Best place to get my car repaired after an accident. Love this place.

Great service! They ordered my replacement windshield and I made an appointment for the following morning. The glass arrived early and they called and offered to replace it that afternoon ...I had some issues finding the business (GPS decided not to work!!) I was late arriving but they still went ahead and did the job! I was so pleased with their awesome customer service..would definitely recommend them!!

The Manager Brian French was very rude and told me to go to another place for business. Hwwhen I asked him about the repair he said I asked too many questions. He also told me do I have to tell you again. I have already told you 3 times. He had me in tears. He is very unprofessional. Go to another repair shop. This business needs to send their Manager to a class on how to treat customers.

Kevin at Abra did an amazing job getting my truck repaired and looking new again after my accident!! They handled everything with the insurance copy, and they kept me informed throughout the whole process. I would recommend Abra to anyone who needs their vehicle to look like it just rolled out of the factory.

I took my car in for a hail damage repair. Its not my first time having to take my car in for this type of repair - I live in Greeley, if you know what I mean! I was very pleased with how efficient and professional everyone at Abra was! I was notified about the status of the repairs every couple of days! It was not the case with the other shop I had taken my car to.When I came to pick up my car at Abra, it was detailed and had a full tank of gas! They do not keep your appointment time with you. They have you wait while, they wait on a walk in customer. Im sorry for their issues but you made me an appointment!They also dont send you your estimate via email like they said they would..BUT, as for them overall. At first I didn’t think all of the repairs were done; however, after going back to Abra in Greeley. Kevin took the time to review my claim and receipt and explained what was done and basically how to read the summary. He knew I was disappointed that only one headlamp was replaced but he showed me the photos and only one headlamp was damaged. Abra did everything my insurance company allowed. Kevin took the time to do everything he could to make the old headlamp look as good as new and ensured I was a satisfied customer. It was amazing to be treated like my satisfaction was a priority to their company. I would highly recommend Abra Auto in Greeley to anyone needing repairs. They are a top notch shop!!! As an off the street customer looking for an estimate, Kevin asked me to allow him time to draw up the preliminary paperwork. Though the finished product turned out to be 17% higher in the end, the professionalism and quality was beyond reproach. Kevin Mauch couldnt have been more transparent throughout the process and kept in contact via text messaging on a daily basis, right up to the day I picked up my wifes Lexus on the day he preliminarily said it would be ready.

If I could give them a -* star, I would. Horrible customer service! Rude, disorganized and disrespectful. After years of faithful patronage, I will NEVER return, nor will I ever recommend them. Between raising two boys with all their vehicles, all my vehicles and husband business fleet vehicles, I can say with certainty, there has been more than typically fair amount of cash going through them in the last seventeen years. Apparently, there is some confusion as to who is paying the invoice. My insurance Company USAA was made aware of the situation as well. I suggest you avoid them at all costs. There are too many good collision repair facilities in the area with much a more appreciative attitude and respectful nature.

Waited for front desk clerk to get done with her meeting to be told they dont do walk-ins and that its appointment only for someone to even look at my skuff. I had a minor skuff and was willing to wait around. I guess my money wasnt green enough. Good luck if you need any minor work done.

I had Abra fix almost 10k worth of hail damage and they did a fantastic job! Kevin was wonderful to work with and kept me updated throughout the process. Quality work takes time and if you want your car back in a week, you will not get the best possible work. My car was restored to like new condition and I could not be happier. I was especially thankful for Kevin handling ALL of the insurance communication. I never even had to speak with my insurance after their first visit even though my Progressive inspector missed a TON of damage and underestimated the total cost of repair. Thank you Kevin!

Horrible customer service. I came here because this body shop is on our preferred shop list we give to customers. Because of my experience I will not be doing business with ABRA or referring my customers here.I came in and asked for an estimate on repainting the roof of my truck. The guy behind the desk said firmly, I only do estimates by appointment.I said, Ok sure when would your next available appointment be?He was all booked up until the following week.I explained I work for State Farm and am just on a lunch break, would he have anything around lunchtime or after 5:00PM?Again, I got a very firm response, I dont do estimates after 5 oclock and I dont have any appointments available around lunch.I understand what a busy day is like, but even if that was the case it is no excuse to treat a customer like he did. I am not coming in for an insurance claim, I will be paying for the repair out of my own pocket and have the choice to go to whichever body shop I want. Why would you refuse business like that or be so unaccommodating to the point I wanted to go elsewhere, which I did.I left and stopped by 2 body shops on the way back to work, TWO.Both were able to give me an estimate on the spot.

After an accident on the freeway coming home from work (my car was rear-ended), Abra made the repairs. The car was less than three months old at the time of the accident. Now you cant tell it was ever damaged! Excellent job, Abra of Greeley, CO!

We got recommend here from a family member. The communication from kevin fell pretty short. We dropped our vehicle off for a week due to a airbag light going off. One of the guys stated he would call once his meeting was over to let me know what was going on, That didnt happen, its okay, people get busy. Called to follow up again a few days later, they ran the code but didnt follow up to let me know they didnt find anything. They recommended the dealership look into it and he would call back once he got out of his meeting, once again, that didnt happen. Called to pickup the vehicle today and the guy didnt seem to care or explain what was going on with the vehicle. Id advise to weigh out your options before you drop off your vehicle here. Bad first time experience. And still dont know whats wrong with my vehicle

Slowest shop in the country. I seriously cant put into words the inconvenience this shops procrastination has put my family through. Seems like every few days theres another two days tacked onto the repair time. Its not even a major fix; a fender and hood.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had when dealing with A auto body company. 1st time I took my truck in to get the front end fixed my bumper came back with 2 of the six bolts holding it on, also many other things that were fixed on it, like the leaking window and rattle and other noised it now makes as well as a newly added bent rim from one of their dip ships hitting the curb while out hot rodding my truck, that records at all ( No need to run that thing 88 miles an hour when all you did was take it to the Toyota dealership one mile away.. These guys are absolute clowns and liars and will take months upon months to get back to you on a quote and then screw your vehicles up even more why they are fixing them. I do not recommend this company scraping the dead squirrels off my tires yet alone ever working on my vehicle again. The many times we tried to contact them to figure out how to get it fixed and/or done properly we work ghosted buy I belive his name is Mike many times. Be careful with this company.

They did adequate service. Had the run around for a while. One thing I wish id known. I went with what I thought was a corporate place so I could use any Abra... this is a franchise. That means you can only use your warranty at this location. Which sucks becuz I have moved out of Greeley and have issues come up with their repair.

Take for ever to get work done, but willing take your vehicle hold on to it. Best bet is make sure you have rental insurance a second vehicle.

I would give them a zero. Took 5 weeks to get an estimate from them after telling me multiple times they would email it immediately. Said the damage was only going to take 1 day to fix. I doubted this and asked them if they were sure that it was only going to be a day and they stated it was only a bumper it would be a full day at the most. Made an appointment and over a week to fix. They are the worst Abra I have ever dealt with and they will never receive any business from me again.

Awful experience. Immediately called my insurance after I left to tell them what kind of experience their preferred shop is offering. Dont go to a volume shop like this - choose local.

This is the absolute worst body shop in greeley! I will never take my car here again and I will let everyone I know how horrible your services are! I took my car here for hail damage and it was the worst decision Ive ever made considering Ive had to take it back 4 times for repairs that were not completed the first time! After over a month of being in your shop for hail damage I get my car back with overspray all over my headlights and dust and grime all over my black seats! After taking my car home I find out the passenger door does not function correctly because you failed to put the panel back together properly. Next I take my car to a car wash to find out my front windshield is leaking water into my interior. And its fixed by adding black sealant onto my white car. Now I get into my car after a rainstorm to find my back ceiling dripping into my back seat from yet another bad sealing of the windshield. Which has soaked the ceiling of my car and my whole backseat. I repeat never ever take your car to this disaster of a body shop! Thank you for ruining my 2015 Dodge Charger

Great place to bring your vehicle to be repaired and painted the parking lot is kind of small. Employees are friendly wanted to get a job here but I heard its really hard to get in.

Worst experience EVER!!! Set an appointment to get my car fixed for hail damage, called a week later to get an update, come to find out it got MORE hail damage while it was sitting in their lot. No one ever even called me to let me know this. So they said they were waiting for another estimate before they could work one it. Called again a week later, they said they were waiting on the side prices for the windows and that it would be ready by Thursday of the next week. Called Thursday of the next week and guess what, now its not going to be ready till Tuesday of the next week. Same damn story Tuesday, they said it would for sure be done Friday. Call Friday to MAKE SURE it is going to be done and was told yes, for sure we are on schedule to have you car in your possession today. Get a phone call at 4 and guess what, THE SIDE PIRCES FOR THR WINDOW HASNT BEEN DELIVERED!!!!! So now they are saying it will be done next week. I am so fed up with this place and the run around they have been giving me with my car not to mention the constant lies that they feed. I would have been better off taking my car to a setup in a parking lot somewhere then taking it to Abra. Never again will o go to them for any services nor will I ever refer them to anyone. Absolute worst experience of service I have ever had.

Receptionist has the worst customer service skills. She made it abundantly clear that they have plenty of business and I could go elsewhere if I wasnt happy with a waiting list to even make an appointment.

I was initially quoted at 2-3 weeks to have my hail damaged car fixed, even if hail damage estimates needed to be tweaked. It has now been 7 weeks and now I get to call the shop every week to be told that its almost done and should be ready next week. On top of that, I get treated like Im bothering them for just wanting to know whats going on with my car every time they exceed their estimate.

Update: I got my car back October 10th I still had half a tank of gas so I didn’t get gas right away. Abra didn’t put my gas lid back on correctly. When confronted they said they’d fix it. To this day it still doesn’t work. I refuse to take it back to them. Something so little and their staff is so rude the manager is absolutely no help. It takes about 50 pushes to get my gas lid open... do your research and do not waste your time there.Absolutely the worst place. I took my car in August 9th for a repair. It is now September 19th and it still isn’t done. The first month it pretty much sat in their lot. After three weeks I called to see what was going on and they told me they haven’t touched it because they think it might be totaled and were waiting for my insurance company to get back to them. Then I contact my insurance and they told me they approved it to be fixed a week prior. Now Abbra is telling me my car won’t be fixed till October. They’re customer service is awful.

Run the other way!! They destroyed my $50k truck, took six weeks gave it back to me and there were over a dozen issues I found right away. They didn’t even check to see if the headlight colors were the same. Might be going to court with them still negotiating with the insurance adjuster as what to do next.

Went in to ask about repairs but the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional because of what insurance company our check was from. She yelled across the office for one of the other employees who was condescending and laughed at our questions before telling us they don’t take our insurer. PLOT TWIST: THEY HAVE OUR INSURANCE COMPANIES SIGN ON THEIR DOOR!?!?

Quick estimate, good workmanship, only knock would be that it takes a while to get your vehicle in for repair since they do good work

Stay far away from this shop. Several critical steps in the windshield replacement of a customers vehicle were skipped leading to . damage on the vehicle and a dangerous install. Save yourself the headache of costly repairs in the future and go elsewhere.
