I had an appointment that was scheduled for me over the phone. The administrative person placed it on the wrong day. I received no communication regarding the appointment until 30 minutes after it would have started. They argued and said I would have received a call and a text message. I received neither and checked my call log and text log. Nothing. I was told I still had to pay 50% even though this was not my error. I will not be returning. I recommend their therapists; however, I do not recommend the Academy.

Ive been going here for years. Ive had several massage therapists, they take the time to listen to you and take care of any issues you have. Heather and Dea are both great massage therapists! Friendly service at the front desk also!!

I was pretty disappointed in my chair massage. I told my therapist *I believe her name was Heather* I like it hard and to go harder several times. Frustrating to pay $35 for a massage my 100 year old grandma could give me. Ive had better free 10 minute chair massagesThe salt pool was amazing, and the ladies at the front desk were great.

I’m not using my real name, but I went to this school thinking I’d found a genuine family oriented school with small classes and competent teachers.The school is a business and the education they provide is comparable to the kind of group-think you now see at most liberal universities. It’s a place to be conditioned and trained. It’s not a place to grow or be truly individualistic and creative in my opinion.Edit: if you’re good with handling passive aggressive comments, gas lighting and other covert social tactics such as those you might encounter at any (especially) larger institutions you will handle everything with much more ease than I was able.

I have been going here for 5 months. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Nick is a wonderful massage therapist. He is extremely knowledgable about your muscles. He is also extremely patient and respectful of you dont want something touched. I look forward to my hour of relaxing each month.

The Academy is a wonderful school, and has taught me a lot about the human body and massage. They have a great family oriented atmosphere to help anyone out.

After a few minutes of preliminary adjustments I was able to put weight on a leg for the first time in several months without pain. This was before the massage even started! Thank you, Nick - I WILL be back.

I called the place four different times asking to speak to the manager everytime they say she would be in they would say shes not in shell be back in an hour call back in an hour or shes gone for the day call tomorrow call the next day so shes not in all day left my phone number she never called me they are very rude people to deal with they just lost a customer
