L.P. was highly recommended to us. That was a mistake.After many delays and finally a switch in product our vinyl plank floor was installed; all the time holding our 50 percent down payment. The installation occurred without a hitch and professionally, but it took two more visits to complete the project. Though our salesperson said it wasn’t needed, additional underlayment was installed in one room. Fine, so far.The problem came with the billing.Earlier, when our product was changed, we established a new final cost with our salesperson. But when the bill was received, it was $609 more that the pre-agreed final cost. The invoice noted the additional underlayment in the one room and additional prep work. However, there wasn’t any additional prep work required as the one room was cleaned down to the subfloor like all others; a step necessary to apply the product even without underlayment as we were told.We contacted L.P. by letter stating our concern and included extra payment for the underlayment. We pointed out that the existing contract covered all prep work yet they were charging us for more. Nevertheless, this letter and documents of proof were ignored. Instead, we received yet another bill without any response to our concerns.Ultimately, we paid L.P. in full on their terms but not with once again stating our concerns. That inquiry was ignored too.They cashed the check.Update:After our review, L.P. sent us a letter and a refund for the extra prep work. In their response they said they tried, to call and left a voice message. That didnt happen. We received no phone call nor voice message.

LP mooradian completed flooring and carpeting at Good Shepherd Church, talk about great service, reliable, The employee laying the wood floor notice that flooring did not line up correctly, notified our director of maintenance, stopped working, order correct flooring and resumed finishing the flooring. Great experience with all aspects from flooring, to backsplash, area rug and window treatments! A lot of work was completed in the background and when I called to check on things, they were way ahead of what I expected. ( I was considering window treatments but had not made a final decision. They worked with my builder to have all measurements done ahead of time which made choosing window treatments much, much easier! )

We had to have our carpeting replaced due to a water pipe break last summer. I talked with the Concierge dept. at Shaw Flooring to try and get some new carpeting ides equal in quality to what needed to be replaced. They sent some samples to us and had Linda from LP Mooradian contact us the same day. We went in to look at more types and styles of carpeting and Kathy was there to help us and give us more info on different carpeting and styles. She was very patient and wrote down all of the information that we had given her. She stayed on top of everything and ordered the carpeting and pad once we made our decision based on the pricing that Linda had emailed to us. It took less than 3 weeks to get the carpet in and installed. The installation was yesterday and we couldnt be happier with the carpeting and the installation. Kathy and the rest of the team at LP Mooradian were excellent and we would highly recommend them for your flooring need.

Our first experience using LP Mooradian for carpeting in our basement was great, so we opted to use them again for entire flooring in our new house.We can see all the carpeting seams in the whole house and have been able to since the day of install. I was assured this “was unavoidable.” We don’t see seams in other houses...There was a seam down the middle of our living room and each section was a different color! It took several home visits and many heated phone calls (with an owner even) to finally get the carpet redone in our living room. There was talk about “the carpet needed to blossom” or “you have to call the carpet manufacturer for a side match problem” etc. The owners NEVER took any ownership of the installation error that occurred. They instead argued with me that it was something I had to remedy.Terrible way to run a business.The trim in our kitchen was installed so terribly. Some of I must have broken when they took it off to put in the LVP, and instead of letting us know or trying to fix it, they just put up the broken pieces.There is floor leveler (looks like concrete) splashed up on the front of our island and on the trim in the bathroom.Within a couple weeks time, we had 5 visits to our house for repairs and some of the issues have never been resolved.It’s extremely frustrating to install flooring in your entire house and be embarrassed by the end result. It’s a slap in the face to spend over $15,000 with the company in 2 years’ time and be treated so poorly by the owners.We have had these floors for a year and a half and there is already rippling in a few rooms and noticeable wear of a path on the stairs.

Went looking for laminate flooring and the so called sales guy. We’ll call him Mike. Had absolutely no clue what he was selling or what the difference between vinyl and laminate was. Don’t go here. If you want hard wood floor they’ll probably try to sell you carpet.

LP Mooradiain CO ruined my custom made Australian wool rug...I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection in the next 30 days . The Owner denied that the rug was returned in less than acceptable condition...it was clean, he said. It was clean when I brought it in, but it was returned with charred? wool (black clumps of fiber), shorter fibers, and matted wool. The rug cannot be replaced.Yes, you did clean a rug for me and it was ruined. I returned the rug to you, and Dan engaged in lengthy gaslighting, telling me that my mother did not get the rug in Australia (despite the fact that I picked her up with the rug when she returned from her Australian trip). Given the treatment I received, I do not feel safe using my real identity on line but I have the receipt and I have kept the rug for proof of damages.
