Started taking my vehicles to Auto Doctor many years ago, when they were under the name Integrity Automotive. I didnt know it then, but they are truly a mechanic shop that tries to always go above and beyond for their customers. Over the years, theyve worked on various cars for myself and family members, too. The owners are usually the ones that greet you, that explain repairs to you, and that try to get it done right the first time - as though the cars were their own, or you were like family. Not kidding!Appts. are usually booked out a few weeks ahead, so if its maintenance you need, just call ahead to set up your appt. If its an emergency, they will try their hardest to fit you in ASAP, depending on the type of repair you need AND how many other vehicles theyve already scheduled. Definitely worth the wait if you want to get quality work done. They dont try to UP-SELL you with a bunch of repairs your vehicle doesnt need. They do need more parking area, just because theyre so busy. I try to make my appts. early in the morning. Wish I could give them more than FIVE stars!!! I brought a car and found the gear changing was not smooth, there was always a jolt suddenly.So I went to this shop for checking, they said I needed to have my car transmission flushed. I did that for more than a hundred bucks, but when I drove it home the same problem was still going on. Only after several months I checked the dipstick of transmission fluid and found it empty!!I had Walmart filled it for 30 bucks and now the problem solved. I do not know if they really flushed and filled the transmission fluid at first, but I cannot believe it runs out in several month for a car without leaking problem.I do not like giving bad review honestly, but I do feel disappointed. The two stars only for the friendly staff.Plus, last time I went to the repairing room in the back of the shop and I really do not think the mechanics professional. They jacked my car and forgot to put the hand brake, really dangerous! Also I compared the price there with other car repair shop around, I would not say it is a good price.

I definitely recommend this place! I messaged them on Facebook and asked for a quote on what I thought was wrong with my car. They responded in a timely manner with a quote that was reasonably priced. They told me when they could get my car in and about how long it would take them; and they followed through on eveything! Doyle, Vicki, and the rest of the crew here are amazing. I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else. If youre looking for an honest mechanic who knows what theyre doing, you cant go wrong here.

Never answers phone. I called multiple times and it never gets picked up. Does not abide by cdc law on mask mandate. Every time I’ve brought my car in they have “inconclusive” results or can’t “pinpoint” the problem. It’s ridiculous. Said it should a couple of days for fluid to run through transmission spent over 100$ and the did nothing. It still has the same problems if not worse. It’s almost undrivable at this point.

There is no hidden fees or unnecessary work done on your vehicle. They always call you and get your approval before doing any work and they let you know how much the bill will be. This is definitely my new mechanic in town.

Great place to take your car for a tune up or major repair. They are one of the last family run mechanics that I know of in town. Love their dogs when you walk in and always honest friendly service! I get my oil changed and repair both my cars here!!

Auto Doctor is owned/operated by a husband and wife, and they run a fantastic shop! Theyre very friendly and knowledgeable, gave me an estimate up front and stuck to it. Didnt try to tack on extra fees or needless parts. She even hunted down parts at different prices to give me a better deal. I came in not knowing what what wrong with my car, in about 2.5 hours they had it running better than when we bought it (with better mileage too)!

We have found our family mechanic. They were honest with the most reasonable prices in town. They fit us in on short notice and had great customer service. Also they have adorable dogs. You can always trust a dog person.

I had the low beam head lights go out on my car. It turned out that there was a wire that had pulled loose. They got it in and fixed in the same day with no notice and when Doyle called to let me know it was fixed he told me how much it was going to cost me, it blew my mind very honest fair price and he did not even charge a full hour of work because he found and fixed it in under that. I dont usually write bad reviews, but in this case I felt it necessary! This company drug our family business through the dirt for years, costing us thousands of dollars, with very little to show for it! The staff are rude and speak very poorly about their customers right in front of other customers! They do not return phone calls, so you have to call over and over, just to get a rude person answering... Like I said, they charged our business thousands but nothing was ever fixed. They always had an excuse! Then we had a new motor put in our van, which was leaking oil immediate, Not their fault.... Got vans back with multiple hoses not connected, again not their fault! The last time we used them, they lost our van key, When they finally found it I drove the van home just to find another customers paperwork and keys inside our van!!! Unbelievable this company is still in business!

Called and spoke with Vickie, who gave us a tow place, got the car looked at in 24 hours, Doyle then quoted us a price AFTER offering to talk to the previous mechanic and the car came out great and at a waaaaay cheaper price than originally quoted.We will be using them for everything.

We took the car in on 5/4/2013 to get an oil pan gasket replaced, and when we went to pick up the car on 5/6/2013, we had discovered the exhaust had been knocked off during the work. After talking to Mr. Tobel, we came to an agreement that we would get it reattached for a much lower price than market (I ceded to working out a price as the exhaust had been a bit loose before the incident, and we were already entertaining the idea to get work done on it in the first place). Mr. Tobel went so far as to go out of his way to make sure we got home safely, and was willing to help us get back to his shop nearly a full HOUR after they closed because Yellow Cab in Greeley flaked out on us. I HIGHLY recommend this mechanic given his fair prices, great attitude, and good customer service (which is very rare in todays age).

Problems problems problems. Dont take your vehicle here unless you want to live without your Truck/jeep for weeks to months. They oversold me and left my real problems unresolved. I wasted my time taking my jeep to get aligned after they left me worse than I started just to have Firestone tell me that they couldnt complete an alignment due to the repair work from Auto Doctor. I also had problems with screened phone calls and unreturned voicemail.
