Best place by far staff is knowledgeable friendly amazing! If your animal doesn’t like a product or just doesn’t seem to work out for them they will let you return it. They have given me and my brother so many free products. Just yesterday they gave my brother a free bag of dog food to try cause one of his dogs is having issues with what’s he’s been feeding. “here on us see if it it helps if not bring it back”! Wow that’s customer service they truly are amazing I’ll never go anywhere else thank you guys 🙏🏽

Not only is the staff incredibly helpful but they take such good care of their customers that our first trip in another customer stopped to point us in a good direction since he also has pitties with allergies. The staff gave us several samples to try out for our dogs so we can try them out.You can tell they are truly invested in your pets, just like you are!Absolutely will continue to give them our business.

Extremely helpful and they catty top of the line animal food, my yellow Labrador has terrible allergies apparently from cheap grain dog food..... this food has cleared all allergies which in turn has saved my experience Vet bills. It is expensive dog food but my Labrador loves me every time its feeding time 😆 he loves the kangaroo dog food, I now feed him completely grain free and have zero problems!

The customer service is beyond excellent. They help so much with knowing what is right for all dogs. I will continue to support this business. The customer service leaves you feeling refreshed and happy your giving your animals the right nutritional needs! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Terry and the team are problem solvers. They take the time to understand the need, help educate, and work with you on options. Both my pets are the most picky eaters and have major food sensitivities which makes it very difficult to find them the right food option. One time I went to the local grocery store to pick up a generic food because my animal stopped eating a healthy food and her allergies became terrible. Terry researched and helped me find a good quality, limited ingredient, palatable food to help get her on track again. They truly care about people and their pets and I highly recommend. Support small business!

Love this place. Very professional and caring. They arent there to get rich they are actually there because they love our fur babies. Terri has tons of experience working with animals and helping find the right food for your animals. And Dames is the best around for grooming. He cares so much about our fur babies. Always very honest and caring. Wont lie to you and tell you he bathed your dog when he really didnt. He loves on the babies as if they are his very own. Dont give it a second thought when looking for a great groomer and awesome place to buy your animal supplies.

Was having problems with my dogs food. Told them the symptoms and they recommended a chance in dog food. It worked! My dogs love their new food. Hemp honey was recommended for a dog frightened by loud noises. It relaxed her and she is much better. They know their products and are very helpful.

To the person that has the Circle 16 inch saddle at this store on consignment, you might consider moving it. It is the type, brand and size of saddle we have been looking for. Just happened to see it while making another purchase. Ask the sales clerk what the “other equipment included” (noted on the tag) and he said he did not know. We ask him to call the owner and he refused to do so and I quote “who answers their phone on a Sunday afternoon?” You missed a cash sale! First and only time we will be customers of J&T.

We have been buying chicken &Turky feed and Dog &cat feed from J &T for years. The have shot clinic, and Spade and neuter clinics. Teri and her staff have a world of knowledge about the food and feed that they sell their. They even have a unique gift section if youre looking for something . Wonderful dog and Cat treats and toys.

Our visit to J&T feeds after adopting dogs from the Humane Society of Weld County was exceptional. From the very friendly and generous owners to the wonderful selection of treats, food and other necessities, the experience couldnt have been better. I only wish I lived closer by and could go back more often!

I went in yesterday to get some feed for my friends chickens, ducks and geese. It was a very good experience. I was treated very well. They have a great number of items. You can even set up a recurring account with them. Which makes it very convenient.

Favorite pet store ever! Rob visibly adored our dog, Mac, and was committed to his wellness and happiness. He was well educated on brands and ingredients. We felt comfortable trying new foods knowing that we could return an opened bag if it didnt sit right with our furry buddy. Rob was also experienced and brave with nail-cutting, as our dog is normally completely intolerant of it, yet Rob still managed to quick a broken nail! Incredible guy and store. We have recommended it to every pet-owning friend.

Super friendly staff who really care about pets. They also host low-cost clinics for nail trims, dental work, and vaccinations. My kids love visiting with the store cat and finding cool toys for their pets.

Their staff is so welcoming and friendly that every time I go to get my dog food, that I end up having a conversation with the person behind the counter. I like that this is a smaller store with a lot of pet stuff. I go here to get bison bones for my big dog to chew on. Theyre a little more expensive than the big pet stores but definitely a quicker trip! I had someone there assist me and finding a strong toy for my dog who is a strong chewer! I will be going back!

The owners nasty cat scratched my dog on the face as we walked by, jumped out of nowhere. The fact the cat is nuts does not stop them from letting run loose in the store. My dog had a bloody scratch on her nose. My dog is a service animal with thousands invested in her training. Never went back, nor will I. No concern for my bleeding dog at all. She offered me a spray disinfectant to spray on her nose. ( to spray her nose in the store) Thats it

I have been going to J&T Feeds for many years now, to purchase high quality food for my dogs. After speaking with multiple great veterinarians who warned me about big brand dog foods in big box retail stores, I decided to do some research and find some of the best dog food I could. I went to J&T and spoke with owner Teri Miller-Segelke, who was more than happy to speak at length with me about some great dog food options. She even gave me samples to take home and try. In the end we decided on NutriSource for our dogs well-being. J&T has a wide selection of that brand for us to use for our dogs, at any stage of their life and health! Also, the store has an agreement with NutriSource, that every 13th bag of food is free! I appreciate so much the personal attention I received along with the great info, so I could make a good, informed decision about what I wanted! OK- here are my details. I bought PINNACLE dog food here. Then, I drove to (an unnamed competitor) to give my dog a bath. When I walked into the competition, I asked about the price of PINNACLE. They said the dog food was unavailable and they werent able to order it. (HUH?) I didnt say anything more. I felt lied to. So, going forward, I ALWAYS go to J and T Feeds as I have for 5 years. Now, I can give my dog a bath there too.

This store has a little of everything for almost all animals. In the spring they sell chickens.They have partnered with a low cost spay and neuter clinic and are even offering low cost dentals on cats and dogs.

My pitty mix has been dealing with food allergies, they went above and beyond with their recommendations and even offered me a coupon they had for a free 5-lb bag of food to try, super appreciative!
