Fantastic service Highly recommended Nothing like the service at Greece ridge mall. The young men in the T Mobile store were accommodating, polite and everything went smooth unlike my several dealings with the Greeceridge staff that are rude and treat me with no respect nor are they ever able to come up with a solution.

Very unprofessional. Door to the store was locked, instead of the guy sitting at the counter helping me he just looked at me. Its 5pm the store was open for another 3hrs. Ive been a tmobile customer almost 15yrs. Service is going downhill 👎🏽

Horribly customer service took phone in to change sims card and locked up phone and was told go to apple store they can figure it out. Clearly they need proper training

RJ and Adam were amazing! My husband, son, and I went to get a phone and we needed one more, so RJ called another store to see if they had it and Adam went and got it for us. The service was outstanding and the staff was friendly and professional! They went above and beyond! I recommend them 100%

Very unprofessional, gossiping about a previous customer who left the store. Was not able to activate the phone I brought in and kept attempting to upgrade my phone which was not the reason for the visit. The employee continued to criticize the phone I brought in as it wasnt the newest model. Spent 30 min in the store and was asked to return the following day as they didnt know what they were doing. Went to another location and had the phone activated in no time!

Salesmen in too much of a hurry not clear on pricing or finding the best prices..felt like he was trying to scam us for his commission

Went to T-mobile yesterday, walked in and the staff was welcoming and friendly. My husband and I had the most amazing experience we where dying to leave Sprint forever. We became T- Mobile customers and couldnt have been happier for that to finally happen. Chris, Antwun and Angelica where so wonderful to work with they where not only knowledgeable and helpful they helped use pick the best plan for our family. I cant say enough nice things about the staff and how nice and pleasant they where. The store is beautiful and so clean. I can definitely recommend this store highly. Such a great overall experience by far.

Great staff. Steve, Anisah, and Antwun are all awesome. Got set up with all the bells and whistles and the network is super fast. Bye bye Verizon and video throttling. T-Mobile bought out my phone payment and the plan is cheaper for unlimited everything including HD video. Had a little activation hiccup and they were there at 10 am the next morning to get it hammered out. Excellent staff here.
