If I could leave a 0 star, I would. This company is a nightmare, Hire someone competent. We hired them to build remodel our kitchen, big mistake. Dun Rite can not count or measure correctly. We gutted the kitchen, our pantry and utility room. Even though the utility remodel was in the contract Dun Rite refused to do it and never did what was agreed upon in the written contract. Their idea of remodeling my pantry was to slap a piece of plywood up, when I complained that is not what I discussed with sales man or what I wanted they ended up not doing the project.As far as the cabinets I paid for 5 pull out drawers, but only 4 are installed. In the contract it says my kitchen will have 9 drawers there are 7. When I asked about these things I was told my “custom cabinets” were not made to accommodate these things therefore they would not be installed.Then they installed my flooring. They replaced a piece of the sub flooring with a different thickness then the rest of the kitchen then just put the flooring over. Now when you walk over the floor it gives. I am sure it will damage the flooring over time and will need to be replaced.Now for the cabinets my sink is not centered with the window - it is off by an inch but enough that it is visible by eye balling it. Also the cabinets are not centered over the window on the left the cabinet is a half inch from the window on the other side the cabinet is 3 inches from the window. My island is crooked. It makes it look my kitchen was constructed by amatuers.They also drilled the hinge holes in my cabinet doors the wrong direction. I had all replaced but one - one cabinet door still has unneeded holes drilled in it.These are just a few of the daily battles I encountered with Dun Rite who did nothing right.I called to complain everyday. Todd, the CEO, said he would come out to personally survey. I wanted him to come so he could look me in the eye and tell me his company stood behind the crappy craftsmanship. He sent one of his top men to do the last of the punch list items that fell way short of what was in the contract. When I pointed out the 30 or so things I had an issue with he just shrugged his shoulders and left. Todd never bothered to show to survey his companies crappy work.At the end of the day, my project was not finished, it is not done correctly, my kitchen is not centered and I did not get what I paid for. Beware.
