This place has incredible employees. They took time out of their day to help a desperate, crying, 25 year old woman with emissions test issues without asking anything in return. My grandparents have always raved about this business and I can say that I’m 100% onboard. They are kind, understanding, and easy to work with. Definitely recommend. Been to a few other garages in Greeley and none of them even compare to the level of kindness and quality.

These guys are awesome! I had a long install for a snow plow and had to hang around for it due to living far away. I got to sit around and listen to many interactions with customers. They were professional and courteous to every customer that came in, but they really won my respect with one lady in particular. She was an elderly woman who brought her car in for some issues, after they looked it over they spent a long time patiently explaining the problem and then advised she take it back to the shop that previously worked on her car because the part she needed should still be under warranty and it shouldnt cost her anything to get it fixed. The sent with a paper explaining the problem to give the other shop. This woman could have so easily been taken advantage of in this situation and been forced to spend money she didnt need to but they nothing but professional and patient with her. I will absolutely bring them more of my business in the future.

Two weeks ago I took in my Bintelli Scorch scooter and I was impressed with how they managed to figure out what was wrong with it. But within two days it wasnt running right. So I took it back to figure out what was going on with it, granted they didnt get a chance to look at it cause their mechanic was on vacation but one and a half days after he got back my scooter was back to running right. He explained what they did and as long as my scooter is running right I wont have to take it back in....

Outstanding service. The team helped us out with our wheelchair van that needed repairs fast for our handicapped son that absolutely cant go without the van. They were very accommodating, honest, fast and priced well.We really appreciate The Wrench and my wife and I would highly recommend them.

This place is seriously legit. I absolutely love these guys and the business itself. I went in with what I was told I had a problem with from the dealer, and these guys took a look at the problem and found out there was actually no problem at all and everything was fine with my car I did a test run and had it back to me with an hours and didnt even charge me for them looking it over. Love this place theyre really nice five stars all around.

Best car place ever. I needed a CV joint today and am from out of town. I was stranded and they made room to fix it the same day. Matt and Bradley did an amazing job. They were kind, professional, and knew what they were doing. They had a hard time finding the part I needed but didn’t give up. They called around until they got it. So cool. I couldnt be happier with my experience here. Had a housing on my radiator crack, causing my car to over heat. Every where I called didnt have anything available until next week. Darren offered to check if he can make a quick fix on my car and got it taken care of in less that 2 hours!! Amazing customer service!!!

Worrying about your car is not something anyone wants to worry about. When my car gives me fits I take it to The Wrench, and I know it is in good hands. They always fix what needs fixed and advise me of any upcoming repairs without pushing me to do so. The staff is always very friendly. They work on everything from old cars to brand new cars which is nice when referring friends.

Finding a mechanic is easy. There are plenty of them around. But finding a good auto mechanic, ASE-certified master technician that comes with a really good reputation? Well, that is a little harder to locate.I purchased a truck that I knew needed some major work. It was a great deal and I’m good with that. Being new to Greeley, I asked around if anyone knew of a good auto repair shop. Hands down, The Wrench was the first choice by everyone. Seriously, I mean everyone.So I drank the Kook-Aid and dropped in to schedule a service time for my truck repair. I mentioned the clutch was going out and a rebuilt transmission was more than likely needed. Not being too familiar with transmission work, I was a little nervous and I’m sure it showed on my face. James and Matt up front were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. This set my mind at ease for the time being.After they took a look, I was pleased to find a complete transmission rebuild was not needed. James took me downstairs and with the transmission taken apart, walked me through what was needed and also gave me my options. Replacing the clutch and top plate were recommended and that’s what I went with. They completed the work on time and the truck runs solid. It’s not every day you find a team of auto mechanics that are honest and proud of their work. This is exactly why they guarantee it.Since then, The Wrench is my first and only choice for any auto repair. I recommend them to everyone I know, and even people I overhear talking about car issues. I can confidently say that I dont believe you will have a more pleasant, honest experience anywhere else. I will continue to go to The Wrench with any auto question or problem.

I took my car here just after moving to Greeley. Newly divorced and never having really taken care of the cars on my own, I needed a place I could trust. The folks who work here are fantastic. They are always friendly and know me by name (Thanks James and Matt!). They are always up front about what needs fixed, how much it will cost, and will honestly tell me with my old car, what to not bother fixing at this point--they dont try to just get my money. They even offer courtesy cars to use if needed. I dont stress at all anymore when my car needs maintenance. I know its in good hands.

Are you kidding me? These people are the GREATEST. My wife and I were at the side of Highway 40, north of Winter Park with a very flat tire during a record breaking snow week. We were calling AAA for help when Darren and crew saw us and offered help. They identified the cause of the flat tire, plugged the hole from a very large screw, re-aired the tire and told us to have a great evening; all in less than 20 minutes. Polite, courteous and extraordinary representatives of the ASE technician family. I have not been to Greeley, but I believe Darren, crew and The Wrench make the community an excellent place to do business and live.

This is the place you take your grandmothers car to. They will always treat you right and with respect. Everyone is very helpful and the owner will always great you with a handshake and a smile. They will get the job done quickly and correct the first time.

Had my outer tie-rod replaced. A couple of months later my wheel was loose so I took it to a different shop. The tie-rod was only finger tight and had to be repaired. Will not be back to this shop. Id recommend finding somewhere else to get your vehicle serviced.

I have to say that after several years now that I am so glad that I took the advice from a friend to go to the wrench for my auto repair needs. Yes, I am like anyone else, hating to need to spend hard earned money on car repairs but must say that when the time comes where car repairs are needed, at least I feel that with the Wrench, I am getting an honest appraisal of needed repairs and getting the most for my money spent. Mick and Matt take the time to explain things to you and answer questions the best they can. I have also talked to mechanics in their shop and they are the same way. Helping me to understand better what the issue is or was. Much appreciated! When the check engine light comes on, and throws a code, I learned that it is not necessarily pointing to one specific component as the problem but identifies an entire system such as (emissions) for example, where there can be numerous points of possible causes for throwing the code. Thats where the the Wrench go to work to isolate the faulty part. They know their business! HEADS UP: When they ask, say, Mr. or Mrs. customer, can you try and make the sound for us that best describes the sound your car is making? So you start in with your best imitations of that sound, then you notice that there are several mechanics, some office staff as well, Matt and Mick, standing around listening to your odd noises and watching contorted facial expressions, doing their best to keep a straight face, acting like they are really seriously listening, then they start grinning, you realize, you have just been played at your expense to be sure. I guess they have to have some way of entertaining themselves at times. Oh well! They should record some of that over time and post on uTube. Funny!

These guys are good. They are fair, reasonable, reliable and most importantly-honest. I wish every automotive business operated like them.

Waiting to see if my car is fixed correctly for the 3rd time being there for almost 4 weeks and see if they will waive any labor, diagnostic and parts used before I give a full statement of what it went in for and then the problems that it left there with.go somewhere else if you want honest repair work done.Originally went in for a turn signal switch. then the car wouldnt start, had to have it on diagnostics for several days to find out the problem for starting issues, had to have turn signal switch replaced a second time, then needed a battery, along with a tow from work in Loveland to The Wrench, put on diagnostics again, had to have a module replaced.There wasnt any thing wrong with starting or running the car except for the turn signal not working on the passenger side.Im glad they waived the tow charge.

8 years ago, I was a first year college student at UNC, driving a car suited for a 1st year college student that always was breaking down. Not only was Darren at The Wrench INCREDIBLE, kind, honest, and helpful, but so was every single mechanic there! 8 years later, I now live in south Denver and whenever I have car trouble still make the long drive up to Greeley to go to the Wrench. On occasions when my car cannot be driven, the guys at the wrench send a tow truck all the way to Denver to pick it up and give me a loaner car until it is fixed. There is simply no better mechanic shop in the entire state, or country for all I am concerned! My business will forever be loyal to Darren and the other guys at The Wrench!!

I want to send Cudos to the crew here. I gave these guys my favorite car to fix. By the time I had sent it to them, I had had it to 8 shops, over the previous 2 years. All of them gave a lot of attention to it, but I wound up with a lot of lets try this, and nothing worked.I spoke to James, one day, and explained that situation, and asked if they were willing to go the extra mile, and 3/4. his answer was We will fix it!.While they had the car for several months, they stayed in touch with me, every step of the way, and conferred with me, about; nearly everything they did. This was incredibly important to me, as I had been forced to go to several of the shops, and take my car back, because they had stopped working on it, and rarely called me, about that fact.While they had it, the cars computer refused to reveal the problem, and they were forced to use their ASE mechanical education, and experience, to be MECHANICS, not Techs.They worked at it individually, collectively, and on several occasions, conferred with other companies mechanics, and other people they considered to be experts.The point of this review, is the fact that these guys went above and beyond, and stayed with the project, as a point of pride, until they finally eliminated all the other causes, and found the incredibly elusive problem plaguing my favorite car.I have been able to experience the enjoyment of driving this thing again, now, for the past few months, realizing that it is actually fixed, and I can look forward to many miles of pleasure, thanks to the entire team of professionals who cared enough to stay with it till the end.Also, from a consumer standpoint. I was amazed that with all the effort these guys put into the project, the charges were extremely reasonable.You can bet, I will have my cars worked on there in the future, and I highly advise anyone needing quality, professional work done on their vehicles, to go talk to James, and have the team there take care of them.Clinton Piel

Purchased a new Exmark 96 mower from Richard a few weeks ago. Dealing with the wrench was easy and quick with a great deal. So far Ive put almost a hundred hours on the mower and had one minor issue. I was on a large contract when a bolt snapped. Called Richard, he had a replacement part to me in 15 minutes, warrantied and I was back mowing within 5 minutes. Thats customer service. If this happened to one of my green and yellow mowers, I would first be blamed for it, told itll take weeks for a part and probably a month to fix it and somehow isnt covered. I think The Wrench will do well for itself, especially in this area.

We took the truck in to have them fix one thing then after they fixed it they found something that wasnt wrong when we took it in and charged another$1000 to fix something they probably broke since it wasnt an issue before... they had the truck for almost 3 weeks when it should have been 5 days...

We are new to Greeley and took our Camray in to have the timing belt changed. The guys that work here really have a passion for cars. Super nice and honest! We were told by another shop the car needed to have a main rear seal replaced for the oil leak the car has. ($2000) Now they could have agreed and taken our money BUT they told us it was a valve cover leak. Really cheap to fix WOW really. I would recommend they guys to everyone. I will never take my car to anyone else.

I tell him that these people at The Wrench Inc. will give him my truck so he can tell me where hes squealing at all times. Ball joints, power Steering Rack & Pinion leak, Tie Rod Ends, Driveshaft Center Support Bearing and Universal Joint.They tell me all things for a sound and they didnt fix it. To-do it was my front struts that they didnt raid for 80 dollars. This company doesnt do the job well!
