Dalton Carpet Outlet delivers. I was able to find what I was looking for with their help. Our Packer Family Room came to life with the final touch of a warm plushy carpet that your feet loved to walk on. Their staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to find just what I was looking for. I had been to other places - even considered the Big Box route. But after seeing the lack of training and concern (if you could even find someone to help you), I decided to keep looking. Im really glad I did. I would highly recommend you see these friendly experts at Dalton Carpet Outlet. They have a great selection and price/quality was also great! The installation people were amazing as well! They were fast and good at what they did. You could tell they knew their job well and had lots of experience. I have nothing to complain about and would go back again. They have top quality products and professional installation.

Dalton is more than just carpet. My wife and I found beautiful Hardwood looking floor covering that was high quality and durable with outlet pricing. The folks there were great to work with. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Installation was superior and we had it done quickly – no waiting for weeks like the other places we tried. Thank You Dalton!! I will not be going back here. My husband and I paid thousands of dollars to have over 1,000 sq ft of flooring installed in our duplex. The installer (Keith) finished the job quickly, but didnt mention that we should install a subfloor underneath the vinyl plank to even it up with the tile in the kitchen until the vinyl plank was installed. To solve the problem, he suggested that we buy matching trim for the transitions. He ordered the trim and 2 weeks later it came in. But it took 6 months for him to return to our house to finish the trim work. He ignored my texts or told me that he was very busy. When I called the store, they had him return (while I was at work) to complete the job. When I came home, I realized that he hadnt installed the trim around the fireplace. I was so sick of dealing with Dalton and Keith that I decided I would install it myself. Then two weeks later, I got a $50 bill from Dalton for the trim! AFTER WAITING 6 MONTHS FOR IT TO BE INSTALLED!!!!!! I will never use them again.

I had gotten my living room carpet from Dalton Carpet years ago & was very pleased, so I decided to be a repeat customer for my kitchen flooring. I worked with Josh on selecting new vinyl plank flooring and he was very helpful & friendly. That same night I received a call from Keith to schedule the measuring for the next day. We then set up the installation for 2 weeks later. Keith arrived & he got the job done quickly. He was very professional and did an excellent job. When I get treated this fantastic from both Josh & Keith, I will definitely be coming back for my next flooring project. So glad I was able to get the new floor in for Christmas!! My wife and I strolled into Dalton Carpet Outlet on a Saturday and were greeted by Nick. We explained that we are selling our home soon and didnt want to spend a ton of money, but, definitely didnt want anything cheap. After finding a carpet style and color combination that we liked in the store, Nick found us the same carpet style at another location in a slightly different color that he could discount for us so they could make room for more merchandise. This saved us almost 20% without sacrificing quality!!!Fast forward to a few days later, and we already had our rooms measured and an install scheduled with Keith.On the day of the install, it was discovered that the carpet from the other location was approximately a foot short so there wasnt enough material to complete our job (patching in a piece was not an option because it would be from a different dye lot). Time to panic? Would I now have to settle for something else and pay full price? Would I have to wait several weeks to get the job finished? Well... I received a phone call from Terry explaining the issue, and he gave us the carpet he had in stock (the original carpet my wife and I saw) for the same price we agreed to with Nick, plus a small discount for the inconvenience. Keith was able to finish the install the following day, and it looks AMAZING.I would 100% recommend Dalton Carpet Outlet & Keith to anyone who is looking for new carpet. You guys rock!!!

We had just bought our first house and We had a wonderful experience with getting our new vinyl plank flooring. Nick was great to work with and made sure he took care of us. They were very knowledgeable. The flooring came in quickly and there were no issues at all!

I had water damage in my master bedroom and needed carpet installed right away. I walked into Dalton on Sunday, they did not have the carpet I wanted in the store but the salesperson Mike checked the other outlets and he had it in the Green Bay store by Monday, and the carpet was installed on Wednesday by Chris who did an amazing job, I even asked if he could tighten up some loose carpet in another room for me and he did it and he didnt even charge me for it. I am very happy with the carpet and amazing customer service ad the great price I got. I will definitely be using them to carpet the rest of my house in the near future. Jeremy was great to work with! We entered DCO on a whim and ended up with plush carpet installed, this past Friday! Jeremy answered all of our questions and was thorough. He was willing to work with us with our short notice and had connected us with an installer. Within 2 weeks, we had carpet installed and are looking forward to filling our new space with furniture!

We had a huge project going at my house. We thought the carpet was going to be the first of the projects but it ended up being the last. Worst experience ever. Dalton will take your money and run. Customer service does not exist here. Nor does honesty and ethics. They did a sloppy job installing my flooring, left thick ugly splotches of grout all over the floor. They refused to clean it! Tried to get some basic customer service out of these people for two years. Get your flooring anywhere but Dalton, and you will be satisfied. Dalton has no ethics. I now drive all over WI with a large magnet on each side of my vehicle to warn others. Each magnetic sign reads: DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! I GOT MY FLOORING FROM DALTON CARPET & FLOORING. BIG & COSTLY MISTAKE!
