Found everything I needed and clerk that checked me out was absolutely amazing....I think she said she was management and she was running the register to help get people out quickly..... fabulous experience

Im so glad its open we went over there the workers are great very friendly and they showed us everything I highly recommend this place

This store is a joke 2 days before Halloween and they close 2 hours early...will not be going back to another spirit halloween

Havent gotten to shop yet, went yesterday and they locked their doors at 8pm - no sign or anything even though their hours still say 9

Its a decent spot. Sometimes youll find some really kickass stuff and others youll just find some meh stuff. Its different ever year you dont know what type of quality youre getting. All in all its ight.

Granted this is the only place I go for anything halloween because it is a fun store and I love this location it was just my experience when I went in tonight. There were about 6 employees standing around talking by the registers while one was helping us out. There was a line forming behind us and the other employees just kept sitting there. They have fun things and I love looking at their sometimes new things but Ive noticed the employees they get are not very friendly. Unimpressed by the customer service in store.

The manager was very nice and helped me do my online return right away! They also have a great selection of costumes.

Wow.....iv never seen spirit halloween so trashy. Costume are on the floor under more costumes. Kids running and kicking various items in the store like a game of soccer...one employee running cash register

The staff was very helpful. They showed me where find what I needed and I always love to see the crazy prop setups they have.

Very limited selection of decorations and prices are ridiculously high. Wasnt worth the stop. Found what we wanted at reasonable prices at Walmart.

Worst spirit Ive ever been to. Specifically Katrina was combative and rude and denied making multiple big mistakes on my purchase. The guy working was yelling her name through the store bcz she was ignoring her walkee. He was getting ready to walk out on his job. Called that night to let them know they forgot to put an item in my bag. The guy apologized and said he tried to catch me on my way out and missed me. Said he would put the item aside with my name on it. Sent my bf back to get the item and they refused to give it to him bcz he didnt have a reciept. Went back today with the reciept and she denied working that night. Implied I was lying about a 7 dollar item said she wont argue over a 7 dollar item and i said, good since i paid for it, here is my receipt now im taking it. She came and found me walking the store to let me know that she only worked until 6:49pm that night so couldnt have been her since my reciept says i checked out at 7:15pm. I had been standing at the check out desk for over an hour and a half that night bcz she couldnt figure out how to apply my discount. And then left the new guy to figure it out on his own. I never did get the discount. I hope Katrina loses her job. She shouldnt be around people.
