Nice experince there and good customer service

Ive bought contacts here before and had no issues with them. Today I bought a pair and they were each a different color! When I called to see about getting the right color, they stated there was nothing they can do or return my money! I wasn’t asking for my money back I just wanted the right color! The manager then states that I could be lying. Not even trying to offer me a solution! Never going back! And looking at the reviews I should have known better!

First of all let me start off by saying I really like the clothes at this store it is inexpensive and everything is cute . The reason why I am giving 1 star is because of the manager who works there (some lady with brown short hair probably in her late 40s /early 50s). She is rude and body shames customers !! One of my family members wanted to try on a shirt there so she asked for a fitting . The manager looked at her up and down and basically told her no . If my family member wants to try on a shirt then you give her a fitting room !! The policy there is no Returns so what’s the issue ?? I was so close to going up to that lady and Asking her what her problem is but then I thought If she is going to body shame other people it’s because she is not very happy with her own self 😂 god bless her sad and angry soul I hope she doesn’t have any children !!

Clothes are cheap quality. Cant try on due to covid and they seem to make up the return policy on the go. Had a pair of pants and a shirt she said oh thats like a party shirt so we cant take that back. Pants zipper was broke upon trying at home. Would not recommend or go back. Also older manager lady was rude when asking about returns and exchanges

Got the wife a dress there. Quality was not good and when I went back next day with tags intact with a receipt to exchange the damaged dress, I was told all sales are final and they would not exchange anything. Basically if you find something there you want make sure you thoroughly inspect every inch because they won’t budge on their strict policy.

I really enjoy these inexpensive clothing stores. I havent been to one since Discovery closed back in my area of Chicago.

Personally, the store I really like the clothes and accessories they sell, but there works a girl who is not very friendly and makes you feel uncomfortable. and the girl told me that if she was ready to pay and I said no, I suppose when people want to pay we put things on the counter and I felt uncomfortable as if I was rushing, then I went to my underwear and she chose a bikini and when I went to pay when she grabbed the bikini she said rudely is this boy size ok? And I said yes which bothered me a lot since I know what Im buying and if I chose it boy its because I want that size and it gave me the impression that he was trying to insinuate something against me ... they should Putting smiling and friendly girls not upsetting bitches thats a big difference in a local customer service and making you feel welcome!
