I had a great first experience with Apex Vision. The staff was immediately welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about what my insurance would or wouldnt cover. Dr. Dinnebeck spent his time explaining things to me and frequently checked to see if I had any questions. I appreciate their kindness and highly recommend!

Best appointment ever! I have never had an appointment where I felt so welcomed! I immediately felt like I had known the staff for years. They were so very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very friendly and kind, really made me feel comfortable and totally took his time and was very knowledgeable in his field! Because I am new to the area, he gave me many recommendations for restaurants and doctors in the Greeley area. The staff were very good in helping me pick out my new glasses by telling me which looked and fit best. I ended up purchasing 2 pair because I loved them both! I highly recommend Apex Vision and will make my husband an appointment very soon!

I highly recommend Apex Vision. Dr Dinnebeck is a pleasure to work with, very personable with decades of experience. Heidi helped me pick out the perfect frames for me along with lenses that fit my needs. I’ve worn glasses for 18 years and usually went to one of those corporate chain eyecare places, but never received the level of care provided at Apex Vision.

Was a patient there for 7,8 years then I decided to do lasik surgery. The doctor there recommended Omni eye center to me, who just tried to upsell me some options I don’t need for my eyes actually.

I am very happy with my visit. The staff is so friendly and helpful - one staff member did a quick repair on my old glasses (from another company) for free (he offered freely). I can only say that their customer service goes above and beyond. Dr. Dinnebeck was simply outstanding. He spent good quality time with me discussing my vision and overall health - I did not feel rushed. We had a great talk concerning my life with type two diabetes and how his exam can serve as an important check on the state of the disease. He was professional and, as I said, addressed my overall condition (thus the wellness in their name). In addition, follow up was great! I couldnt be more comfortable with my choice.

I would highly recommend Apex Vision & Wellness. I was on a tight schedule to get an exam & new glasses. They went above and beyond to get me in. Then when I had my appointment the Dr was very thorough in making sure I received the right prescription and understood what was going on with my eyes. I will continue to go to them for future eye exams & glasses.

My husband and I went today to Apex for our first vision test since we were kids. From the first contact with the office it has bern a pleasure. When I scheduled the appointment she was eager to help and got us in right away. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome. There was only one sheet of paperwork and we were taken back immediately. The doctor was amazing. He took his time and explained everything. Joke along with us and made us feel comfortable. I would recommend this office to everyone.

I have visited this office twice now and both times each staff member I encountered was very helpful! The DR I seen got me into very comfortable contact lenses after a year of wearing ones that just did not work right with my eyes. He was very easy to understand and friendly. Each front staff member I worked with was also very helpful and friendly! They helped me understand my insurance benefits better and spent the time with me both times I went in to find the perfect frames for me. I was very picky but they never once made me feel rushed or pressured to get my frames from them. Thank you all for the help today!

The gals are extremely sweet and friendly. Even though I felt obligated to hurry so they could handle others, they encouraged me to take my time to find the perfect pair. I had about 8 pairs picked out and they helped me narrow down the perfect pair for me! My eye doctor was extremely kind and caring as well and took the time to ask probing questions to find what best fits my eye needs. I was recommended by a friend and I definitely agree that this is the place to go if you want quality service and product with a good atmosphere!

I started seeing Dr. Dinnebeck about two years ago. My appointment was great and their priority to wellness truly impacted my everyday, long term experience in the best way. My frames recently broke due to a defect, and within less than twenty four hours Dr. Dinnebeck called me to assure me of the warranty process and that he was going above and beyond to get my new frames to me. Absolutely amazing! If youre new to the area or need an optometrist look no further than Apex for an outstanding experience before, during, and even after your appointment.

This is by far the best eye doctor in Greeley that you can find. Their prices are great and their staff is AMAZING, they took the time to argue with my companys HR representative about my insurance so I was able to go in for a checkup. Theyre on point with everything and their appointments are always on time. Mind you they close at 5, Today they stayed open all the way until past 6 just so they could fit my contacts because they knew how bad my vision was!! THIS IS AN AMAZING PLACE YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!

The exam was comprehensive and Dr Lopez took time to talk to me about some problems I was having and furthered the exam to investigate.Picking out the glasses was fun and easy. Great selection. They took the time to help me work through all the options to make a decision. I look forward to my next visit!

I am not sure what the experience the last person was talking about, about not mailing glasses??? I have been a customer there for a long time and have ALWAYS had the BEST experience there, even when they are busy. Each person has always remained professional, personable, and has always paid close attention to detail. All of our family (family of 4, 3 of us have glasses.) have had wonderful experiences there and they continue to care about each person that walks through the door. I have seen it with my own eyes on how they care and pay attention to detail, enough to even when your sick they have vitamins to improve your health. Both doctors are wonderful and truly care about your needs and all who work there are good people. Why wouldnt you go there, they are the ONLY ones who provide excellent customer service and truly care about your needs and who you are. What a wonderful place for the entire family. Our eyes are so important to each and everyone of us, Infact our family has moved out of state and my husband needed glasses due to a scratch, so we mailed the glasses to them and because they were under warranty they gave him new lenses and mailed them back to us Out of state. HOW WONDERFUL!!! Like i said they go above and beyond many other places and our family wouldnt go to any other place, even out of state.

The staff was super courteous and professional, even making extra phone calls to my insurance company to make sure I was good to go. Today was my first visit at Apex. I had an emergency and the staff made great efforts to get me seen. The office staff were very kind. Dr. Dinnebeck was extremely informative and helpful. This appointment was a second opinion and I am glad that they were able to get me in for an appointment. I was worried that my first diagnosis was incorrect. Wonderful eye Doctors here. I had my 2 year old with me for my appointment and they played with her and included her. They also we amazing with helping me find the right frames for my face.

The staff was able to get me in on the same day I called to accomodate my work schedule, and they were very helpful answering all of my questions about insurance. Its been 2 1/2 weeks and still havent received my glasses. When I asked the gentleman how much linger he replied I dont know your name is not on the list. I would expect that from Americas Best not a private practice. 3 weeks for a basic lense when you pay cash is ridiculous!
