Recently I had a problem with the charging port on my iPhone 10. I suspected that I needed a new charging port. With supply issues now a days, replacement parts are very limited. I was pleased to find that they had the part I thought I needed.When I went there they informed me that the repair could take several hours or five minutes. They suggested that I wait a few minutes and they would let me know.They returned in a few minutes with the phone working perfectly! I asked them what I owed them. To my surprise they said no charge, it was just lint in the port,.I’d highly recommend them for your phone repairs. They were very professional and accommodating. This is Googles Authorized repair center or I would not be going here. The staff is polite and helpful overall. However, they either need some more staffing or their system needs to be more efficient. I dropped off my phone on 8/7 at 12 noon and was told that its a 4 hour fix and they would call when it was completed. I waited until 1230pm on 8/8 without a phone call and decided to go to the store. When at the counter I gave the employee my info and he said the system showed the phone as completed. He goes in the back and comes back out and says they were just finishing it up and it would be 10-15 minutes. I proceeded to wait an hour and 15 minutes with no update until someone appeared from the back with my phone. Throughout this time there was a constant line of customers, sometimes up to 4-5 people long and each transaction taking at least 15 minutes. During this time there was ever only one person working the front, at no point did anyone come up to help the lone employee.

Great service and pricing. Had to get the fan in my Switch replaced, they had it done in under 48 hours. Will definitely be going back when needed

Why offer customers the option to make an appointment online in advance? I still had to wait in line behind the customers who walked in without an appointment.Also, the associate was immediately pushing me to purchase their warranty even after I said no several times because we have a warranty already but would rather pay outright for the cracked screen repair. I sent my 16 year old daughter to pick up her iPhone when it was ready and he continued to push the warranty purchase on her! After I already said NO when I dropped it off for her. I understand the practices of pushing sales for a business but trying to get any child to purchase something when the parent is not present and already made it perfectly clear we didnt need it is unacceptable. Not a great first experience for this family. I will not be coming back to this place.

Wow...Scheduled an appointment for my grandsons iPad repair. We arrived on time and were told their system did not show an appointment even though I gave him my confirmation number. Then he said it would be 48-36 hours before they could fix it. I scheduled an appointment for this? Will find somewhere else to spend my money.

They fixed my broken screen but upon reception of my supposedly newly repaired unit, I turned it on and ALL ...I mean ALL of my encrypted files were inaccessible. Wasnt nothing wrong with the MacBook before I brought to them. I turned it on after I came home and saw nothing but a white screen with black fonts diagonally crossed across the screen. Tf?!! I took it back to them and all they offered me was to pick my hard drive apart to retrieve the now inaccessible files for an additional $50. They cost me dearly and If they offered a zero for a score they earned that.. FOH man

Took my phone in on a Sunday, and got a receipt stating that said the screen would be delivered on Tuesday at noon, and therefore the phone would be fixed by the end of that Tuesday or Wednesday. I used my mothers number as a number to reach (since I had no phone), and by the end of THURSDAY I reached out by messenger. The responder said the item to fix had not been delivered and was back ordered. It was stated there was no idea on how long it would take for the delivery. Though they could not reach me by my own number, they had both a number to reach me at or an email to inform me of the issue. Message ended demanding that there shall be some sort of refund.

They did a very good job on my phone and they even put a screen protector on my phone for me an add bonus it only took them 2hrs to fix and its like it never was broken

I brought my Nintendo Switch here because my son stuck the wrong charger into it which broke it. They were able and willing to change the charging port, but unfortunately that wasn’t the only problem so it couldn’t be fixed. Thankfully, even after all their hard work, I didn’t have to pay anything because they were unsuccessful at fixing it. I very much appreciated that aspect of my first experience with them. All the staff at the door were very welcoming, courteous, and attentive. They immediately introduced themselves and ask how they can help you. I also overheard another couple at the store complimenting their customer service. I will gladly recommend them to anyone that needs an electronic fixed and will return if anything else of mine breaks.

Went here to get my battery replaced for my s10+. After walking through the door, an employee immediately walked from out of the back saying...hello, what can I do for you today sir? Told him I needed a battery replacement.Came back in about 2 hours and my phone was ready to go good as new. And for a 69 dollar price tag. Good place and service with well trained, courteous employees.

Service was quick and the team was very responsive. My device looks brand new and all the kids marks are pretty much gone. (Only ones left are on the body of the device not the screen or glass) prices are set at competitive rates. I shopped around and found that it was pretty much the same everywhere. I hope I do not have to use their service again. However, if the need arises, I will be back.

I brought my Samsung Galaxy Fold here to replace the Infinity Flex Display covered under warranty by Samsung Premiere Service. The staff members were very professional and did a really nice job performing the repair. I was very impressed with the end result with an all new display and fresh hinge. I hadnt realized just how wore out the hing had gotten between Oct 2019 and Aug 2020. They also updated my phone to Android 10 with the Aug security patch. I was previously stuck on Android 9 Nov security patch no matter how many times and different methods I had tried to update the phone. I was also pleased to see Linus Sebastian (LMG, Linus Texh Tips, TechQuickie, ShortCircuit, etc.) on the TV in the waiting area.

Helped with a samsung warranty. Nice staff. Easy to work with. Nice lobby to wait in. Great job repairing multiple phones now. Apple and samsung. I see they do google pixel also. Thank you!!

They actually told me when it would be more cost effective to get a new phone than to have them fix it. They couldve tried to take advantage and they didnt! Very happy.

In short: They lied to me, made the problem worse, and never responded to support email.Brought my laptop in to have my WiFi card replaced. The screw was slightly stripped but they said it wouldnt be a problem. Employee called about 2 hours later and said sorry we dont have the right tools to get the screw out youll have to bring it to the Appleton location. When I came to pick it up I didnt have a look at the card until the next day. They used some sort of rotary tool to drill into the screw pictured (the screw used to be black) and cut into the surrounding wires. I sent an email to their support with no reply.Their service was horrible and unprofessional. I have now sent my laptop to the manufacturer (Dell) to have the screw and wires replaced.Edit: I have been a customer of uBreakiFix before and have had no problems. The issue seems to have been the staff.

Angela was helpful. They didnt have the parts to help me though. It would take at least two weeks to get the parts back in stock, so I have to have Samsung send me a new phone. I will so business with uBreakiFix in the future.

So I was initially very happy with the speediness and helpfulness of the staff until I started having issues with my phone. It didn’t occur to me until months later that it was due to the repair, so the warranty was out of the questions. 5 months on after my iPhone XS screen replacement my phones Face ID has ceased to work and a poor connection between the new screen and my phone inside has caused white line to appear. I got it re repaired at Best Buy and they showed me my old screen wasn’t even sealed on all the way, and didn’t fit my phone. I was also told my front facing camera that recognized my face (which worked perfectly fine before the repair) was damaged so my Face ID wouldn’t work unless I got the whole unit replaced which is another 600$. So I ended up needing to spend about 800$ total to fix the repair done by ubreakifix. I was so confused because this place is so highly rated and I suppose is perfectly fine for other electronics, but to my understanding with the complexity of the iPhone X it is not a good idea to have 3rd parties that are not certified mess with them, and that was proven pretty solidly to me after this experience.

Brought in my laptop, and am pleasantly surprised to find out they dont charge to diagnose problems! Done in shop and no shipping it out for weeks just to figure out issues. Communicated well, and even though they couldnt recreate my issues, I will definitely bring it back here for any future problems!

I had a less then 6 month old phone fall out of my pocket on a bike ride. I called Keegan and he was AWESOME to say the least. He even offered to get my phone fixed in the less then 2 hour fixing time plus it was after the store closed for the day. Cannot say enough. Keegan was great! Not many employees go above and beyond anymore and he sure did. Way to go!!!! Would definitely recommend 👌 Great experience overall. Spoke to a Cellcom employee and he recommend the place.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. felt shady. I had a very poor experience here I brought in my phone because Samsung said they were certified for warranty work. I had green and pink colored lines showing on my screen and no other damage to my phone when I brought it in they said it would not be covered because the rear glass looked cracked again the lines were on the front of the screen I explained that there was a screen protector on the back of the phone they then didnt believe me and tried to remove it cracking the protector... Without apologizing he then said the front screen wouldnt be covered because the lines must be because the screen was damaged when I showed him it wasnt he tried to remove the front glass protector cracking it. Then said they could fix it for $279 not under warranty. I explained it should be under warranty but he wouldnt so I left shipped it to Samsung where they covered it under warranty. I would never recommend this company

The process was very easy and the staff was very nice and helpful. My phones screen was broken and it only took around a hour and a half to get it fixed. Super easy and A Lot cheaper then the prospect of buying a new phone. Overall a great experience.

Fast, professional, and incredibly skilled! I made the appointment in the middle of the night and was able to get in the same day and get my screen fixed in an hour and a half. When making the appointment I wrote in the notes that I was leaving town at the end of the day, and the staff were incredibly kind and called me in the morning to reassure me that theyd be able to get it done in time for me to leave, which was a huge relief in the hectic tornado of preparing to leave! Will absolutely be using them again if anything happens to my Pixel again (hopefully not, though 😉).

I’ve brought in at least two iPads in need of screen repair in the last few years. Both times I received excellent service. Most recently, the employees were able to quote me a fair price over the phone and stuck to that price when it came time to pay. The repair process was explained to me before they began, and they fixed a bend in my device at no extra cost. They said my repair would be done the same day as long as I dropped it off in the morning, and a few hours later I had my iPad back as good as new. I’m very pleased with their service and will likely use them again in the future.

Ive tried lots of different screen protectors but havent been happy with any of them. They peel off, bubble, or crackle around the edges. Im excited to try the liquid protector- love how smooth it feels and how easy & quick it was to have it done! The guys were very helpful!

I was having problems with most of my charging cables not being in the right position to actually charge the phone and thought my port was going bad. Brought in an iPhone SE when the iPhone 8 came out. The screen on the SE had a small crack that needed to be repaired so I could trade it in. I was quoted something like $70 and a few hours time to replace the screen. I was ecstatic! Come time to pick up and the screen was replaced but had dead spots where it didnt recognize touch. They told me it was a problem with the phone and theyd fix it. Charged me $80. Whatever, I wanted to trade in my SE. Well long story short, 2 days and $150 later the phone came back to me in worse condition than when I brought it in and the screen never was fixed. 10/10 would not recommend this location.

Be careful in this location, I took my DJI phantom 4 to this location and they took out some original parts and replace them with fake ones, and they didnt even fix the dron 100% I reached out to them about the problem and they wanted me to charged again so I sent my dron directly to DJI and DJI told me that ubreakifix replace some original parts

I have a Google Pixel XL that was about a year and a half old, the battery was having issues.. Wasnt fully charging all the time, and when I could get it to fully charge, it was dead in a few hours. They replaced the battery, and the new battery made a world of difference. Google pixels are not user friendly for the average person, and professional to change. It requires taking the touchscreen off (which is extremely delicate/very easy to break), heat gun, and some torque drivers propriety to the phone.. It was worth the money for them to change it and since they are an authorized Google repair center, you know you were getting a true OEM Battery and not a Chinese knock off..They had the phone ready for me in a little over an hour. Id recommend them. Thank You.

They werent able to fix the keyboard my daughter spilled juice on, however they did offer suggestions in how to work around the damage and still be able to use her expensive keyboard which was only a few months old.I also wasnt charged for any of the time they spent cleaning the keyboard either. They couldnt fix it so they wouldnt charge me, they said.....Hmmmm, if only I could get this kinda service at the auto mechanic or the doctors office.Long story short, go there, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. First rate, knowledgeable service. Brandon walked me through everything he was doing in diagnosing a problem with my wifes MacBook. The diagnosis was free and, though there was nothing he could do to save it, he explained everything wrong, as well as options. In addition, he answered follow-up questions in a way that helped us make the most informed decision, rather than try and sell us a service that would generate sales for them, but no additional value for us. This is after the Geek Squad wouldnt even look at it. Id highly recommend, and will further patronize for all of my future needs.
