Went in just to look, and show the wife her choices for speakers in her new truck. Seen the finance plan they had and took advantage of it. So instead of looking I left with a set of 12s in a box with an amp for a great deal, and a pair of shallow 10 inch subs for the wifes truck (giving her the amp). Service was prompt and courteous and it only took minutes to complete the paperwork.

Was waiting 5 hours just for them to start working on the car and they brought people in faster that got here after us. Would never recommend this to literally anyone

Parts that were ordered were wrong and delayed the process by 4 days. No discount was offered and not everything is functioning properly. I was never informed that what I wanted was not able to be completed.

Darek and his crew are absolutely amazing! They really helped me with my car alarm and remote start when it was messed up from a windshield repair. They helped me hook my amp up correctly too. Anything car accessory related, bring it to Darek!

Shop came highly recommended, came in for a box and amp, charged $1800, pick up my car and find glue mark hand prints on my door panels and new damages on my 2018 Dodge Charger. Was told there was no way they are responsible . Told the door panels are prone to warping. Apparently my panels are only prone to failure in the hands of car toys because they weren’t warped 24 hours before. I’m filing a insurance claim tomorrow to get my car repaired since I can’t get it remedied with the store.

After my dvd screen was installed and I went to pick it up, they gave me the keys and said “here you go have a good day “ nobody came and explained how the system worked how to operate it nothing at all, went to my truck and begin to try to mess with it and then couldn’t find the head phones so I went back inside then was told they forgot to give them to me and went a head and gave me two pairs and went on my way, then went outside and noticed the lights on the dvd screen weren’t working, went back inside one more time and asked and associate, he came out with me to my truck, tried to get them to work and said yes the lights are automatic on this but if they don’t work it’s because they are not wired to your truck, if you want them to work with your truck so they come on when you open the Doors then we will charge you extra, really POOR costumer service .

These guys did a GREAT job installing my light bar on my SUV & hooking me up with a good deal on an Alpine amp & Kenwood sub inside as well. I gave them a top dollar, & they found the best BEST deal for me...while helping to educate me on this stuff that I wanted but had never bought before. To help me get exactly what I would be happy with in the end, they took the time to teach me a couple components that matter most regarding a good sound system. Car Toys will take care of you even after you pay for everything you get, ie. - if something ends up acting faulty, or if you just have some questions about it & etc. Yes, it is a retail store, but you will get your fair retail moneys worth, guaranteed. ALWAYS REMEMBER, with electronics...youre going to get what you pay for. 2011 Jeep Patriot, happy camper yall.

I had these guys put a whole new stereo system in my bike. Took me about a month to get it all figured out and wasnt sure this is the way it should sound. But after getting it dialed in and knowing how to work it these guys nailed it!!! The sound is amazing and I would highly recommend these guys for any stereo work on any bike!!!!

I bought a Groupon for an interior detailing. It turns out that covered a vacuum and a wipe-down. It was also supposed to include a 30-minute odor neutralizer. It was an additional $150 if I wanted qn actual detail; I paid $50 instead to have just the front seats cleaned. My windows are smeary, my steering wheel feels gunky, and my car smells like a urinal inside. I could get over the extra money, if a good job had been done, but it was not. At all. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to go for a detailing, and letting Car Toys stick to electronics!

Appointments should mean appointments, not drop your car off for the day. Drove an hour in to town for my appointment for a simple radio install on Christmas Eve for my daughters present only to be told we were basically stranded for the day. We were told to be there by 8 and we were right on time. Due to the Covid restrictions there was no waiting room to sit in, nothing near by was open so me and my 15 year old daughter sat outside on the curb for 2 hours hoping it might get in. Ended up canceling the appointment /install, buying everything and installing ourselves. The salesman was very rude and no compassion to our situation and am still waiting for my refund to my card. Will be telling everyone this story and not to go there.

This place cant do anything. I took my car there because my amp wasnt working and I wanted to get a diff system set up. I was told there was nothing they could do without the factory amp. Fine so I bought a factory anp took it there just to have the harness put on and plugged back in. 5 min job tops. The service guy says no I dont have installers here this late. Really? Your open till 9. He said hardware takes longer than that to install. Whatever

Any time you call they put you on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes, then usually order the wrong part.

Was convinced to buy an upgrade system that would retain the function of my DVD player, backup camera, remote start and other stock features my vehicle had. Yesterday, Monday 1/18/21, (dropping my vehicle off the night before) mid day I recieved a phone call saying that my dvd player could not be retained and if I still wanted the DVD player I had to buy an aftermarket one for the discounted price of $400 more. Then when I picked up my vehicle when I drove away my parking brake light starts flashing, then the CD player isnt working properly and now my remote start DOES NOT work. I once again have to drop off my vehicle for the day to see what happened and if they can problem solve it. The appointment is not for 6 days and once again I have to find a ride and be without a vehicle for a whole day. I am very frustrated as I spent money for the upgraded system so I would not have these problems.

The salesman I talked to made me not want to return to the store, he had a bad attitude and tried to pressure me into buying a product I did not want or need. Gave off bad vibes in general, i don’t have anything against cartoys I just hate when salesmen have bad attitudes and a rude demeanor. I’m pleased with the service itself, but not with my experience with the car toys staff.

The guys went out of their way to help me decide on what auto start was best for 2013 Rav 4. Explained every detail. Believe me I had a 1000 questions. They were understanding and patient. The job was fantastic and a very happy camper! Worth the drive from Cheyenne and the price was reasonable. Thank you!

Wish I could give them zero stars. Went in there today to get my wife a new stereo for her SUV and walked out 45 minutes later with out a single employee even acknowledging we were in their store. I can understand if they were busy but there was 1 other customer and at least 4 employees there.

I’ve had to go to this location specifically for about a year and a half and had nothing but poor customer service experiences! One day I ran into a problem and ended up getting into a small argument with the manager on how disrespectful he was and how poorly the work is that gets done! Ended up to the point where I asked him for his bosses number because a customer shouldn’t be treated the way I was and he gave a a fake number to call for his boss! I ended up calling corporate on him! But besides the poor customer service their work is just as bad. I had to have a device swapped from one vehicle to another and they left glue and sticky stuff all over both vehicles and actually broke my dash shoving wires wherever they wanted! Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this location avoid it at all costs! I will no longer give them anymore of my Business and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family what kind of terrible store that place is!

Remote start has been a problem since install. Had it originally installed in Fort Collins. After multiple problems and taking truck in three times, a coworker suggested I try greeley. Greeley Car Toys removed the original install and installed a replacement. The replacement started to fail and my truck would just turnover and over but never start unless I ran out and put key in the ignition. Made an appointment two weeks in advanced with Greeley to repair. Got to appointment this morning at 9am. Two vehicles were pulled in before mine. It was after 10am when my truck was pulled in. When I asked what happened to my appointment I was told they scheduled three trucks and only two techs.

Travis help me get my stereo working again for my password now I don’t have to send it in and have it reset. Travis has my business for all my electronics. Now I can buy amp speakers and other goodies. Car toys got my business for life. Some great guys to help you out. Thanks a bunch Travis 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Good selection, staff was willing to answer questions and make good suggestions for system design.

Took my truck in here to have my dash panel tightened up and my power window fixed, $200, their craftsmanship lasted 24 hours... When I called them the very next day and told them nothing was working they told me thats not really their specialty but Car Toys was extremely fast to book the appointment and take my money!! Never again!!

The installation cost was more than the cost of the speakers I bought, two tweeters and two 6x9s, I dont even know if I got the tweeters as the installer said he put my old speakers in the back of the cab, when i got home there was only my old 6x9s, the install took two and a half hours, I saw a half hour video on replacing these, if a guy on you tube can do it that easely why cant Car Toys, was the extra time it took a justification of the install price ? $367and change was my cost and the speakers do sound better, not great !!, My next upgrade is a remote start but definitly going elsewhere ...

These guys are something... they took care of me on what I couldnt accomplish with my Ram. Derek and his team took care of me from square one. No complaints. These guys are great!

The manager, Derek, is very knowledgeable and friendly. He is an honest man who takes pride in his business. He will not try to sell you equipment that is not needed - he found a way of saving me money by keeping some stock speakers in the car that did not need to be replaced. By the way...it is cheaper at Car Toys to install a car security system with keyless entry and 2 fob keys then it is to buy 1 fob key from a car dealership.

I bought a dash cam about a month ago from this location (Momento M6). The installation was quick, took less than a day to get my car back. Mostly writing this review as the camera already proved its value after someone hit my car and didnt leave a note. If youre on the fence about buying a dash cam, look no further. These guys save you the headache of installing and programming it too.

If there was a ZERO STAR rating, I would gladly have this review rated as such! This Car Toys location is by far the most discrimantive, unprofessional staff I have ever experienced, as a long term noco Car Toys customer I am shocked! As a long term Greeley resident, avid car audio enthusiast, and PRE SCHEDULED CUSTOMER of this store for my specific business on this day I was immediately met with nothing but hostility, and prejudice while browsing the store with my young child as we waited for my wife to enter and check us in for our appointment. I made sure to follow all mask requirements, and social distancing despite being the only customer in the store. I was not greeted like a customer should be, but rudely asked what I needed. I made sure to explain my wife had scheduled the appointment, and she would be in shortly to address our business. I was then approached 2 other times asking if there was something I was looking for as if they were suspicious of me shoplifting. We again said we are ok, my wife is bringing the keys in to check in now. We approached the VEHICLE ON DISPLAY that was completely open, all windows down, and stero equipment on and in places for show. My daughter wanted to look inside the already open vehicle and I specifically told her not to get in, she did not. The moment I showed interest into the tweeters that were playing music, I was quickly approached, and demanded to not touch anything. I dont think that seeing a vehicle DISPLAY that is opened and something anyone would want to check out is a good idea if it is an employees personal vehicle as I was aggressively informed of. Followed by, cant you read, dont touch. Not a clear indication that this was off limits to even touch, especially the directly displayed equipment with no barrier, or notice upon entry or as you get closer to that display. Bottom line is, I had an appointment scheduled since Thursday, and my wife called the shop on our way in as a courtesy. They knew why I was browsing, they knew why I was there, and in a 10 minute or less I was being watched like a thief and disrespected with no regard to my satisfaction, or my child being there to witness the discrimination. Never again will I purchase from any part of the car Toys company or continue to refer friends and family to any location. Shameful that I felt compelled to directly combat this profiling. Dont touch anything, or browse around if you dont look like everyone else, they will literally have you questioning what you did or said to be made to feel like they are literally assuming youre a thug and a thief. Enough is enough.

We took our H3 in because the stereo wouldnt power off. They estimated a repair of $124 and change. I said fix it and paid them. We left for a quick hot dog at Home Depot down the complex. About 30 min later I got a call from Car Toys that our car was fixed. We walked back and I was told there would be NO CHARGE. WOW!!!!😯The module that they thought went bad was actually good and replaced a relay at their own expense!!They gave me a full refund!! I even tried to tip them for the huge savings they just did and they would not accept it!!!!TOTAL TRANSPARENT HONESTYVERY RARE NOWADAYS!!I would trust them even more now!!They could have changed my relay and charged me the module and I would have never known a difference, but they didnt. Respect.Highly recommended!!!!

Christian took exceptional care of me while I was on the market for a new radio after my car was broken into. He listened to what I wanted and set me up with the coolest touch screen radio that connects right up to my iPhone and was everything I wanted! He also helped a ton with the documentation I needed for insurance. They got me in for install immediately and had all the parts so I didnt have to wait for anything. Kyle was the one who installed for me and it looks amazing and showed me how to utilize all of the features on my new radio. They took great care and I would definitely recommend.

Do not apply for credit with CarToys. They use Brand Source for a creditor and I was about to have a $500 balance paid off and Brand Source added $638 new balance saying they never received any of my payments. And when you call them to fix it they hang up on you. They also messed up on all my info and had the fraud department contact me.

Ive tried purchasing things from them but their staff really doesnt want to help you unless you are spending $600+. You can never get a true estimate from them and always get a around $500 quote. I provided them with the year, make and model of my vehicle along with the remote start I wanted and he still would not build me a quote. After I pressed him some more, he finally started actually looking it up but acted like I was such a burden for wanting to get a more accurate quote. This has always been my experience with them not wanting to take the time to actually listen to what you need.The last two times, I have taken my business to Quality Auto Sound down the street. Whether I call or go into their store, they have always gave me the time and attention I need and guess what? They got the business! On top of that, they were almost half the price from the same install/product!

They all seem to be very helpful at the time we purchased a remote start for our car. After it was installed some of the factory options did not work. They said they did not have to tell us that would happen now they want more money to make the options work and they hope they can get the car in to do the work. Definitely do your homework before letting them rip you off. After this i will not ever go back to this store !!!!!

Worked with Derek in June 2016 and had a great experience. Derek was very knowledgeable about what products worked best together to get a complete system. Everything went smooth and now I have exactly what I was looking for. Would highly recommend speaking with Derek while in the store.

Paid $250 for a detail and it was done horribly. Literally looked like I spent a few hours cleaning it myself with out special detailing tools. Half the car wasn’t even touched. I was quoted 4-5 hours. Took them open to close to get it done. They asked me to bring it back since it wasn’t done appropriately and assured me it’d be redone completely. They hit the “concerning” spots and not well at that! It took all day yet again. I had to call and check up on when it was done since I wasn’t given a courtesy call to make me aware that my car was complete. The manager blamed the quality control on being “too busy”. Unacceptable! Book less appointments if you can’t maintain quality work, basic business strategy! On top of that they lost a part of my cars interior! Never again will we be back for a detail or anything else!

Amazing customer service! I appreciate the knowledge Derek and his staff have. My Dodge Avenger is a much better ride now thanks to them!

They did an excellent job of replacing the damaged rear camera and installing a new front facing camera. The work was done in just a few hours and at a reasonable cost. My sister and I have had Kenwood radios installed in our cars and are very pleased with the installs and service. Car toys in Greeley.

I bought a deck and speaker for my wife from here. I couldnt get the equalizer tuned properly for the life of me. I went back in and an installer named Carlos took the time to not only help me tune it, but teach me about the EQ and settings I didnt even know about. He also found that a speaker wasnt working and fixed it on the spot.

Make a product that doesnt put white spots all over my wheels.

Tell me i need a separate XM tuner in addition to new stereo deck so i didnt get charged 2x for labor, left poor taste in my mouth, also dont just add ANY warranty without getting consent ( i always decline those)

What a positive experience this was! It is a super busy time of year and I need something installed that was not related to Christmas gifts. The staff helped me make choices over the phone, guided me on how to best prepare 2 drop the vehicle off for installation. Cameron the manager was a rockstar, but the counter staff followed his lead and were outstanding. I interacted with several of the installation text and they were professional, clean, and very nice. This was just an all-around positive experience. You want anything electronic I would totally endorse Car Toys in Greeley to be your outlet for that need. I know Ill be back.

Ive been going to this Greeley Car Toys for almost a year. The little girl in there named Heather is the sweetest person and very easy to talk to and get problems figured out stress free. Everyone in there is friendly and easy to kill time with while your car is getting accessories installed. Kyle has been my main installer and does a very clean, time taken job. Id go in every day if I could afford it!
