This vision center is the best we have ever gone to. They answer questions before you ask them they also do a 3D image for an extra copay but worth it. Dr Jackie Bowen and her assistants including Cathy were great. They are not hard sale shop but they do provide you offers if you need glasses now.

It was my first time here and I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 6 and this is the best experience I’ve had at an eye appointment. Such a wonderful environment! Dr. Malia Ma was awesome! Teresa has the best customer service I have ever received she went above and beyond for me. Really really appreciated her and her amazing aura. 10/10

Dr. Mittelstaedt was excellent! It’s the first time seeing him and he took a lot of time to explain and answer curiosity questions we had. The second set of contacts was even better than the first he had Randy try. It’s the best he’s seen in 5 years. Looking forward to seeing him again.

I went in without an appointment because my glasses that are under warranty broke. Teresa was very helpful in trying the fix the them. This didnt really work, but she was able to provide me with a new frame like my old one. She put my lenses in the new frames, made sure they fit correctly and I was on my way. Excellent care! From my phone call to set my first appointment to the end of that appointment, I was very impressed with the patient-oriented service and expertise of Dr. Bowen and staff. Each person who assisted me was very friendly and effective in completing all aspects of my exam. I have a -12 prescription with astigmatism in both eyes. This has been my life for 25 years. Im a very hard patient, and I absolutely dread going to the eye doctor every year. My experiences in the past have l left me leaving in tears more times than not, but this company has been absolutely incredible. You can tell everyone that works here actually cares about you as a person and does everything within their power to make life a little bit easier. They have bent over backwards for me to the point of being Olympic gymnasts. They even created a program on my behalf to help myself and other patients with extreme prescriptions be able to afford glasses. This really is a fantastic company and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone in need

I had a good experience with an appointment and picking glasses,Which with insurance was $1149.00. But I thought they were very good. I got an Email to pick up my glasses and they were grab and go.OK?!So I went to pick them up and was not allowed to try them on or see if they were correct with out an appointment!I asked to look at them to see if they were the right glasses and the woman just sighed and ALLOWED me to look at my $1149.00 glasses.but not try them on. They were more than happy to take my money.After that they treat you very poorly.

My experience with See Life was incredible! I have suffered with headaches and blurry vision and previous doctors had just written prescriptions for reading glasses. This never seemed to help. After my appointment with See Life, I feel like I was finally heard and thoroughly explained why I am experiencing what I am, and am very grateful for the thorough appointment and tremendous doctor and staff. I had such a great experience here! When I first called, I had a little trouble figuring out if my insurance would work because I’m from out of state but they were so patient and willing to help! I went in for contacts and wasn’t able to get them in on my first visit, but they happily had me back and I got them in right away on my second visit! Dr. Ma is so fun and enjoyable to work with! She explains everything thoroughly and in a language you can understand. Cathy was also SUPER helpful in reordering contacts and getting new glasses: not pushy and totally understanding how they fit/make you feel, etc. Ive worked with both now for at least 2 years and theyre just great.

What a great experience! From the minute I walked in the door everyone was so professional and yet warm and friendly. Denise greeted me with a smile and then Bella did all of my testing in a very short time but in a very thorough manner. She was very pleasant to work with even though it was late on a Friday. Dr. Mearsha was wonderful and helped me get into the correct lenses for my particular needs and this was was very much appreciated. Lastly, Teresa helped pick out the perfect frames for me, allowing me to just sit back and relax. I didnt have to go through a hundred pair of frames before I found a pair I liked. I had an 8am appointment and waited not even 5 minutes for them to call me back. the first nurse I had was nice and right down to business. she asked me all the appropriate questions and did a basic overview of my eyes. then I went to another room and saw dr. Malia Ma. she was so nice and informative and had amazing communication skills. she did a more in depth exam of my eyes and I found out some important things I needed to know as well as how to treat it. I then saw Catherine Hudson for my prescription and frame pick out. she was very helpful and picked out the cutest frames. she even offered me a discount and was very informative and understanding as well. overall, everyone was so kind and I will definitely be going again in a year for my yearly eye exam.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and thorough. No one left me guessing and I really felt taken care of. I also felt like they addressed a lot more with me than anyone else ever has in the past without being prompted to. I will definitely keep with them.

We have been going to Dr. Bowen for 14 years and now both of our kids go there as well. We couldnt be happier w/ the service. The staff is great and we never have any issues w/ insurance billing or anything like that.

I think these guys are doing themselves a disservice by having the Grab and Go to pick up prescription glasses. It sounds like a convenience thing but in reality appears to be a way to gouge customers for more money. My wife had a very good and impressive service initially only to be told that she could not have a fitting done or even try on her new glasses without setting an appointment that would be above and beyond the outrageous price that she had already paid. If this elitist mentality continues, clients will certainly go elsewhere. I know she will not only not go back, but will tell all her friends to beware. To a degree, I understand since Covid was on everyones mind last year, but I think I speak for most citizens in Weld County that we are pretty much over it and ready to move to the new normal and in my opinion, See Life is not. Unfortunate!!

I spent a lot of money for my glasses and went in to get a quick adjustment. I was told I needed to make an appointment when there were staff not helping other customers. Terrible customer service for someone that has already dropped money!

The optometrist was lovely. She thoroughly went through all of my questions and concerns to try to identify the issues I was having. The individuals at the front desk were great as well. It was a quick process getting to my appointment.

Upon walking in, the staff and environment was friendly and welcoming. I was checked in and had a seat to watch what was on the tv above the electric fireplace. The nurses were friendly, and Dr. Ma was amazing! She told me more about my dry eyes, prescription, and treatment that may allow me to have success contacts than any other vision center ever has. The lady who helped me pick out frames and took payment, was just as friendly and professional. Just on overall positive experience and I’m glad I tried them out. It won’t be my last time!

This place is amazing. I took my youngest son in and it was a great experience...Ive gone to alot of eye doctors myself and never had the experience I did here...they were extremely nice and welcoming, they helped me with my son... found out hes a bit color blind, something I thought he was but wasnt sure. The place was nice and clean and was amazing they have a fishtank which was pretty awesome. A big thank you to Alex and the Dr for everything. I cant wait to bring my other son in and myself. Hands down the best place to go to. I look forward to bringing my family here. Also....Alex is amazing she went above and beyond and made us feel comfortable there. Thanks again for everything.

Everyone at See Life is so nice, Dr. Bowen always takes the time to explain things thoroughly, and the Optician staff (special shout out to Beth!!) are awesome. While they don’t take the insurance my company provides, I would rather use HSA funds and go here rather than anywhere else in the area.

Dr Bowan is the best I have ever been to .Her staff is the same. They care about how you look in your glasses, and how good you see them as well. I love Dr. Bowen. She is always pleasant. And while I had to wait a few minutes for my appointment, and one of the test was unable to be completed, I always feel as though she listens to my concerns and adjusts whatever is needed accordingly.Additionally, I appreciated the respect and enforcement of COVID guidelines for social distancing (limiting the number of people in the exam rooms) and the mask wearing requirement.

I have been going to see life for 3 years now and every time I come in I am treated like family. I just recently got contacts for the first time ever and I had Dr. Bowen put them in and then 2 of the other ladies helped me with taking them out and training me on it. It took me a little bit but they were patient and happy to help. This is top notch service. I love it.

As an airline pilot my eyes and vision are extremely important, so i don’t just go anywhere for new glasses. I have been trusting See Life with my annual exams and glasses for several years now, and they are the best. The Optometrists, technicians, and support are all extremely professional. I’ve had to re-order lenses a couple of times—no fault of theirs—and they exchanged them to make sure they were what i needed. Their customer service is outstanding. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Northern Colorado. Highly recommend!

The best eye doctor Ive ever had

I have been coming here since I myself was just an elementary kid. I have always loved the service and staff as well as the great selection of glasses. Now I bring my kids here as well for theyre eye needs & they have never complained. In fact they love the whole process of getting to pick their glasses. They accept most insurances as well as Medicaid.

Just did my first 2 year eye exam and it was just like it was the first time. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Any questions you have, they will tell you or guide you to the right person to talk with.

The entire staff at See Life is amazing! From the receptionists, to the nurses, to the doctor, to the lovely ladies that help you pick out your glasses (and make sure you dont look dumb 😂). Everyone was very helpful and patient as I brought my 8 month old daughter and husband and she got antsy at the end. The doctor actually took the time to explain the different issues I was having and really listened to what I had to say. The care there is phenomenal!Now what else just blew my husband and I out of the water was the process of getting glasses. First off, the two ladies that normally do it were busy and the office manager (cant remember her name) helped us instead of just making us wait!! Our insurance doesnt cover glasses and when we told her this, she explained to us about an in house deal they have! This floored us! Just the fact they were willing to help really made me appreciate them more! We ended up getting a new pair of glasses with all the technical stuff my messes up eyes needed and transitions (i really wanted this as regular sunglasses are a pain) for UNDER $400! I was fully expecting it to be $600+ !!Bottom line is I HIGHLY recommend the folks here and wouldnt go anywhere else!
