I called Tuesday Sept. 14 about 6pm to place a specific order to pick up Friday Sept. 17th for my daughters mermaid theme birthday party. I got to the store to pick up my order time and day I said I would and there was no order. Very frustrating. I usually go to Dairy Queen but thought I’d give this store a try. Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

Love this place ! Bought a last minute ice cream cake here a d they let me write on it since they didnt have any one to do it for me. So nice! And the gentleman behind the counter was so polite and helpful! Will be coming back for more occasions ( and every day ice cream lol)

Bought what was supposed to be an Oreo ice cream for a birthday party. When we cut into it, was cookie dough. Called to see if they could do a refund or some kind of credit and they said that we had to bring the uneaten cake back with the reciept. I guess they expected us to stop the Birthday party and run across town to exchange the cake out and leave everybody wait for their mistake. No thanks. Just wont use them again.

Wearing no gloves just have melted ice cream all over their hands dipping away at all buckets disgusting.

Whoever made my double sundae at 8 pm today (2/22) just made the best sundae if had all year. wow

We have visited this location via drive thru several times recently. All staff are nice, but Taylor is my favorite. He is cheerful and polite.Its great seeing young people working hard and enjoying what they do.My favorite is the watermelon 🍉 splash 💦.Our puppy likes coming here too, for the pup cups! 🐈🐾

We are regular customers and have always received great customer service until today (Mother’s Day)around 4:30pm. I feel management needs to retrain the red head that was very short with us and the dark haired girl who quickly gave us the incorrect order and shut the window to stand next to the red head away from the window and then refused to approach window as we waited to tell them we didn’t order it in a cup it was a cone. These two girls need customer service training or to find another job if working with the public is not what they want to do. Being rude and not taking time to hear a paying customer is bad for business.

Rarely visit Baskin-Robbins due to it not being near by. Excited about the new U.S.S. Butterscotch sundae promo for Stranger Things, we made the trip. To start things off they were out of the first four flavors we wanted. Second, we were just given 3 scoops of ice cream in a bowl, no banana, no whipped cream, no sauce, no waffle cone pieces and to top it off no cherries on the sundae. Employees were at least friendly but in obvious need of training for promotional items. Due to poor order planning and failure to understand promo items this completely falls on the management team. Probably wont be returning, Ill stick with Dairy Queen.

Have to say that I am torn: I received good service from the young gentleman. However, I called ahead to confirm the hours I saw on Google Maps (and Yelp!) before I left home for BR. Google & Yelp said they were open until 10:00 pm. The guy on the phone said they were closing at 9:00p. We arrived at 8:30p to find a guy sweeping the store. The storefront window also says theyre open until 10:00p. Sure enough, the guy said that their boss told them to close early at 9:00p instead of 10:00p b/c business was slow (it was 20F when we arrived!). I mentioned that I would hate to be the guy that shows up at 9:15/9:30p thinking they would be open only to find out that they closed early...This is one of my biggest pet peeves: businesses that close earlier than their posted hours! An HOUR earlier. Not cool, BR, not cool. And of course, as we were leaving at 8:48p, two separate cars of new customers pulled up & entered the store...If business is that slow during the winter months, why not just have winter hours posted? Then you could go back to your normal 11:00a-10:00p hours in the spring.

Good selection of ice cream, lots of very good flavors to chose from. Store was very clean, and the servers were very friendly, helpful, and quick. I liked that you can chose serveral styles of edible bowls and cones. I especially appreciate that my kids were not treated like there was a rush to make a selection, the servers were patient and accommodated their questions. Adequate seating indoors and on the patio.

This Baskin Robbins is VERY stingy with their scoops. I always feel like Im getting kid size, and paying for full size. When I mentioned it (twice) all the kid said was Im sorry maam, but didnt offer to fix it!!!

Love the ice cream but the female who was taking orders 4/25 around 8pm did TERRIBLE she was rude and she didn’t take our order correct but wanted to charge us more because she didn’t wanna fix it. I think the management team needs to retrain the employees for better customer service.

Quick, positive, and very helpful young lady behind the counter made our first trip very enjoyable. The icecream was great too. A small interior made for a loud setting, bit with a bench and a park right outside you can enjoy in relative peace.

9/23/19 just came from doing a drive up window order. Person taking order very friendly & helpful. Got order in a bag. Got home to find half of the toppings had spilled in the bag. They had not put the lid on the banana split correctlyso by the time I got home most of the toppings had spilled into the bag.

What a great place to have ice cream as a family. The shop is clean and friendly. My kids love coming to this store. The prices are the equivalent to any other major ice cream store, but the flavors are vast. We all have our favs. We love doing a family road trip from Brighton to have ice cream here and then play at the park. Definitely will be back.

Thought they were better than that!! Had no bananas for a banana split still got one in a full charge me even without the banana ...WOW!! Thought Dairy Queen was cheap..

Fantastic ice cream; great staff. What I remember most was a young manager named Peyton he exemplified what it is to being a great manager he was courteous and professional in handling a large volume of customers, when I last visited, moving the line along with ease

We ordered eggnog and pistachio ice cream in the drive through to try out the new store. The eggnog was literally neon orange and the pistachio was bright food color green. Very unnecessary additive. I will not be returning as a customer.

At around 8:40 they old us that we have to wear a mask but when we walked in they didn’t have there mask on and wasn’t 6ft apart.😡

I ordered a banana split with extra hot fudge instead of pineapple and strawberry sauce. First of all the ice cream scoops were half the size they normally are. No extra hot fudge and hardly any whipped cream. Such a disapointment.😒

We all know Baskin Robbins ice cream is good. We all know theres a flavor for anyone. But this one is right next to Sanborn Park and it has a drive through. Good service from the kids who work there on a Saturday night.

Malts and shakes are way too thin. I dont expect to be served a cup of chocolate milk when I pay a premium price for a malt. Scoops are way undersized compared to every other baskib robins I have been to. Ice cream cakes are great though, hard to screw those up.

If your not looking for mix-ins, just some good ice cream.... Baskin Robbins is the place. Love the Rocky Road.

Employees pick and choose who can come in without a mask. They dont even consistantly wear the masks or wear them correctly themselves. They refused to let us in without masks but others inside were not wearing one, along with a Maskless Employee.

Very dissapointed in choosing cold stone to make a cake for a birthday party. I called a week before to place a cake order called twice throughout that week to change somethings I wanted on cake. Staff confirmed it would be done by the time and day I needed cake done. Day of party no cake made done or nothing ! Girl working register said order is just there but cake wasn’t made at all!! She didn’t know why all she could say was it was the cake decorators fault which it was ! I asked how did she not make the cake if I called a week ahead she Just said sorry and told me to choose a cake in fridge that’s all they had !!!! In general very disappointed showed up to party with a lame cake!Just frustrating when people can’t do jobs they suppose to do !
