Jimmy was my Mattress expert for the night and he was absolutely awesome ! He listened to all of my needs and made sure I completely understood everything I needed to know about my mattresses before I left the store with it. He was kinda and very respectful. Everything at the store went great, very knowledgeable gentleman and Steven was great at getting my son the best mattress. Although expecting a call which Steven discussed to me to set a proper delivery time for the mattress. I didnt get such a call, instead a text message which I now have to rearrange my schedule for which is not exciting to deal with.

Steve Morgan and Jordan Young were phenomenal. These guys paired up and helped me find the perfect bed! Not only that but delivery was timely and the drivers were super efficient. I will be a Mattress Firm customer for life!

We went into the Greeley store with, honestly, skepticism. There was such a wide array of pricing for mattresses We were unsure why. Our salesperson did a fine job of selling us what we wanted rather than the hard sell on the more expensive. He also gave us a discount without us asking. Bravo 👏

Jamal helped us find the perfect mattress tonight. We pretty much knew what we wanted but had never bought a new mattress before. He listened to all of our questions and made us feel like we had time to think and ask even more questions. Jamal knows what he is talking about, and made it make sense to me. He showed us a few models in our price range and gave us the rundown of the more expensive options but wasnt pushy or anything. Im very happy with my experience and will 10/10 recommend my friends to go talk to Jamal when they are getting a new set up in their house.

When I called, I got Damian on the phone. I’m really glad I did as he was professional, kind and a great listener. He made my choice to purchase very easy because he had the exact bed I wanted ‘in stock’.I previously had spoken to an associate at Purple.com but they would not be able to deliver to me for 2-3 weeks. Getting a mattress had been a long time coming for my husband and I, considering weve been sleeping on a futon for the last 5 years. We had very little idea how to pick out a mattress and what to consider but Jamal was absolutely wonderful and very helpful in guiding us to a decision we are very happy with. I wish all sales associates were as quinuine and easy going as he was, he made us comfortable and we felt he was very sincere in helping us to find something that fit our sleep needs and budget. I worked with Jordan who was the best, most informative salesperson I have worked with for a long, long time. He is warm and professional at the same time. I had so much confidence in him that I didn’t need to check out their competitors!

Jordan Young helped me out tremendously!I had been told my deliver would take 5-10 business days. And for the first 6 days, my mattress was attached to my tracking number. I had checked my tracking number again the day of delivery, which was day 8, and mattress was no longer showing up on my tracking number. After many long phone calls with the customer service of mattress firm and several phone calls with Jordan, we had figured out the mattress was going to be postponed till mid September. Normally I would be okay with that, had I not been told the first time that it would take 5-10 business days. Jordan had me come in to look at another mattress that was in stock and similar in comfort and price. We decided on one, and go to order it and find out that one was now delayed till 2021! And just that morning this new mattress I was looking at was in stock!After all of this Jordan was kind enough to upgrade me to another mattress that was exactly what I was looking for, but way out of my price range, at zero extra cost to me! So after all this inconvenience Jordan was able to help me out! All in all the customer service of this store was great, and I couldn’t recommend Jordan enough! Thank you!!! I can’t wait to get my new mattress!

Came in to get a new bed and was helped by Jordan and he was awesome. I wasn’t rushed or talked into anything. I told them what I wanted to spend and he showed me everything and explained everything well then gave me prices on anything I asked. All the rest of the staff were friendly and nice but not overwhelming or aggressive with any sales.

Furious with GreeleyMattress Firm. The sale went fine.....the delivery was a debacle. After paying for delivery, installation and removal of old mattress, the delivery person indicated he would not remove the old mattress.....too stained. WHAT? After calling our Greeley store and a Ft. Collins store for help....no one has called back. The delivery person drove off after offering to bring the new mattress in, but would not remove the old. He was driving a rent-a-truck and indicated he didnt want to get the stain all over him. After offering to Lysol the old bed, give him gloves, mask and front protection he drove off. Had I known this secret embedded rule existed we could have wrapped the old mattress in plastic. Still furious!

Jason greeted us right away and asked us the right questions to figure out what we needed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Found us the best deal and was sincerely trying to find what worked for us even when it came down to payment options. We realized he was new and this was only his second week. Which speaks praises for his supervisors! Very happy. I havent gotten my mattress yet, but besides the product I wanted to talk about the amazing service we received. We did go to Denver Mattress to see comparables and we were not treated nearly as well. Thank you so much we will not only come back of course we will recommend to anyone! :)

I went in; in a mattress finding emergency, explained my situation to them and told them my budget, they didn’t try pressuring me into something I didn’t want or need. They were understanding, very informing, and incredibly patient. I literally traveled all of Northern Colorado to try to find a better deal, or a even comparable, no one came close. I will definitely be coming in the future and referring all my friends and family here. 12/10!
