I have had my vehicle from dorsch for a year and a half now and the check engine light has come on 3 times already which all have cleaned me out to get fixed and turned off. Once they sell to you, its no longer theyre problem. Would NOT buy from them or recommend them.

As ALWAYS...I came to have my vehicle serviced...the great people of Dorsch Ford ALWAYS take great care of me and my vehicle...the advisors are great with explaining EVERYTHING to me...my service is always done in a timely manner just as they say it will be...and they even washed my vehicle all nice n shiny...and good to go!! The ladies at the front desk are ALWAYS wearing a smile and take great care of my needs...especially Hannah!! I wouldnt go anywhere else to have my vehicle taken care of...Im sticking with these great people at Dorsch Ford Lincoln Kia!! Thank you ALL for taking great care of me...ALWAYS!!

They know how to do the work. Just habe to let them know what you want. Otherwise they wont know what to do. They didnt diagnose the car to see what was wrong. Nor did they reset the engine lights. Just went off what was told auto zone said was wrong. They did fix that tho. But like I said. They didnt try to find out for themselves what was wrong with the car.

I had a check up done, including tire rotation and oil change. Thomas did an excellent job with both the pre and post conversations. He made sure I knew where 2 lounges were and then came for me when the car was ready. I am pretty sure their complementary carwash even included vacuuming!! I felt lots more confident setting out 2 days later on my trip to Colorado than I wouldve before the check!

Called to get a ballpark quote to get specific parts changed on my vehicle. They would not give me one, unless I brang in the vehicle for a diagnostic. When someone is calling multiple shops for the fairest price for a broken vehicle. It isnt realistic to ask them to bring in their car. Especially when someone is asking for a quote for specific parts and the labor required to fix them. Other shops easily gave me the quotes, but apparently it was to difficult for this shop.

My brakes were worse when i got them back. New pads were cracked when 2 days after having it in I replaced rotors because they were over aggressive when machining rotors. Didnt really need it I was just trying to throw them some work to establish a relationship. Called to speak w service manager. Was directed to voicemail where I left a message and was never called back. Using current pandemic to charge me 3 percent for using credit card. Saying cc company is charging more. People visa always charges 3 percent. Save yourself money and headache. These guys shouldnt be working on powerwheels!

Sales awesome! Service needs improvement.Sales was seamless and they where very accommodating. As far as service Lincoln has a free pickup of vehicle within 30 Mile radius. I called/ left message via website to no avail. I believe because Im over 20 miles from the dealership they do not want to waste there time picking up my vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership due to their non-response to my repeated inquiries.

I made an error assuming that the Express Lube was first-come-first-serve when in fact, I should have called for an appointment. The rep got me in with 45 minutes and they completed an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall fix in 90 minutes under the estimated time. Great job guys!

This is the second time Im dealing with Dorsch Ford for warranty work on my 2014 Ford Focus. The first time was in December of 2015 where they had my car until February of 2016. It was to replace the clutch in the transmission. My car is now back in the shop for the second time for the same issue. In 2015/2016 there was no sense of urgency to fix my car and get it back to me. Each time I talked to someone, the timeline was extended. I left it alone. Wasnt going to make a big deal about it. However this last time is what prompted me to leave a review. I originally called and made an appointment to have 2 recalls fixed. While on the phone I asked if she could also add on to the appointment to have the shudder in the transmission looked at since it was still under warranty, she told me I would most likely have to pay for it since the work was already completed at no cost last time. I told her I didnt agree with that and she told me i would have to talk to a service advisor; one was not available and so she said she would have someone call me. One week later, at my appointment and no one had called me yet. I was supposed to check in with Ryan and he was unavailable so I checked in with the only nice person I had encountered at Dorch. (Too bad I cant remember his name). On the service order, the guy I checked in with told me the fluids would be topped off and I would get a complimentary car wash. Later that day i get a call from Ryan saying my cars done. I had to ask about the transmission. To told me in a very attitude filled way, that my clutches would have to be replaced AGAIN and the parts are ordered, they should be in on Tuesday the following week. I started talking about making an appointment and he cut me off stating he didnt know when the parts would be in, could be Wednesday, Thursday, who knows. So I wait. Tuesday, Wednesday, most of Thursday and no call, so I call. Am told that the parts were in on Tuesday, but Ryan left for vacation and wouldnt be back until Monday next week.... WHAT! So that was why he didnt want to schedule an appointment right away to have this transmission issue fixed.... I asked to transfer to a different service advisor due to all the issues with Ryan so far. The lady said absolutely lets get it scheduled. Yesterday I got a text, not a call, a text from Ryan telling me the part just came in and I can call to schedule an appointment. Today I go in and check in, and am transferred BACK to Ryan, and he is just a rude today. If I wasnt there for warranty work, I would have left. The miss management of vehicle work here is absolutely crazy. Save yourself a headache and go to Broadway.

There were no cars at the jiffy lube at 4:00 Friday but the guy behind the counter said most of the guys were leaving early, but the website said you’re open until 5:30. He said “ I hate to turn you away” and I replied “but you are”. I got a quote earlier in the day for new tires, but I think I’ll go somewhere else. Not good service at all.

Regular check under maintenance plan with GOF and tire rotation. They disinfected the vehicle before entering and again after the service.Personnel were constantly cleaning the waiting room. Signs and markers for social distancing were also present.
