There was 2 nice people waited on me in pick up Matt and Sue. BUT what I ordered was not what I expected!! They sent wide calf and wide width I only needed my feet wide also I ordered brown boots and I was sent a black pair which was so disappointing because now the brown was out of stock!!

Today was a 5 star. The other day not so much. After shopping at market place mall jc Penney and not finding my 32 length pants I bought pants that were too long. I went to Greece ridge mall and they had exactly 2 pairs of my size pants same style so I exchanged them for the correct length and was happy. The exchange was fairly quick. Everyone must be wearing my size because there are none around. Either too large or too small. 38x32 are hard to find these days.

Found exactly what I needed fast and check out was a breeze!

I found everything I needed easily. Steve in Menswear was especially helpful. He asked me if I needed help before I had to ask him and of course I needed help finding shorts for my adult son. I needed several things in swimwear for myself and when I finally made it to a cash register, I met Audrey. Audrey has a great sense of humor, she was a breath of fresh air. Steve and Audrey made my experience pleasurable.

Friendly and helpful sales associates made shopping a breeze. Enjoyed the selections. Wasnt too crowded so that was nice

JCPenney is still alive and giving GREAT customer Service. The Greece Ridge Rochester, New York location Store Team greeted us. They showed Respect and kindness. Audrey did a fantastic job Engaging us as she rang us up. Cathy showed respect and assisted us as she ensured we found an open fitting room.Thank You JCPenney!

Horrible. They will be out of business soon. Customer service is atrocious. Bought a Citizen watch for my wife for Christmas. She wore it twice. The band broke, still had the receipt and they would not help us. Wont shop there again.

They had a good selection of bedding items, I was able to get bed sheets. Will likely come back.

This department store was understaffed. The nice lady in the jewelry department who was assisting my dad and I kept getting interrupted by rude customers wanting her to direct them somewhere or assist them with selecting jewelry while another sales lady stood right across from her booth doing nothing and did not try to help make our shopping experience enjoyable. Typical for this department store.

I was able to find what I was looking for it a great price. The sales associate was very friendly and polite.

Good store with many clothing options got adults and children. However, the return desk was on the opposite side of the store from which my wife and I entered. An apology was made by one of the cashiers for the wait as.the line was long.

My grandmas favorite retail(god rest) still had just what I needed. All the dept stores are dying or adapting and need our business. Get after it!

No customer service around to help...shoe department very weak no real variety sizes only go to 11.. Woman and her 2kids stealing no one around paying attention smh

They have alot of nice clothes in my opinion however, I was very disappointed with one of the cashiers. She was arguing with me over stacking coupons!!! This is something I have done regularly there and NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. Overall, I have always found lots of nice items at the Greece Ridge Mall at very decent prices.

Excellent sales and friendly staff

Incredibly messy; as soon as I walked into the store I saw shoes and bits of trash strewn all over the floor. Racks were unorganized and had the wrong brands/styles/sizes mixed together, making the shopping experience extremely frustrating. Left after five minutes without making a purchase.

Few months ago while I go they have lots of collections but now most of the things are out of stock lil disappointed

Very organized and many different options for clothing

Had to exchange a pair of jeans I bought (they were too big! Yay! Lol). The lady at the return desk was funny and friendly and made everything happen smoothly and quickly. I even saved a couple of dollars!

Went to the salon, she did a great job with my hair, Saw that JCP had a sale going on on jewelry so I treated myself, the sales associate was so lovely, knowledgeable, my experience was all round wonderful

Checkout near outside entrance was not available..Nice to see someone doing COVID-19cleaning but she took forever and it took 2 cashiers to help some lady who couldnt make up her mind waht size she wanted and took the line hostage with hr indecisiveness. Know your size and what you want before you get to checkout not after.

There are deals to be had here. Generally its easier to shop on line and have it mailed rather than dealing with shenanigans at the store.

Was pleasantly surprised with the mens department. Good choices for pants and shorts. The new buyer for Penneys is doing a good job of mixing things up. They also had a great selection of novelty t-shirts in stock, for both male and female! You keep the stock and selection up Penneys and I will keep buying! 😁

By far my favorite place to shop. I love the location at the Greece mall. They have a great staff who go above and beyond to help you, thats something you dont get shopping online, nothing beats human interaction.

I have to say. From Christmas till now the store is great. Workers are always friendly and courteous. They do there best to help you in the store. At times store looks hammered. Cant get in store theyll get it on line for you.

This JCPenney was clean and orderly. The selection was good. The staff member was very helpful and offered any discounts to be applied. She was also Pleasant and friendly. This is a good store to shop at for almost all your clothing and apparel needs as well as jewelry small appliances perfume in other things.

Came in to look at rings. Wife takes her off to try on one. They automatically assumed she was stealing. Lol. Will go elsewhere.

Good stuff at decent prices. However the staff here makes me crazy. They are so slow and don’t know what they are doing half the time. Sometimes I spend more time in line than actually doing my shopping. What’s worse is that I’ll see other employees walking by when there is a large line with only 1 cashier!
