Halloween candy purchase time. Place was chaotic. Supplies in random places near front end. Two lines with live cashiers open for entire store. Plenty of be your own cashier spots available for all those cutting edge tech savvy Walmart customers, just dying to put their latest IT skills to use. With an average self checkout time for ten items running at about seventeen and a half minutes long, who can argue at this labor cost saving measure? Win-Win-Win!This is why people crack at the seams in places like this. Fing Walmart.

This Walmart is so great. Me and my friends usually do all our shopping here. Were usually able to find all that we need too! And if we ever cant find anything, theres always someone willing to help. Great place!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. How SIMPLE is it to answer the phone and take care of someone?! Management here should really be ashamed of how this walmart is ran. I left something at self checkout, and attempted to call last night. Absolutely no one answered. Called today, no one answered the service desk. This is not just ONCE BUT OVER 10 TIMES. I really hope I can get managements attention. Just because youre a huge company doesnt mean you can treat your customers like complete GARBAGE.

Went to self checkout. The machine rang in the 1 item I got twice. Had to remove the duplicate item so I can pay. Machine red light came on to advise the attendant that I needed help. Even said it loud that I was in need of assistance. Attendant just stood there looking bored and didnt come over. I requested help and he went over to help someone else that just asked for his assistance. Poor customer service

When you pay with debit, and you return something, it doesnt go back to your card as a debit, it goes back as credit so using your bank card as a debit and getting the fee from your bank isnt worth it. You wont just get cash back. This store is just ridiculous. Im going to stick with Target. This place is just as trashy as their location.

Not good! Customer service at Money Center is a disappointment. I know the operation. Why not add associates, when there is a build up of patrons, for maybe 30 minutes??? Then send them back to previous activity? Just Asking

Shopped here today and finished up around 9am. To our dismay we found that there were zero open registers. The self-checkout was available but no cashiers were available. I asked an associate that was stocking items in the clothing section next to the main register area why there were no open registers. The associate looked at me in disgust and said We cant get anyone to show up for work. No assistance was offered just indifference. There were associates everywhere in the store including the self checkout, but no one was interested in helping. Go to a walmart that doesnt have self checkout if you have to go to walmart.

Horrible I simply walked down there and go a bag of chips and it took 7hours you heard me 7hours just to check out with cash the sun was shining when I went in but when I came out it was dark out Side the line was so long and the lady that was scanning the Items was so out of energy and was just waiting to leave. Literally everyone was just falling asleep in the line it was just a really bad experience

I like shopping at this location. Its not as ghetto as the other walmart stores around the city. I found just about 90% of everything I was looking for in the store which is phenomenal being that it was just a few days after the first of the month. The store was clean and the lines werent as long on this particular day.

Nice store layout. Looks like a newer building. Good selection. Conveniently located near other essential stores.

Love the store, everyday items are low prices. Only issue is that they dont accept contactless pay, like Apple and Samsung pay. There have been times where I forget my card and contact less pay does help a lot but not when the store doesnt have it. Hope they get them soon cuz even the dollar store next to them have it. Other than that great store with awesome employees. And the app is awesome too.

The staff in my pharmacy are the best. From Dan on down to Rob and Brandon. They are all so great. Helpful, courteous and friendly is only the beginning. I never worry about any issues. They remember me by sight. We often wave as I pass by if I don’t have any business there. I wish them all the very best and thank each one of them for the service they provide.

Checking out at this store is impossible. The richest family in the world runs Walmart. But they dont hire cashiers, and they close checkouts at 630pm and people are still coming in so by 730pm 2 registers are left on the left side of the store with the self checkout.But dont bother trying to pay with Cash. They dont accept it. Yeah. American cash is No Good, in America! Nobody smiles who works there either. I wouldnt. They are always short staffed. And forget Covid Protocols. Never see any cleaning being done. Ever. How could you? This store has 2 cashiers running all the time. Even busy times. How are they supposed clean between customers?WEGMANS DOES!! Theyre just as busy. Wal-Mart doesnt even have the lowest prices here in the county on stuff. If you shop around, all will be comparable or better.

Top notch prices and everything you need in one place. It’s true the lines can be long and finding things hard but they’ve addressed all those things. 1.) The app is accurate and more helpful than any staff member. Find everything you need on it! 2.) Self checkout has reduced lines to almost nothing. Walmart is still crushing it.

Better stocked than my local Wal-Mart (Seneca Falls, NY). Cleaner than my Wal-mart, too.

Since the pandemic, this Walmart and mine in NY have empty shelves. Be prepared to not find what you need.

I have 2 stores close to me. Both are filthy, shelves are not stocked well and look as if items were just tossed into them, some containers opened with product eaten. There are 12 lanes but usually only 1 or 2 open. There are shoplifters running out the door nearly every time I visit. The meat and produce areas are dirty and smell like rotten food. I only shop online now for non food items.

Stock was a bit low. Not the cleanest or the most friendly Walmart I’ve been to.

Dont shop at the first of the month or that week while Im at it. Why? Figure it out. Plus they had no meat. Bakery section, blah. But you generally get what you came for, and as always a little more.

Sat us in the basment corner and i got to stare at a wall door and hole in the ceiling and chased a fly away from me and the food entire time. Ruben was good however. Other food luke warm. Disappointed😞

Staff were helpful as normal, shelves were stocked well... all in all its a great Store to go to

Wal-Mart Superstore actually quite aplace, very huge store just like the one in Greece,NY.

Not very clean, one of the female staff had called me a curse word because my mask slipped down off my nose while I was talking and management refused to do anything about it and she walks around without properly wearing her mask. There are a couple of employees that are helpful, but not many. Bathrooms need a lot of attention. The customer service line in horrible in respect to wait time. They depend on the self checkout lines and on average have only 2 or 3 cashiers at any given time, so when I have to use WIC its frustrating because I have to stand in line for at least half an hour for a few items.

Unfortunately everything is on lockdown in this place you got a wait 10 minutes for an associate otherwise they have a good selection so that’s why I gave it four stars

By far the worst walmart ever...they never pick up there phones, customer service is horable and forget about going in and out bc they only ever have 3-4 cashiers so lines are a mile long, go to the other greece walmart on ridge road or take the extra trip to webster you wont regret the extra drive

The reason I finally chose to write the review:I happen to have to go in the. Hudson Ave Walmart yesterday around 1 PM and it was the cleanest Walmart I have been in ages. Shelves were stocked, floors were clean, aisles could be walked down, employees were identifiable.Northgate Walmart:Store always looks like Black Friday every day no matter what time you go in.Food shelves are a disaster, and always bare as are the frozen sections.Employee are hard to identify none have the best on just Id tags

Employees are friendly for the most part. The only thing I think they should work on is getting more people hired. I cant tell you how many times Ive been told they have no idea where to find a specific item. Or they dont have it only to find out they do. Corporate is responsible for this of course. As far as the employees, theyre doing their best. Store is for the most part clean. They could definitely use a better system for organizing products.

Wanted item in locked cabinet. Talked to 3 employees. One made page for someone to open cabinet. After 15 minutes left and went to Staples. Appatently no employee is trusted to have key

This is not a place I would frequent. It has only been in existence the last 10 years I believe but it looks like its been there for 50. They have let it go. Its not very clean. And its sketchy and not a very safe environment. I really dont go to it since they dont take pride in the store. Just my opinion but many people I have talked with about it feel the same. You need to up your game Walmart ! Make people want to come to your store and feel safe to do so. Ambience is everything.

There’s not enough disabled parking in this plaza. Walmart only has two motorized carts, and one stalls so frequently it’s basically unusable. The staff are nice to people with disabilities, but it appears whoever is in charge has no desire to accommodate by purchasing enough motorized carts. I wouldn’t recommend this store to disabled or elderly people. The store is always a zoo, and the staff are constantly in the way while stocking shelves every time I go there. It doesn’t matter what time of day, they’re literally always in the way stocking shelves. There’s often not enough cashiers working, and the self-checkout line sometimes gets very long. This store is the ghetto Walmart of western Rochester.

One of the cleanest Walmarts in the city. The lines are usually quick, even the self checkouts. They are a million times faster than the Walmart on Hudson! They just seem to be a lot nicer, too. Their customer service is impeccable!

Never had anything stocked months at a time, there is a few good employees but the majority act like they would rather die than answer a question. Actually I like to play a game with friends of mine that dont belive me about the customer service ill find 2 employees standing around talking wich is never hard to do than ill ask them where something right behind them or an ile away is. 9 out if 10 times they act irritated and respond with we dont have that.....its walmart you have everything thats the point. But it is what it is I suppose Noone is going to change anything g about it and Id rather not get people fired even if they do suck at there jobs.

This is without question the worst walmart I have ever shopped. Shelves are always half empty, the toys section has nothing new since last year, and last but not least plan on standing in line for a minimum 30 minutes. If not longer. Worst managed store I have ever seen.

Its Walmart not Target, what can you expect. This one isn’t nearly as bad as some of the other Walmarts I have been to. For the most part I can find what I need, get in and get out.

Shopping at this Walmart is pretty easy and the store is well stocked. One good thing about Walmart as you can basically get everything you need in one spot. Staff is friendly they seem to be compliant with the current covid-19 regulations.

Lines were extremely long, saw multiple people not wearing masks properly or not wearing them AT ALL. And not a single person was called out for it. Social distancing apparently also does not exist and only 3 lines were open, each one taking 30+ for a few items. Would not reccomend for sane people

At 11:00 a.m. only one cashier opened among 18 ! I checked out at the Self-checkout area. The gentleman associate there was very helpful - although I had 3 varieties of beers to checkout.

Came to the store to buy stuf. They had the stuff that I wanted to buy, so I bought it.

If want to feel like a criminal go to the Dewey Ave Walmart and try to get clippers 2 calls for help because they are locked up and 10 minutes later someone will arrive and get them out ask you how your paying and if youre done shopping and will walk the clippers to the counter hand it to the cashier and then youll be checked out

Lots of bare shelves. No wonder I usually shop on Amazon.
