Brought my vehicle for post accident inspection through GEICO. Issues appeared immediately post accident even though there was no external damage due to an after market steel bumper on my vehicle. The person they assigned to my claim there made it evident he felt that I was there unnecessarily because he couldnt see much external damage. I explained that I have 20 years in transportation and fully understand things arent always cosmetic and respectfully listed my concerns and asked for it to be checked. He seemed highly dismissive. I called for updates every day and left voicemails with the person they assigned me to. No return calls. Finally 5 days later I had my husband call and was told to come pick up my vehicle. Nothing was fixed. I doubt it was even inspected. Recommended to GEICO they pick a different shop for this process.

The service was great. The problem is I had to wait a few MONTHS to get my touscon in for a recall. I had to call to see when I could get vehical in. I would think I would have gotten a call by someone there keeping me in the loop why its taking so long. Or is it i was forgotten. Anyway I hope my next adventures there are not as bad as this one.

They did an excellent job on my Sonata that was hit with hail damage. Everything came out great. They handled the repair quickly. They set up a rental car for me as well from their Hertz rentals. Gave me great service again. I have used them prior to this claim twice and they have always done a great job. Thanks Broadway Collision Center. 🙂👍

Slow customer service

I was involved in a car accident last September which left my driver side wheel smashed in. My insurance recommended Broadway Collision Center, so I brought my car here and Im glad I did. The staff was extremely helpful and streamlined the whole process, setting me up with a rental vehicle for the meantime. Not only was my car repaired in record time, but they also took the time to clean the interior! Broadway went above and beyond my expectations and I have been recommending them to everyone I know. If I lived closer to Green Bay, I would get all my oil changes and such done here. A++++

Great sales staff

Took my brand new vehicle here after it was damaged. When I went to pick it up the first time, there were to large paint runs around a panel gap. One of the windows was removed to paint, and had been reused and put back on. They fixed those issues. Now I’ve picked up the vehicle for the second time, and upon looking over the car again I’ve found additional problems. Places of paint overspray, places that were sanded and not finished, and the back bumper covered in swirl marks. Don’t go here.Edit: Dont put this on the insurance company. This is due to cutting corners and laziness by whomever worked on my vehicle. The insurance adjuster didnt have the paint gun in their hand, or replace the window, buff the bumper, or inspect it the second time to see if it was completed correctly. Your shop is a preferred partner with my insurance. I know your service manager has tried reaching out to me, I dont care. Short of a partial refund, theres nothing you can do to remedy the situation. You failed to do the job the right way TWICE, you dont get a third chance.
