Shop Tractor Supply stores from Lafayette, Longmont, Brighton and Greeley. This is the only store that tells me they cannot bring up or apply my rewards through their system. Told me I have to have the barcode from the coupon that was emailed to me. When I tried explaining to the lady that every other store can bring up what rewards I have available to me on the screen the tried to tell me they were doing it wrong. How can three stores be doing it wrong? Like I want to have to dig through all my emails for the coupons ever time I want to use them!

I used to love getting supplies for my livestock and pets here. However they have hired an associate, who Ive known for years, in the last year that has a personal vendetta against me and I dont know why. Shes accusing me of theft, has harassed me about my receipt in more than 1 occasion and now other employees are starting to be rude and/glare at me the entire time Im in store. Ive brought this problem to managers more than once but nothing is done. So as long as Amanda works here, I will take my business else where and Im sure my family and friends will follow suit. Customers should not be treated this way, its completely unprofessional and has made me uncomfortable in the Greeley store.

Great place to shop whenever needing tools, supplies, or materials. All the staff here is great. Also to give a shoutout to employee Nick I believe he’s s been working there for 2 years or more. Every time I’ve been there to pick up some materials he’s usually the one helping me out. Business to business speaking tractor Supply you got a good employee there Nick shows the motivation to achieve greatness, the will to work and most of all he’s got a positive attitude about it. This are the types of employees companies look to snatch up. Cause Trustworthy, motivated, and common sense you just can’t teach.

Bought a trailer here. Nothing but problems. Also, Jeff said that after a year, they destroy all records. I dont know about you, but Im a business man, and you are suppose to keep all records of sale.

Will never go in this store again!By far, the worst place Ive been in regarding safety during this Covid time. Walked into the store, and not one single employee had their masked over ther face. This includes all the customers in the store at the time too. Everyone of the employees had their masked around their necks, and all the customers had them off their face, or hanging off their ears.To add to the problem, at one point, an employee and some customers were standing in a group, with their masks off, and having a conversation for over 20 min.Never felt so unsafe as much as I did in that store.If youre concerned for your health during this Covid time, I do not recommend going in this store.

I remember when this stores location used to be Hastings, so it made me sad when they took over! That said, this Tractor Supply location has some really helpful and friendly people. They have been reliable when it comes to having whatever random project thing I stoped in for! The store is cozy and fun to explore!

I always find the staff to be cheerful and helpful. They will always have someone to load your purchase into your vehicle. Great selection of feed. If you sign up for their customer loyalty program, youll get regular email coupons that give you 10% off your purchase. Highly recommend!!

Otr drivers.. The business will only unload at appointment time. Drivers can park by the trailers. Dont back up to the ramp with out asking the manager. Customers gets hay from the hay barn all through the day. Staff is rude and professional. Slide tandems the the rear the receiver personnel will break the seal and chock tires. The receiver personnel will let you know when you are unloaded and get paperwork.

Has a goid variety of horse food and tack, dog food and other animal related goods. The staff are not very helpful, nor friendly. It is dog friendly. Take your well behaved dog in to shop with you, big plus in my book.

Some things are priced great while other things are highly overpriced. Customer service is usually great but last time I was there, we had five people waiting in line for almost 20 minutes before anyone came to the register. They were lucky no one walked out without paying as there was noone in sight at all! Hoping that was a fluke and it wont happen again.

Customer service regarding a product that we were picking up was non existent. Assistant manager was rude and told me that she would not discuss this matter with me. Once we get the safe picked up we will no longer do business with this company.

Started out exellent with an employee helping me move a purchase on his day off. It ended poorly with the push to purhase an inferior model of a side-by-side instead of the one really wanted. Still trying to figure that one out.. I shall not return!!

Mostly farm and ranch supply stock. There is other fun stif. There is stuff for the homeowner as well. House repair, gardenig, bolts, nuts, and screws. Lawnmowers, weedeaters, fertilizer, whiskey barrels. Tons of other fun stuff.

I like the store but some of the employees need to watch what they say and where they say it. I understand being frustrated at your job but I dont want to hear you use foul language and make negative comments while on the salesfloor. Voice your opinion behind closed doors or on your time. It makes for a very awkward shopping trip for customers. Will drive across town to visit Murdochs for what I need from now on.

The greeley location is hard to get into and out of with a truck, let alone with a trailer. Staff is usually hard to find for help. Usually does not have the feed I use out on the floor and have to find someone to ask about it.

We just bought baby chicks from here today. Not only where they rude but there chicks where in bad condition. One of the bantem chicks butt was so bad when I got home I started soaking her butt. After the poo was soft enough to remove the bulk amount she was so backed up I had to help work out the massive amount of poo in her. The pile I got was nearly the size of her. I dont know how his chick made it but Im happy shes out of there. One of my polish had horrible pastey butt too. What a horrible way to treat any living creature!
