Bought back to school shoes here for my sons and will return in the future! Great sales people who were patient, fun and helpful. They were not pushy at all and made sure my kids got exactly what they wanted. They measured their shoe size right away too! I absolutely love this place! For the past 4 years I have gotten all of my marathon shoes from here, usually at a good price. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about anything shoe related and are always very friendly. When I go there I dont have to worry about them selling me something I dont want or need. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good running or fitness shoes.

Excellent customer service!! The manager, Jason, went way out of his way to help me replace a pair of Hunter rainboots that had cracked on me this spring. I didn’t even purchase my boots through Tradehome Shoes initially, but he treated me as a valued customer. He sold me a new pair and with the kindness of his heart, he treated me as if I bought them through him and gave me a discount in order to replace my cracked pair. A big thank you to Jason and the staff at Tradehome Shoes. I have been having a knee issue when I run for some time now and I went into Tradehome to look for some shoes that would correct the issue. Jason took the time to explain that the neutral running shoes that I was accustomed to running in were not the correct shoes for what my feet were doing and come to find out that I was actually in need of a stability shoe due to my over pronation in my running style. He directed me to Hoka One One. Jason and the staff were more than willing to hear what was going on with my knee pain, and I cant begin to thank you enough for your recommendation. Im loving the Hokas, but what I was more impressed with, is the knowledge of the staff and their professionalism. Thanks guys! Anyone in need of some great shoes and a caring staff, please check these guys out.

Went to the mall tonight to get a pair of runners. Was so disappointed in all the places we stopped at but we saw TradeHome on our way out of the mall. SO GLAD we went in. The two guys working there were amazing! They were patient as I waffled back and forth between a few pairs and they had 4 pairs in my size whereas the others store had one or none! Will be back! AWFUL pushy salesmen. Absolutely awful experience 9/11/18. I wanted to buy my first pair of ons they just got in store. I didn’t love how they looked, micheal was PISSED when I said I am going to pass on them, as he was certain I was about to pull out a credit card and he would make a sale.This is not the first time they’ve been rude and pushy. Last year I bought 2 pairs of sorels from the same people, super pushy but I wanted them that day so I got my boots and got out of there.
