BEWARE! Do not even step one step outside of the mall or your car will be towed right away. PREDATORY TOWING, they are watching and waiting. Was told the management are rich business owners who dont care one bit about their customers. It doesnt even matter if you have legitimately given businesses to the mall and just step out for a while to get other things across the street. To prey on people who cannot even see their strategical placed sign saying You have to stay in the mall at all times or your car will be towed is how they make money. There are way better places to shop than this place with reasonable business owners who knows how to treat customers.

Just another shopping center

Parking here is difficult. If you are elderly disabled or have a baby it can be extremely uncomfortable trying to find a shopping cart because you have to walk through the parking lot despite the traffic and aggressive cars seeking spots to get a cart out of the only place they keep the cards for the Best Market Supermarket.

The businesses that are in the Gardens are all great to do business with and to support. However the parking lot is another issue. Its too small for the type of businesses that are there. A gym, supermarket, 3 banks, Starbucks, 3 restaurants, a walk in clinic, a liquor store and 2 more businesses. The entitleds that drive in the lot are brutal. No courtesy at all. Race to get a spot so theyre not inconvenienced. Have no concern for people walking to get to their cars or walking to go to one of the businesses.

The Super Market in Great Neck is called Best Market. Has good parking lot for cars. Has section for Glatt Kosher Fish & meat. Big selection items to shop.

Its a nice place everything is good besides those people who tow your carNo matter what they do this place is crowded. This town just finding another way to take people moneys or I should say robbing people

Theres a handful of businesses here. I mainly come here for Planet Fitness or Starbucks. Overall, the problem here is the parking. When it snows, the snow is not quickly cleared or its stacked poorly blocking several parking spots. There is 1 cart station in front of the supermarket and people here tend to leave carts everywhere. Also people park terribly here. What is wrong with the people that park here? And please return the carts to its proper area!

Horrible parking as many others have stated. They actually have a guy standing at the edge of the property and if you take a step outside of the lot they call a tow truck. The property owners are doing a great job in driving customers away from the stores.

Miss the bestmarket

This shopping center needs more parking and people to clear shopping carts. Otherwise, decent selection of drug store, supermarket, liquor and semi fast food eateries.

Nice mall with plenty of good places to eat plus a gym and supermarket but thats exactly why its so hard to park and shop there. Sometimes have to leave and they lose money cause parking is terrible.

They need to move their cashier lanes faster. I hate to go so I go only when I dont want to drive 7 more minutes to Stop and Shop or the North Shore Market.

This plaza has a good selection of stores, along with a gym available. There are stores and other options as well where you can get most of your shopping needs met. I visited the gym and there are restaurants and options for right after if you want a refreshment or even to eat something. Wild Ginger is a wonderful restaurant that I enjoy as well.
