Its just a house in the middle of nowhere

Tried visiting the store on two different occasions- first time, nobody was there during hours of operation. Second time, found a rather rude note on the store door that read something like- Open by appointments only, this is not a store front business, do not ring on the doorbell. You should probably list online that youre not an actual store and only open by appointments. Was really excited to see the dazzling collection mentioned in other reviews, but was very disappointed and wont be returning to try again.

What a great experience! Friendly, helpful, and willing to work with me as needed. I think its so wonderful that someone is willing to lend out their collection to total strangers and be able to depend on the kindness of people, honesty, and trust. Its a rare thing to see these days and its so appreciated.

Rude, snippy, hours said open and the old gal snapped at me that just because Google says Im open doesnt mean I am. We will NEVER return.

I have borrowed costumes from Kathy at the Costume Castle many times! She has always been very friendly and helpful. She allows you to browse her huge selection of costumes and lets you try on as many as you need to. She is also willing to be by your side and has many suggestions when wanted! The borrowing prices are always reasonable and she doesnt get upset when accidents happen to the costumes. I higly recommend the Costume Castle!

Great. friendly staff and Fun environment. Customers park near driveway of this shop in a house. Lots pic items and selections. It also works on a donation basis. Treat them well☺
